16、起来的一种高温抗变形、低温抗缩裂、耐磨、防水等性能优良的新材料、新工艺、新设备、新技术的创新。它是在制备乳化沥青时加入聚合物弹性体和添加剂、制备成改性慢裂快凝的乳化沥青,再用专用设备改性稀浆封层车,在常温状态下、按设计的原材料配合比要求,在现场进行改性稀浆混合料的拌合与摊铺、待乳化沥青完全破乳后即可开放交通。而且这种改性稀浆封层可以满足交通量大、重载负荷交通行车的要求。改性乳化沥青稀浆封层由聚合物改性乳化沥青,100%轧碎集料,矿物填料,水和必要的填加剂组成。施工时,使用专用的摊铺设备进行摊铺。改性乳化沥青稀浆封层一般设计厚度为0.61.0cm。2 特点改性稀浆封层混合料,具有良好的流动性、渗
17、透性、粘附性;有利于填充和治愈路面的裂缝;有利于旧路面的结合;有利于气候的变化(低温不裂高温不软);能提高路面的密实性和防水性;能提高路面的防滑和耐磨。3 选择依据为了全面的掌握改性稀浆封层施工技术,必须经济合理选择封层的类型,保证封层的顺利施工,从而使完成的改性稀浆封层达到预期的使用寿命,应详细了解和调查一下因素:3.1 详尽了解原路面的结构、性能及病害;3.2 了解该路段的交通量、行车类型和数量;3.3 调查该区域的气候条件及施工季节的气候情况;3.4 了解该地区的可用骨料质量、规格、价格、数量;3.5 了解改性乳化沥青的性能、质量、单价及供应保证;3.6 可能保证的过程资金及机械设备。4
18、 稀浆封层的用途 稀浆封层既可以用于新建路面,也可以用于路面养护。 4.1 用于新建路面 稀浆封层用于新建路面的上封层、下封层。由于稀浆流动性好,可以很好的渗入基层材料空隙中去,与基层牢固的结合,用于上封层时使路面更密实,具有良好的防水和耐磨性能。用于下封层时,可以替代洒透层油镶砂工艺,并在使用性能上提高一个档次。铺设于半刚性基层上可以起到以下作用:4.1.1 对半刚性基层起养生保护作用,封闭微缝;4.1.2 防止雨雪对半刚性基层的冲刷与冰冻;4.1.3 在半刚性基层及沥青层下面层之间起承上启下的过渡作用和粘结作用;4.1.4 起应力吸收薄膜( SAMI )作用,防止或延迟半刚性基层反射裂缝的
19、产生;4.1.5 在半刚性基层表面起施工交通的临时磨耗层作用,保护半刚性基层的完整性。 稀浆封层属连续级配混合料,沥青含量大、细料含量多,因此防水性能、抗裂性能及粘结力方面都比通常的热表处( 1cm 热沥青砂)要强得多。实际上 1cm 热表处用在半刚性基层上的可行性比稀浆封层也要差,首先如此的薄层会很快冷却,与下面半刚性基层的结合要比稀浆封层差,因此在车辆作用下甚至会出现搓皮的现象。其次,热表处也起不到对半刚性基层的养生作用,更起不到封缝灌缝作用。再者,由于热表处是热铺 1cm 沥青,所以施工难度比稀浆封层的常温施工要大,因此,施工质量较难保证。由此看来,采用稀浆封层作为半刚性基层的下封层比热
20、表处作为下封层要优越得多。 4.2 稀浆封层用于路面养护 稀浆封层的一大用途是路面养护,被称为路面的快速美容大师。优质的稀浆封层能在极短时间内开放交通(如 1 小时)并使路面焕然一新,施工速度快,对交通干扰达到了最低限度。因此,在城市及交通繁忙的路段,大受青睐,而彩色稀浆封层则是更上了一个档次,它犹如一位画家挥舞着手中的画笔在城乡道路上绘制五彩的蓝图。 稀浆封层可以对旧路面起到如下作用:4.2.1 封缝灌缝;4.2.2 防水排水;4.2.3 改善平整度;4.2.4 填补车辙及局部凹陷;4.2.5 提高抗滑性能;4.2.6 改变路面的颜色和纹理,使旧路“改头换面”。由此可见,稀浆封层尤其适应于交
21、通繁忙、雨水多、网裂面积大、抗滑不足、平整性差的路面的养护。根据稀浆封层材料与技术水平的不同,厚度仅为 3mm 9mm 的稀浆封层,其使用寿命可达 3 7 年,不失为技术可行、经济合理的养护对策。5 施工前的准备 5.1 稀浆封层的材料组成稀浆封层由乳化沥青、骨料、矿粉、水及水泥或石灰等添加剂组成。其中最为关键的是乳化沥青的性能、骨料的性能及乳化沥青与骨料的配伍性。5.1.1 改性乳化沥青用作稀浆封层的改性乳化沥青在高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳、抗水损坏等各方面都比普通乳化沥青有明显改善,因而尤其适合于气候严酷地区及繁重交通量的路段,质量要求见下表一检验项目技术标准值恩格拉粘度253-60筛
