1、形容词 adj.,定义：形容词用来修饰名词或代词，表示人或事物的性质、特征、状态或属性。,形容词在句子中的作用,形容词在句子中可作为定语、表语、同位语、宾语补足语、状语等；,例：1、She is a bright(定语)girl and she does well in study.2、The student was absent because he was ill(表语).3、Mount tai,the famous(同位语)in our country,has been visited by millions of travellers.4、We should keep our clas

2、sroom clean(宾语补足语).5、I went to bed hungry(状语)yesterday.,1)前置修饰 2)当形容词修饰 something,nothing,everything,somebody,someone,anybody,anyone,nobody,no one等不定代词时要后置修饰,形容词在名词短语中的位置,He is my good friend.I am reading an interesting book.I have something important to tell you.There is something wrong with my com

3、puter.,并列形容词的排序,不同种类的形容词同时修饰一个名词时，其常用排列顺序如下：限：指限定词，如冠词、指示代词、不定代词、基数词、序数词等。观：指表示主观看法的词。形：指大小、长短、高低、方圆等形状的词。龄：指年龄、新、旧的词。色：指颜色的词。国：指国籍的词。材：指材料、种类的词。,形容词的比较级和最高级,形容词比较级和最高级的构成规则变化(1)单音节形容词，一般直接在词尾加 er和 est,分别构成比较级和最高级 talltallertallest small smaller smallest long longer longest,(2)以 e 结尾的单词直接在词尾接 r 和 st

6、。(2)被比较的两个对象应该是同类事物，即事物的可比性。常见句型：A+比较级+than+B Paul is taller than Sophie.The blue suitcase is heavier than the brown one.,2.(more)比较级 and(more)比较级 句型用more and more 双重比较来表示事物持续不断地变化，翻译为“越来越”The city is becoming more and more beautiful.The weather is getting warmer and warmer.,The more,the more 句型此句型第
