6、,1、施工难度大 本工程基础筏板混凝土强度等级C45，抗渗等级P8，并掺加WPA纤维抗裂膨胀剂。在基础施工中技术难点多，施工工艺复杂；质量控制及技术安全及其重要。在工期紧、任务重的前提下，确保混凝土的施工质量，减少关键工序的施工时间成为工作的重中之重，大体积混凝土在水化过程中会产生大量的水化热，且热量不易散发，当内外温差过大时，容易使混凝土产生温度应力裂缝，破坏混凝土结构。因此必须采用科学合理的施工方法控制混凝土的内外温差，保证基础施工质量，保证工期。,2、社会影响大 本工程位于长风街与平阳路交叉口的西北角，地理位置显著，建成后为高144m的长风酒店，是一栋以裙楼连接的超高层双子楼高级酒店，社

23、，结果发现1次外加剂投料不准确，不符合商品混凝土配合比的要求。结论：由于投料不准确，使商品混凝土性能达不到现场技术要求是主要原因。确认八：测温频次不够 确认方法：现场对测温方案进行检查，在大体积混凝土施工方案中详细说明了测温记录要求：要求配备专职测温人员，按三班考虑，对测温人员进行培训及安全交底。测温人员要认真负责，按时按孔测温，不得遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录要填写清楚、整洁，换班时进行交接。测温工作应连续进行，温度上升阶段，每2h测一次，温度下降阶段每4h测一次，5d后8h测一次；同时应测大气温度。所有测温孔均应编号，进行混凝土内部不同深度和表面温度的测量。结论：测温频次不够不是主要原因。,S

25、ug-in,Windows Media Player etc.,确认九：测温仪器精度不够 确认方法：现场对温度计进行试验，发现所有温度计均能准确测100内的温度，并对已施工的项目部进行走访，用同一种温度计，可以满足测量要求。结论：测温仪器精度不够不是主要原因。确认十：混凝土养护方法不当 为保证施工质量，我们首先对材料库检查，发现阻燃棉被数量可以满足使用要求，并有联系方式，能够做到应急响应。又对10个工人进行抽查询问，结果如下表：,结论：由上表可知100%的工人认真学习技术交底，但对重点细节不明白，使得混凝土温度差不易控制。混凝土养护方法不当是主要原因。,Silverlight is a cro

27、 Player etc.,确认十一：降温方案不完善 确认方法：为能使混凝土内部与外表面、外表面与大气温度差控制在25以内，我们对现场施工方案进行检查，方案切实可行，经监理进行审批，并配有详细的图解，保证方案合理，实施性强。结论：降温方案不完善不是主要原因。确认十二：降温控制施工工艺不到位 为保证施工质量，我们对已完的三个工地的降温措施进行了调查，结果均没有明确量化的施工工艺，结果如下表：,结论：由上表可知很多的项目在施工大体积未进行认真计算直接按常规方法降温，不能有效的控制混凝土的温度，所以降温控制施工工艺不到位是主要原因。,Silverlight is a cross-browser,cro

33、Player etc.,九、对策实施 实施一：商品混凝土性能达不到现场技术要求 按照钢筋混凝土施工质量验收规范，物资和试验人员对每批进场的原材料进行抽样检验，做到未经检验验收的材料、半成品、成品不进场、不使用、不出场。所有投料均有记录，混凝土由混凝土搅拌站统一配送，所有进场的混凝土均持有出厂合格证，合格证上要求清晰标出水泥、砂、外回剂、掺合料等原材料的规格。并要求有检验编号。,商品混凝土出厂合格证,实施二：混凝土养护 1、邀请公司有经验的专家和科技人员，到工地现场指导，制定有针对性的养护方案。2、采用混凝土内部降温，外部覆盖塑料薄膜、阻燃棉被的方法进行混凝土的养护，保证混凝土潮湿状态。3、养护

35、Player plug-in,Windows Media Player etc.,实施三：降温控制 1、混凝土温度计算（1）混凝土的最高温度 经计算得出：T2（混凝土拌合物经运输至浇筑完成时的温度）=25.63（）Tmax=T2+QK/10+F/50 式中，Tmax混凝土最高温升值（）Q水泥用量，F粉煤灰用量，K使用42.5普通硅酸盐水泥时取1.25 Tmax=66.63（）该温度为底板混凝土内部中心点的温升高峰值，该温升值一般都略小于绝热温升值，一般在混凝土浇筑后3d左右产生，以后趋于稳定不再升温，并且逐步降温。,Silverlight is a cross-browser,cross-pl

40、ows Media Player etc.,布设降温管时，先将钢筋支撑马凳按照钢筋支撑方案布设好，将下层降温管绑扎或点焊到钢筋支撑马凳的立柱上；然后绑扎中层钢筋；绑扎完成后布设上层降温管；布设完成后再绑扎上层钢筋。降温管的布设方向如下：降温管南北方向布设；水北进南出，进水口及出水口的位置设于后浇带及加强带部位。冷却水使用降水井抽出来的井水，在进水口及出水口之处各放一个水箱，井水抽出来后放到进水口的水箱内，由2台出口直径4英寸离心水泵压到降温管内。从降温管出来的水流进出水口的水箱后，由出口直径6英寸离心水泵排至基坑周围的排水沟内。,降温管布置,Silverlight is a cross-bro

42、r etc.,3、测温和记录（1）底板混凝土浇筑时，应设专人配合预埋测温管。测温管采用20薄壁钢管，高度高出底板300mm，管的下端要堵严，防止渗进水。测温管应按测温平面布置图进行预埋，预埋时预埋管应与钢筋绑扎牢固，以免位移或损坏。测温管的上口应用棉丝塞好，防止溅进水泥浆，测温管位置应插标志旗，便于保温后查找。,测温管埋设,（2）配备专职测温人员，按三班考虑，对测温人员进行培训及安全交底。测温人员认真负责，按时按孔测温，不遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录要填写清楚、整洁，换班时进行交接。,（3）测温工作应连续进行，温度上升阶段，每2h测一次，温度下降阶段每4h测一次，5d后8h测一次；同时应测大气温度
