1、Notes,What is a note?,A simple letter with simplified format,short and easy contents,generally used on social occasions such as showing thanks,apology,reminding,etc.,Basic Elements of notes便条的基本要素,1.日期：一般写在右上角2.称呼：从低于日期的左边顶格写起3.正文：另起一行。用词尽量通俗，简明扼要；如果是请假条或借条，则语气应委婉客气。左边顶格写起，也可采用段首缩进式。4.署名：写在右下角。一般只写留
