15、University of Toronto,Carole Moore,proposed six policies:1）讓不受版權限制的資料能公開及自由的使用 Keep materials already in the public domain openly and freely accessible.2）把館藏的複件存放在不同的檔案中心以保證長期的保存和使用 Ensure long-term preservation and accessibility by keeping copies of collections in multiple archives.,1.資源共享政策與趨勢 Res
