1、中考复习,连词：主要作用是:连接单词与单词、短语与短语、句子与句子。它是虚词,不能在句子中作成分.,连词的分类,1.并列连词 2.从属连词,用来连接平行的词，词组或句子。常见的并列连词有：(1)表并列关系的and,bothand,not onlybut also,neithernor,as well as等。(2)表选择关系的or,eitheror等。(3)表转折关系的but,however,yet等。(4)表因果关系的for,so等。,一.并列连词,and 和，并且,例如:1)I often have bread and milk for breakfast.2)On Sundays I w

2、ash clothes and look after my daughter.3)Lucy is kind and she likes helping others.,一.并列关系,2.both.and 既.又 例如:Both I and she like sleeping.neithernor 既不也不(连接主语时要就近原则)例如:Neither you nor Lucy works hardnot only.but also 不但而且(连接主语时要就近原则)例如:Not only Mike but also his sister has been to Londonas well as 既

3、又(也),不仅 而且例如:Lily can sing as well as dance.,注意:1.在否定句中把and 改为or,例如:There is no air or water on the moon.,一.并列关系,1.or,或，否则Get up earlier,or you will miss the early bus.,2.eitheror 要么.要么(遵守就近原则)Either you or he has the ticket.,二:选择关系,注意:or=if you dont,you will.If you dont get up earlier,you will miss

4、 the early bus.,1.but 但是He lives in Beijing now,but his home is in Zhejiang.,三.转折关系,3.yet 可是，然而,We have studied English for ten years,yet we can t speak it well.,2.however,但是He lives in Beijing now,however,his home is in Zhejiang.,1.for 因为He didnt go to school,for he was ill.,2.so 所以He was ill,so he

5、 didnt go to school.,四:因果关系,注意:because和so不能一起使用,(1)引导时间状语从句的after,before,when,while,as,until,till,since,as soon as等。(2)引导条件状语从句的if,unless等。(3)引导原因状语从句的because,as,since等。(4)引导目的状语从句的so that,in order that等。(5)引导让步状语从句的though,although,even if等。(6)引导结果状语从句的sothat,suchthat等(7)引导比较状语从句的than,asas,less.than

6、等。(8)引导宾语从句的 if,whether,when等。,二.从属连词,从属连词用来引导从句。常见的从属连词有：,1.after 在-之后 I will give you a ring after he comes back.,3.when 当-的时候 I will give you a ring when he comes back.,一.时间状语从句,4.as soon as 一-就 I will give you a ring as soon as he comes back.,2.before 在-之前 I will give you a ring before he leaves

7、 here.,5.until/till 直到-才 I will not leave here until he comes back.,6.since 自从-I have lived here since I came to Hongjia.,7.as.当时候,一边.一边.例如:I met my old friend as I was walking in the street.,8.while 在.时候,而,例如:While I was doing my homework,my brother was sleeping.,2.unless 除非I will go there with you

8、 unless you agree with me.I will go there with you unless my mother tells me not to.,二:条件状语从句,1.if 如果I will go there if it doesnt rain tomorrow.Please tell me if you know the answer.,2.as 由于，因为 语气最弱As it is raining heavily,youd better stay at home.,三:原因状语从句,1.since 既然，自从Since water is very important

9、,we must try our best to protect it.,3.because 因为 语气最强 Lucy didnt go to school because she was ill ysterday.,2.in order thatThe teacher speaks slowly in order that we could catch her.,四:目的状语从句,1.so that 为了The teacher speaks slowly so that we could follow her.,2.even if/even though 即使I will go and he

10、lp them even though I stop my work.,五:让步状语从句,1.though/although 虽然Though he is poor,he is happy most of the time.,3.as if/as though 好像He talked as though he cared little for money.,六:结果状语从句,1.so.that 太.以致于He ran so fast that he soon caught up with the others.,2.such.that 太.以致于,It is such an interesting film that I want to see it again.,The film is so interesting that I want to see it again.,七:比较状语从句,1.as.as例如:I am as tall as you are2.not as/soas例如;She is not as/so kind as you are3.than例如:I talk more than she does.4.less than I am less tall than you.,
