1、形容词,从前，有一个很漂亮的公主，住在一个很大的宫殿里，因为她爸爸是一个很有钱的人.,Long long ago,there was a beautiful princess,she lived in a big palace,because her father is a very rich man.,什么叫形容词？,用以修饰名词，说明人或事物的特征或性质的词。,1.做定语，修饰人和物,e.g.She is a beautiful girl.,当形容词修饰由some-,any-,no-,every-构成的不定代词时,形容词要放在这些不定代词的之后.e.g.,I have something

2、important to tell you.,2.做表语，表示性质和特征,我很饿。Im hungry.食物很美味。The food is delicious.,3.做宾语补足语,形容词和宾语一起构成复合宾语,We must keep the classroom clean.,他使我们高兴。He made us happy.,常与make,leave,keep等动词连用。,Lets fill in the blanks,形容词的比较级和最高级构成,规则变化,不规则变化,两者比较产生比较级。三者比较产生最高级。,short,tall,Bill is taller than Tom.John is

5、化,形容词原级的常用句型,Tom 和Mike一样高。Tom is as tall as Mike.,1.as+adj原形+as(双方程度相等),2.否定not as/so+adj原形+as“不及不如(双方程度相等),Tom is not as tall as Mike.,3.倍数+as+adj原形+as表示一方相当与另一方的几倍时,Tom 比Mike年纪大三倍。Tom is three times as old as Mike.,1.adj比较级+than（一方程度较高时）,形容词比较级的常用句型,我们的学校比他们的大。Our school is larger than theirs.,2.倍

6、数+adj比较级+than(表倍数),这棵树比那棵树高两倍。This tree is twice taller than that tree.,表示倍数：,我们的房间比他们的大二倍。Our room is twice larger than theirs.,我们的房间是他们的三倍。Our room is three times as large as theirs.,3.表示数量时:数量词+adj比较级+than我比你大20岁。I am twenty years older than you.,表示不及另一方时，使用“less+adj原级+than”,这个公园没有那个漂亮。This park
