1、教你一步一步安装Cool Edit和效果插件（安装截图）录音的第一步当然是装软件了，所以今天我给还没有装软件但是想录歌的朋友简单说说怎么安装录音软件我们推荐大家使用的软件是COOL EDIT 2.1，这款软件功能强大，也很专业，翻唱用的最多的就是它了第一步：下载点：http:/smile.wo99.eom/ruanjian/cool2.1.rar（直接点击下载或者用右键另存）首先把下载的cool2.1.rar压缩包单击鼠标右键“解压缩”，打开文件夹就会出现下面的内容，按图片提示一步一步安装。Cool Ed.it Pro 2. 0 Inst al 1 at i onXSelect destina
