14、取样送检。4.2.1机具准备：经纬仪、水准仪、盒尺、线坠、墨斗、钢丝、铁抹子、托板、滚刷、砂纸，洁净布等。4.2.3材料准备：美纹纸、底漆、面漆、罩面清漆。五、主要施工方法及措施5.1 作业条件5.1.1外墙涂料施工必须是在装修工程的最后阶段进行，以免涂层被沾污或破损。5.1.2质感涂料和岩片漆施工在基层墙体工程验收合格后进行。 5.1.3质感涂料和岩片漆施工前，外墙门窗框安装完毕并验收合格，并对其进行遮挡保护。5.1.4施工现场做到通电、通水并保持工作环境的清洁。 5.1.5环境温度和基层墙体表面温度均不低于0；风力不大于5级。最适宜施工温度为15-35。 5.1.6基层含水率小于10%，环

15、境湿度不得大于85%,所有基材PH值必须小于10。施工前密切关注天气预报，确保施工前后没有降水。 5.1.7质感涂料和石头漆施工宜采用吊篮，墙体不得有预留孔洞及其它有碍于施工的杂物。5.2施工工艺5.2.1工艺流程清扫墙面刮边角腻子用靠尺靠直刮两遍腻子打磨砂纸涂刷底漆拉水平及垂直钢丝 弹分格线贴分格美纹纸批刮面层涂料撕掉美纹纸修理打磨边角分格部位辊涂罩面漆边角分色刷分格线条检查验收5.3施工要点5.3.1基层处理：对基面进行全面检查，如抹刀痕迹，粗糙的拐角和边沿，露网等现象，进行修补；墙面不平，刮补找平腻子，待腻子干透后用砂纸将凸出处磨掉，然后将基层扫净，方可施工。 连接基层的金属件、木螺钉、

16、钉子等进行镀锌等防锈处理。观测外墙阴阳角垂直度和门窗口方正，检查基层平整度，大于5mm处提前处理。雨后施工要检查基层含水率，含水率小于10%，检验方法将一块正方形的塑料布用胶带沿塑料布四周粘贴在墙面上，阳光照射1小时左右，观察塑料布上是否有水珠出现，若无水珠出现，可以施工，否则不能进行施工。5.3.2满刮柔性腻子外墙柔性腻子为双组份产品，粉：胶=2:1，搅拌方法为：将腻子粉倒入胶液中，用搅拌枪进行搅拌，静置10min左右，再进行搅拌，搅拌均匀，保证浆体中无结块。腻子搅拌的粘稠度以工人能达到良好的施工性为标准。一次搅拌的腻子2小时内用完。凝固变稠的腻子浆体不能再加水使用。柔性腻子施工二遍成活，腻

17、子层总厚度控制在1.5-2mm之间，且每一遍腻子的厚度不得超过1mm。待第一遍腻子干后，方可进行第二遍腻子的施工。第二遍腻子施工同时把阴阳角找直。5.3.3涂刷底漆：底漆施工必须满涂，不得露出基底，不得透底，涂刷效果均匀，无流坠，疙瘩现象。5.3.4进行弹线，分隔。弹分格线时注意在单层间均匀分格，层高因施工原因略有误差时微调分格高度，将差值平均在每一层分格中。5.3.5粘贴美纹纸：美纹纸宽10mm，必须粘贴牢固，不得起翘不实，避免面层漆渗入，减少分格缝描修工作量，粘贴时先横后竖。粘贴竖向美纹纸时，从上到下通长粘贴，然后用壁纸刀截断，从而避免竖缝有偏差、错位现象。5.3.6质感涂料面漆施工：批刮

18、面层涂料时厚度均匀，一次批刮面积不得过多，避免涂料干燥后美纹纸撕不下来，一次批刮面积可控制在10-15。此外，质感涂料施工过程中严禁加水稀释由于该工程为质感涂料，因而在施工时极易出现接茬等弊病，连续迅速操作。施涂时从一头开始，逐渐向另一头刮涂，使用相同涂刷工具，涂抹的纹路要左右前后相同，颜色一致。必须以阴、阳角、落水管或自然分隔缝为分界，流水作业，一气呵成。对于没有自然分隔缝等的大墙面，需几个人流水作业，一气呵成。尽量延长湿边时间，缩短间隔时间，避免接茬。同一面墙必须采用同一批号的产品，避免色差的出现。为了保证涂料颜色花色一致，一面墙特别山墙最好一次刮涂完成，不得已间断时，间断在阴阳角、分割线

19、、雨水管等处，间断处必须顺直整齐。后续继续施工时，一定将已完活的涂料遮挡保护好，杜绝再次涂抹上涂料，否则容易出现墙面发花问题。5.3.7 岩片漆施工将岩片漆搅拌均匀后，将物料装入专用喷枪内施工，特殊花色使用双嘴喷枪或多枪混合喷涂。喷涂压力0.4-0.8Mpa，先快速薄喷一层岩片漆，以便后面的岩片漆附着，再缓慢、平稳、均匀的喷涂。喷完后立即起出分格线（预埋线除外）适当调大喷口与气流口的距离可喷出大点的效果且凹凸性较强；喷口与气流较近时，则得到小点及较为平坦的外观表面。经过24小时以上的时间，岩片漆彻底干燥后，适度整理打磨表面，并扫除灰尘。岩片漆一般不需要加水，必要时可少量加水调节，但喷涂时注意控

20、制产品施工黏度一致，气压、喷口大小、距离等严格保持一致。遇有风的天气时，停止施工。岩片漆的施工难度大，如果控制不好，涂膜容易产生局部发花现象。因此岩片漆喷涂时，注意出枪和收枪不要在正喷涂的墙面上完成；而且喷枪移动的速度要均匀；每一喷涂幅度的边缘，要在前面已经喷涂好的幅度边缘上重复1/3，且搭界的宽度要保持一致；保持涂膜薄厚均匀。5.3.8撕掉美纹纸：揭除美纹纸要及时，但速度不要过快，防止带下过多面层涂料，破坏面漆棱角。揭除顺序先竖后横。5.3.9美纹纸揭除后待面层涂料基本干燥对分隔缝线条和面层进行描修，涂料干透后（正常环境条件下24小时即可干透），在其表面用砂纸打磨光滑，然后用洁净潮湿布擦掉浮

21、尘。轻轻抹平涂料表面凸起的砂粒即可。注意用力不可太猛，否则会破坏漆膜，引起底部松动，然后喷涂一道罩面漆。5.3.10涂刷罩面漆：使用喷漆枪装入罩面漆，均匀薄喷于岩片漆表面。也可使用辊、刷方法，直接辊、刷于质感涂料岩片漆表面。六、注意事项及质量标准6.1注意事项6.1.1颜色不均匀，二次修补接茬明显：主要原因是喷涂手法不一，或涂层厚度不一，后补灰活与原抹灰层含水不一。解决办法：喷涂面层施工指定专人负责，使施工手法一致，面层厚度一致。6.1.2喷涂面层的空鼓和开裂：主要原因是底层抹灰没有按要求分格，水泥砂浆面积过大，干缩不一，会形成空鼓及开裂。因此，在打底灰时按照要求分格，解决灰层收缩开裂。6.1

22、.3面层施工接茬明显：主要原因是面层施工没有将茬子甩在分各处条，而是无计划的乱甩槎，形成面层涂层接槎明显可见。解决办法：施工中间甩槎不惜甩到分格缝、伸缩缝或不明显的地方，严禁在块中甩槎；二次接槎施工时注意涂层厚度，避免涂层重叠，形成深浅不一。6.1.4安全施工：高处作业要做好防护，不得酒后施工。现场临时用电注意安全，临时用电要派专人负责，严禁随便拉线。现场机械要设独立的小配电箱。6.1.5在施工中不得随意在材料中掺水或颜料， 不得将灰尘、油污带入材料中，所有工具设备要事先清洁。施工机具使用完毕，立即用清水洗净。6.1.6材料要搅拌均匀使用，使用中仍要不断搅匀。6.2质量标准6.2.1面层质量、

25、给施工人员提醒，并委派专人进行看守。 八、安全注意事项8.1施工作业遵守安全操作规程，进入现场必须戴安全帽，进入吊篮人员必须配备并锁扣安全带。吸烟到指定的吸烟室，高空作业系好安全带，班前不准喝酒，工作精力集中，不嬉戏打闹。8.2进入现场注意各种危险讯号及标志，尤其注意高空吊运和“四口”，即建筑的出人口、楼梯口、电梯井口及各类孔洞口。不准到与作业不相关的地方。8.3施工中因工序穿插比较多，因此要注意各工序之间的协作，注意成品及半成品的保护。8.4进行湿作业时，注意照明电缆要架空设置。室内施工照明采用36VA安全电压供电。8.5使用手持电动工具时，操作人员戴好绝缘手套，穿好绝缘鞋。8.6高空作业必

26、须系好安全带，外墙面尽量避免交叉同时施工，若不能避开，必须有专人看守，上层作业面要有明显的警示标志。8.7所有洞口必须做好安全防护，防止掉物伤人和防止工人蹬空伤人。8.8配电箱、电动工具使用后或班后闸断电；8.9搬运料具、设备勘查路由，排除障阻；集体搬运统一指挥；前呼后应，动作一致；使用吊车、电梯等的垂直运输，将散物固定绑牢，听从指挥。8.10工作吊篮不允许超过2人操作，以便突然停电时工人可操作手动下落装置安全降至地面。8.11吊篮内载荷要大致均匀，严禁超载（3米篮为630、4米为560、5米为490、6米为420）。8.12移篮：吊篮未着地不允许进行位置移动。8.13操作吊篮人员要经过培训、

27、考试、发证，持证上岗，尤其要掌握急措施。8.14上篮人员要系好安全带，当吊篮上下运行及停在空中作业时，作业人员将安全带扣在自锁器上，自锁器扣在保险绳上。8.15吊篮操作人员要严格按照电动吊篮技术交底兼安全操作规程进行施工。8.16作业结束后，吊篮与建筑物固定，并切断电源，锁好电气控制箱。8.17吊蓝施工时，有专门负责的安全员巡检。在特殊的情况下，马上及时汇报处理解决。8.18吊篮的安装、升降、拆除、维修必须由专人进行。8.19未满18周岁及不适高处作业的工人不得进行外墙涂料施工。new measures to promote work, the courage to take responsi
