13、家和当地政府的有关法令、法规及有关规定;服从业主的安排和指挥,按谈判文件约定履行责任和义务,以业主的满意为努力的方向。1.2积极配合和接受监理工程师和质监部门的监督检查,向业主交出满意的产品,履行我们对工程质量的承诺,确保创优工程目标的实现。1.3精心组织、精心施工,科学管理,以先进的施工技术,成熟的施工经验,切实可行的施工技术措施,确保本项目按期交工。1.4合理安排施工工期,充分利用项目的结构特点,采用分区分段流水作业,使项目施工紧张、均衡、安全、文明、有序地进行。2.遵循谈判文件条款的原则。在编制施工组织设计文字说明、附图、附表中,严格按照谈判文件的规定,做到统一标准,统一规范编制。3.坚
14、持实事求是的原则,在制定各个具体项目实施方案的过程中充分研究分析工程的特点、难点,坚持科学组织合理安排均衡生产,确保优质高效地完成本项目的建设。4.根据当地的水文地质、气象条件及施工工期要求,优化施工组织设计,合理安排施工工期,充分利用项目的特点,充分发挥我单位的施工工艺水平及业主的要求组织施工,以合理配置人、材、机、物要素,使项目施工紧张、均衡、安全、文明、有序地进行,确保工程的顺利实施。5.制定施工方案时,我们首先考虑环境保护措施,注重文明施工,把确保交通畅通、居民正常生活作为施工组织设计的前提,树立我我处的良好象。二:工程概况玉女湖淤地坝地处三门峡市灵宝焦村镇娘娘山景区内,位于老天沟流域
15、,淤地坝于2004年2月由中国水利水电第十一工程局勘测设计院完成初步设计,2004年9月完成施工图设计。2007年5月动工兴建,2008年5月建成。原设计控制流域面积3.1km2,设计总库容54.05万m3,淤积库容22.14万m3,淤积年限20年,可淤地2.21hm2。原设计工程由大坝、放水工程两部分组成,大坝为浆砌石拱坝,坝顶高程623.00m,最大坝高24m,坝顶长83.16m;放水工程布置在坝体附近库区左岸,采用斜卧管型式,放水工程采用城门洞形涵洞,设计最大泄量0.49m3/s。实际施工时大坝位置顺河道下移,坝址以上控制流域面积4.66km2,干沟长3.65km,干沟比降0.0828,
16、2014年8月实测总库容8.3万m3,大坝为浆砌石拱坝,坝顶高程为622.35m,坝长88m,坝顶宽2.13.0m;放水设施为坝内埋管,不同高程埋设4个放水管,管径均为150mm,利用闸阀控制。加固项目(1)挡水坝段加高在现状坝顶上,对挡水坝段坝体进行加高,加高部分断面为矩形,加高后坝顶宽度与现状坝顶宽度一致,现状坝顶宽度为2.13.0m。现状坝顶高程622.35m,采用C25砼加高坝体,坝体加高1m,上、下游边坡直立,加高后坝顶高程623.35m。上游面修建防浪墙,防浪墙1.3m高,0.3m宽,防浪墙顶高程624.65m。下游面设预制钢筋混凝土栏杆,栏杆高1.3m,具体尺寸详见设计图。加高坝
17、体通过锚筋与现状坝体连接,锚筋直径20mm,间距1.0m,梅花型布置,锚筋长1.0m,伸入坝体0.5m。坝体加高部分左右岸伸入岩体1.0m。坝体加高部分每隔5m设一伸缩缝,缝宽2cm,缝内填充低发泡聚乙烯嵌缝板。加高部分距迎水面25cm处设一排橡胶止水,采用QZ-1型橡胶止水带,规格为30010。加高部分与现状坝顶之间设遇水膨胀止水条。(2)右坝肩及坝体做防渗处理,剔除上游坝面现有勾缝砂浆重新勾缝结合右岸岸坡灌浆法(3)下游坝面:渗漏点灌浆,砂浆脱落部分修补;在下游坝面的渗漏点用风钻灌浆孔,采用回填灌浆法灌浆下游坝坡部分砂浆脱落,对脱落部分修补,采用 施工方法。修补部分在桩号0+057.50+
18、085之间,高程611.3m以下,修补面积59.12m2,采用M10砂浆进行修补。(4)溢流堰两侧加设导墙。在溢流堰两侧加设导流墙,采用矩形断面,墙顶宽0.3m,通过锚筋与现状坝体连接,锚筋直径20mm,间距1.0m,锚筋长1.0m,伸入坝体0.5m。溢流段导墙高度从桩号0+001.40+005.7由1.8m渐变为1.5m。由于大坝右肩及坝体渗漏,现对大坝进行防渗灌浆处理。(1)施工内容本工程施工内容为右岸挡水坝段沿坝顶中线处钻1排灌浆孔,孔间距1.5m,孔径75mm,钻孔钻进至基岩内5m,灌入水泥浆,利用水泥浆充填岸坡岩石裂隙,达到防渗目的。钻孔16个,预计总进尺225m。2、浆砌石坝迎水面
