4、he beach to show people where it is safe.Bathers are encouraged to“swim between the flags”.Businesses and the community in general raise money or donate equipment such as boats and canoes,sun shelters,lifesaving equipment and flags.On weekends,when the volunteer lifesavers are at work,some town coun
