1、,測試作業規範,Test Instruction Procedure,一.測試功能選擇及流程介紹,Test Program Function Selection&Procedure Introduction,1.開機進CMOS,依據各MODEL WI設定,按F10儲存後更新開機.,3.輸入“L”Model nameERP-code兩次.,2.從硬碟開機選“1”.,Boot from HDD and into CMOS,then setup by MODEL WI and save to reset.,Booting to startup menu and select“1”.,Then key

2、 in“L”Model nameERP-codetwo times.,4.輸入日期後重新開機,並從硬碟開機選“2”.,Key in date and reset again then boot to startup menuselect“2”.,5.出現“Are you sure CMOS setup already load defaultsY,N?時,確認是否已經將 CMOS setup load defaults,是按“Y”,否按“N”.,Then show“Are you sure CMOS setup already load defaultsY,N?,must to confirm

3、 CMOS already setup load defaults,and key in“Y”or“N”.,6.重新開機後,於硬碟開機選“3”並輸入測試樓層,例如:6F,如此便完成設定 並開始主機板功能測試.,Reset to startup menu select“3”and key in string(Ex:6F).Then that already finish setup to M/B test.,Setup Procedure,Test Procedure,各機種之測試功能選擇及正常流程,皆可參照各機種之Test SOP.,The test function selection&st

4、andard procedure of each modelcan refer to the test SOP of the model.,二.測試報表填寫方式介紹,Function Test Report Formation Introduction,測試報表(Test Report),編號,姓名(NO,Name),機種不良紀錄區Model defect list,測試時間(年,月,日)Test date(Y/M/D),條碼區(Barcode No),確實填寫測試員之工號及姓名,確實將測試報表填寫好測試員工號及姓名,Ensure to fill out the ID NO.&name of

5、the test operator,確實將測試報表填寫好測試日期,The test date must be filled out corrected date,機種不良紀錄區填寫方式,按照製令填寫must fill out M/LOT NO.,按照何處加工廠填寫must fill out P/T NO.,確實填寫機種名稱must fill out Model name,填寫不良板之不良代號must fill out NG code,填寫此片不良板之條碼Must fill out Barcode NO.,條碼區之條碼及代碼填寫依據如上圖所示,The column of barcode&code

6、 NO.must be filled out as figureabove.,條碼區填寫方式,三.不良品識別及填寫方式,Deflects Indentication And Forms,機板不良原因敘述表,1.M/B部份,2.MS-6137LN1Failure Code,5.Only for bad component,4.AUDIO部份,3.I/O部份,機板不良敘述共分五大部份(分類如上),The deflects description of M/B are divided into 5 parts(The page separation as above),機板不良原因敘述表(M/B部份

8、,填寫測試員號碼Tester NO.,按照機板不良原因表對應,填寫出此不良主機板之不良情況,填寫機種名稱Model name,四.測試注意事項,Test Caution,測試audio時在電源開啟狀態下,不得插拔audio測試線,In the audio test,the plug in-out of the audio cable is not allowedwhile the power is still“ON“.,禁止(prohibit),所有的 RAM slot 要插滿且要使用 64 MB 以上之 DRAM.,All of RAM Slots must be inserted&be u

9、sed by 64MB DRAM or above.,JUSB1,JUSB2,USB1,若主機板支援多組 USB port,則測試單位對所有之 USB port 皆必須作測試.,If the M/B is built with supporting multi USB ports,all the USB ports of test unit must be tested.,禁止(prohibit),禁止使用鑷子或其他金屬物品直接開機,No use a tweezer or other metal tools to start“Power On“,禁止使用鑷子或一字起子開合 CPU SOCKET

10、,No use a tweezer or a slotted screoodriver to open CPU sockets,禁止(prohibit),測試 M/B 時須於 WIN ME 下按 SHUTDOWN 關機,Press“Shut down“to turn“Power Off“in WIN ME whiletesting M/B.,開機畫面,Power S/W 關機,作開機測試時必須等出現畫面後才可按 Power S/W 關機,Wait the screen is shown to press“shut down“&turn“Power Off“,當 Suspend-LED 功能啟動

11、時,LED 會由綠色轉為紅色,若 M/B 有提供 Suspend-LED 必須檢視顏色是否有變化,Check the color of M/B built with Suspend-LED if the color is changed.,綠色(green color),紅色(red color),五.硬碟拷貝方式,(硬體及軟體),HDD Copy Procedure,(H/W&S/W),硬體 硬碟拷貝機(Copy Machine),欲拷貝硬碟之連接排線及電源線(共六組),操作介面畫面,原硬碟 Source 放置區,硬碟拷貝機畫面結構圖,HDD copy machine overview,確認

12、是否已將硬碟 Source 放置好,Ensure that HDD Source is placed in the tray,將欲拷貝之硬碟連接好排線及電源線,並平穩放好.,Connect the destination HDD to the cable and the powercord.Leave it in stability.,當螢幕出現此畫面,代表硬碟裝置皆已完成.可開始進行拷貝之動作.,While“Press START“screen is prompted to fiish the machinesetup,the copy progress will start.,緊接著選擇“

13、START“按鈕,進行硬碟拷貝動作.,Press“START“to start copy,當螢幕出現此畫面,代表拷貝動作完成,即可取下受拷貝之硬碟.,When this menu is prompted,the copying procedure is completed.Take off the destination HDD.,軟體拷貝硬碟程式之方式(硬碟對拷),欲拷貝之硬碟,排線接於 IDE2,主程式硬碟(Source),排線必須接於 IDE1,使用軟體對拷(Ghost Program),需將兩 HDD 接於主機板上,但 Source 需接於 IDE1,欲拷貝之 HDD 接於 IDE2.

14、,The two HDD must be connected to the M/B while using“Ghost program“.Connect the Source HDD to IDE1,thedestinated HDD connects to IDE2.,開機後,請將磁碟移至 E:,並鍵入 ghost,進入軟體拷貝程式(GHOST program).,After the system is“power on”,Remove the HDD to“E:”Key in thename“Ghost”to enter“Ghost“program.,此為軟體拷貝程式(GHOST)之畫面,

15、This is the screen of“Ghost“HDD duplicated program.,接著進入程式設定,選擇 Disk To Disk 之選項,Next,enter the program setup.Select“Disk to Disk“from the menu bar.,選擇 Source 硬碟資料區域,Select the area of the local source drive,選擇欲拷貝之硬碟區域,Select the written area of the destination drive,當 Source 硬碟及欲拷貝之硬碟區域選擇設定好後,即將選項選

16、至 OK 處,並執行(Enter).,After the source&destination HDDS has been selected,use“TAB”key to move to“OK”.The“OK”will be highlighted.Click“Enter”,此時便會出現一視窗,說明設定完全,是否要對硬碟作資料覆蓋之動作,街著將選項移至 Yes 並執行(Enter).,An another window will be prompted to start copying or overwritethe destination HDD.Next,select“yes”and cl

17、ick“Enter”,程式進行拷貝時,其是以百分比來計算,當進行到 100%時,即告拷貝動作完成.,The copying progress is indicated with%.When the indicator eaches100%,the copy progress is completed.,拷貝完成之畫面,當出現此畫面,代表拷貝動作完成,即可跳出程式.,While this screen is prompted that the copy has been completed,exit the program.,六.測試磁片製作方式,Test Disk Manufacture Procedure,1.從硬碟開機選“1”.,“D:ERP”Key in“TJN”to run,thenShow“Make complete”that mean finish.,2.於提示符號輸TJN後執行,待出現Make complete即示完成,Booting to startup menu and select“1”.,
