22、 Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters CATTI)是根据建立国家职业资格证书制度的精神,在全国实行统一的、面向社会的、国内最具权威的翻译专业资格（水平）认证；是对参试人员口译或笔译方面的双语互译能力和水平的认定。翻译专业资格(水平)考试合格，颁发由国家人力资源和社会保障部统一印制并用印的中华人民共和国翻译专业资格(水平)证书。该证书在全国范围有效，是聘任翻译专业技术职务的必备条件之一。根据国家人力资源和社会保障部有关规定，翻译专业资格（水平）考试已经正式纳入国家职业资格证书制度，该考试在全国推开后，相应语种和级别的翻译专业技术

23、职务评审工作不再进行。这项考试分三级、二级、一级口笔译翻译和资深翻译4个等级，大体同目前翻译职称中的初级、中级、副高、正高职称相对应。考试的难度大致为：三级，非外语专业本科毕业、通过大学英语六级考试或外语大专毕业生水平，并具备一定的口笔译实践经验；二级，非外语专业研究生毕业或外语专业本科毕业生水平，并具备35年的翻译实践经验；一级，具备810年的翻译实践经验，是某语种双语互译方面的行家。资深翻译实行考核评审方式取得，申报资深翻译的人员须具有一级口译或笔译翻译资格（水平）证书；一级口译、笔译翻译实行考试与评审相结合的方式取得。目前我们进行的是二级口译、笔译翻译和三级口译、笔译翻译的考试。,（二）

24、全国英语翻译证书考试(NAETI),英语翻译四级2008年首次开考，是教育部考试中心在原有三个级别的基础上新开发的一个级别。该级别的考试分为笔译和口译两部分，主要用来测试应试者商务英语口头和书面翻译能力，是我国涉外企事业单位招聘员工时对应聘者英语语言及英语翻译能力的评价依据，其适用对象为英语专业大专或高职毕业生、英语专业本科二年级学生以及具有同等水平的各类英语学习者。英语四级翻译考试计划每年开考两次，于五月和十月的第四个周六各举行一次。为了给考生提供方便，教育部考试中心规定：在四级考试中，考生的单项（口译或笔译）合格成绩可以保留到下一考次。即：若某考生某次考试只有笔译或者口译合格，该考生可于相

26、外语口译岗位资格证书，近千人获得由上海市外语口译岗位资格证书考试委员会颁发的上海市英语口译基础能力合格证书。,英语口译基础能力证书考试,该考试的主要对象是具有高中英语以上水平、但与英语中级口译要求有一定距离者。比较适合大学低年级学生、高职校学生、高中生、三校生和具有高中英语以上水平的其他人员报考。该项目2002年10月进行了试点考试。2003年始全面推开，每年4月中旬和10月中旬举行考试。考试分为笔试和口试两部分。笔试以听力为主，包括听写、听力理解和听译，考试时间45分钟；口试包括口语和口译两部分，共25分钟，笔试加口试总共考试时间为70分钟，一天内完成。笔试和口试的考分分别为100分，两项总
