19、the reduction gearboxes,充电机的基本概念知识,浮充电-当一个完整的充电过程结束后，蓄电池仍然连接在充电机上，由于蓄电池自放电而损失的电量，将由浮充电进行补充；浮充电是充电结束后每8小时起动几分钟，对蓄电池补充0.6%的额定电量.均衡充电-蓄电池连接30小时后,对蓄电池补充预先设定的蓄电池额定电量的12%,这将使蓄电池连接组中不均衡的蓄电池得到均衡。根据需要，均衡充电也可以提前开始，简单的按住STOP键8秒，直到100%和均衡充电灯闪动，均衡充电功能在正常充电1小时后启动。,充电机的基本概念知识,成型充电（脱硫充电）-对一个新的电瓶或存放在仓库较长时间硫化的蓄电池，当进行

20、成型充电时，充电机首先完成一个正常充电，以后每隔2小时对蓄电池充电1小时，直到预先设定的附加电量被充入蓄电池，预先设定的附加电量可以在50400%额定电量内自由选定。设定步骤1-连接蓄电池2-持续按STOP键3秒中，直到100%和均衡指示灯3-按住STOP键不要松手，25秒后，直到仅有均衡充电灯亮4-松开STOP键，成型充电功能被激活5-按DELAY键选择附加充电电量,牵引电瓶维护常识,温度是影响电瓶寿命的主要因素之一，电解液温度30为额定温度，温度过高将缩短电瓶寿命，过低降低电瓶有效容量，55的温度为蓄电池的极限温度，请不要让蓄电池在此温度下工作。存放长时间存放应保证存放在干燥无霜的地方每月进行一次浮充电保持电压为2.23X电极单元个数,
