AnAIsystemthatisitselfaproductcoveredbytheUnionharmonisationlegislationlistedinAnnexIIshallbeconsideredashighriskifitisrequiredtoundergoathird-partyconformityassessmentwithaviewtotheplacingonthemarketorpu

19、ttingintoserviceofthatproductpursuanttotheabovementionedlegislation.1.如果一个人工智能系统本身是附件II所列欧盟协调立法所涵盖的产品，而根据上述立法，为了将该产品投放市场或投入使用，需要对其进行第三方合格评定，则该系统应被视为高风险系统。2.
