Now, you may ask what on earth the mysterious thing is. Thats happiness.

3、From my point of view, being in a good mood anytime and anywhere is the first thing for those who want to be happy. There is an old saying going like this, happy is he who is content. I cant agree with it any more. I still remember a story my mother told me when I was a child. A millionaire tried ev

4、ery means to seek after pleasure but to feel unhappy, but its counterpart that poor men who dose not have a thing always feel happy. Why are they so different? The answer is that the rich is being thinking how he can gain more while the poor is satisfied with what he owns at hand-health, freedom, lo

5、ve and so on.Furthermore, love makes great difference to happiness. If you have love in your heart, you will have happiness in your life. Love consists of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Lei Feng set a good example for all of us. He served the people wholehe

6、artedly until the last minute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. There are numbers of similar inspirational stories to be found. In addition, being loved by others can also lead you to happiness. Courage from your parents when frustrated, care from your lover when ill

7、, help from your friends when in trouble all of these will make you the happiest person in the world.The last but not least is to act happily. Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings.But Im sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad wa

8、ys. They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others shortcomings. Perhaps they feel happy at that time, but they will never get true happiness because they have destroyed others happiness.From I have discussed above ,we may safely draw

9、the conclusion that happiness means kindness, love and unselfishness. 10、re after in their life, people tend to say that happiness is the most important, if not the only, goal in life. 11、periences. While some people link happiness to wealth and material success, others think it lies in emotions and loving personal relationships. Yet others think that spiritual paths, rather than either the material world or relationships with people, are the only way to true happiness.Personally, I

12、think the following factors contribute to ones happiness. First, we need to have a realistic target in life. Many people often feel disappointed or even frustrated in their life and complain that they are doomed to failure. The cause of their unhappiness lies in the fact that they have too high a li

13、fe target. Second, when a life goal is set we should make efforts to realize it. There is much in the saying that happiness lies in the pursuit of ones goal. Quite a few people have one after another goal in their life. But they never really start to turn them into reality. As a result, their life g

14、oals bring them nothing but unhappiness. Third, we should treat the others as we hope to be treated. Human beings are social animals. Inevitably we often depend on the others in our society for a happy life. We should not be egocentric. Instead we have the obligation to make the others happy, and in

15、 this way we will all be able to live in a pleasant society.In the final analysis, happiness lies in the pursuit of ones realistic goal.
