1、用when引导时间状语从句的句型结构搭配,was/were doing sth.when-did sth.(正在做某事.这时突然-)I a book when the bell.was/were about to do sth.when-did sth.(正要做某事.这时突然-)We when the telephone.,was reading,rang,were about to leave,rang,Hardly-when-No sooner-than-都表示“刚一就”，两个用法一样，可以互换。如果要讲细微区别的话，就是hardly.when.更紧凑一些，意思是“几乎未来得及做完A这件事
