38、the new year, good health, happy, happy别墅设计图纸大全 第一章、编制说明1.工程概况1.1工程名称：外环线噪音治理工程道路交通管理设施（声屏障）1.2工程范围：外环线（某路某路）1.3工程内容：某大道浦发绿地城1段城市大型声屏障加上某和某大道沿线12段农村声屏障，合计13段。城市总长1693米，农村总长3166米。（1）城市段声屏障下部结构形式采用二桩承台（预制钢筋混凝土方桩和承台基础）以及连系梁基础，钢筋混凝土方桩采用250250mm，桩长为8米。承台设置于离公路路沿1.5M处，承台间距2.5M，高出硬路肩2.0M（道路内侧设置CEMCOM吸声板）。连

39、系梁每隔30m1m设置一道缝宽为20mm的伸缩缝，沥青麻丝嵌缝。城市声屏障金属屏体采用泡沫铝板，分设在路侧路基段（间距2.5M）、路中路基段（间距2.5M）和路侧桥基段（间距2.0M）。路侧路基和路侧桥基段声屏障高4.5M，中部有5+0.76+5夹膜玻璃构成的透明隔声屏，作为景观视窗，顶部设置微穿孔吸声半圆柱。路中路基段声屏障高3.5M，间距2.5M，高出硬路肩0.85M（双侧设置CEMCOM吸声板），无景观窗，顶部设置微穿孔吸声圆柱。（2）农村段声屏障下部结构形式连系梁基础，设置于离公路路沿2.0M处，埋件间距2.5M，高出硬路肩0.85M（道路内侧设置“树桩”图案装饰）。连系梁每隔30m1

40、m设置一道缝宽为20mm的伸缩缝，沥青麻丝嵌缝。农村声屏障屏体采用5mmPC耐力板（上部有R1500,30弧度），分设在路侧路基段（间距2.5M）和路侧桥基段（间距2.0M）。2.工程管理目标及违约责任2.1工期目标及违约责任招标文件要求总工期为80日历天，我公司自报总工期为78日历天，计划开工日期 年 9月18日开工，于 年12月4日竣工验收。若由于我方原因造成总工期延误，我方承诺愿以每延误一日历天按合同总造价的20/000执行违约处罚。提交包括竣工结算资料在内的本工程完成的竣工资料，延误违约处罚为每延误一日历天按伍仟圆整（5000元整）执行。2.2工程质量目标及违约责任我公司对本工程的施工

41、质量全面负责，工程质量目标达到“一次验收合格率100%”标准。若达不到“一次验收合格率100%”标准，我方承诺愿按合同总造价的2%向业主支付处罚金。2.3安全生产、文明施工目标及违约责任工程安全、文明施工方面,我公司将按上海市建筑业管理办公室沪建建管（2002）第105号文关于进一步加强文明施工管理的通知及市容监察的要求，加大文明施工，安全达标方面的投入。创建文明工地和安全达标工地，确保施工中无管线事故、无重大伤亡事故，施工现场道路平整无积水。我们在施工组织中要合理做好环境保护的处理措施。对因我公司原因达不到上述要求者，将承担违约责任，并接受按合同总造价的2向业主支付处罚金。2.4施工现场“渣

42、土垃圾”的整治处置及违约责任如我公司有幸中标，我们将积极按上海市政府有关要求，做好对施工过程中渣土和建筑垃圾的规范处置及运输管理工作。加强对施工现场的管理，确保现场“场地清、无渣土垃圾”。如有违反施工现场“渣土垃圾”的有关规定，我公司愿从应得工程款中扣除不少于合同总价的1%作为违约金。3.工程特点3.1本吸声屏工程中吸声材料均选用环保型，并可二次利用的泡沫铝，在雨水及潮湿环境中，不会降低吸声效果（系数）。3.2本吸声屏标段，有布置在路侧的，有布置在路中的，也有布置在桥梁一侧的；路侧、路中的声屏障，要做砼基础，而且还要先打桩，再做承台和连系梁。3.3为保证道路的正常通常，夜间半成品运输及安装施工

43、作业量大。3.4施工的局部区域内，地下有给水，路灯、电力等各种（管径）管线穿越，施工前一定要开挖样洞，一定要保护好各种管线。3.5本声屏障工程，半成品的加工白天在工厂进行，运输在夜间进行，施工作业中，桥梁上安排在夜间进行，路侧及路中在不影响交通的前提下，可以安排在白天（或夜间）进行，一天24小时都得到了充分的利用，能不说是本工程的特点吗。4.工程难点4.1工程总量大、布置点分散、施工作业面广，施工难度大。4.2施工期间要保持道路正常通行，要求当天（白天、夜间）计划工作，一定要当天完成运输、安装施工，协调、管理要求水平高。4.3除了桥梁段外，路侧、路中的声屏障要先打桩、后做承台连系梁，再安各类屏

44、（体），工序多，施工总日历天数只有78天，时间紧。4.4声屏障的安装，均为露天作业，受气候变化影响大。4.5夜间施工作业量大，又不能影响居民的正常生活，又要控制噪声和光污染，环境保护要求高。4.6施工局部区域内，地下有给水、路灯、电力等各种管线，施工前要挖样洞，一定不能损坏各种管线，保护好各种管线应列为难点、重点。4.7当天计划工作量，当天完成，并做到工完料尽、场地清（地面及周围无垃圾），困难度不小。4.8总包负责解决施工用水、用电。对于众多的作业面而言。如何保证用水用电、安全用水用电，这对于我们的（施工）水平是一个严峻的考验。4.9作业面广，施工（管理）人员流动性大，如何解决食、宿、用厕、洗

45、澡等民生必须，不能看成是小问题。4.10桥梁上施工时，如何做好安全保护和防护，做到安全生产、万无一失，也是本工程难点之一。5.编制依据5.1外环线噪音治理工程一标工程施工招标文件及设计施工图纸；5.2外环线噪音治理工程一标工程施工答疑及补充招标文件；5.3本工程现场踏勘相关资料；5.4国家、上海市和行业的施工技术规范和标准；5.5本公司的企业标准和施工实践经验。第二章、主要技术方案和施工方法1.技术方案和施工方法总说明1.1主要技术方案（1）分段编制详细的（土建）施工技术方案（如有打桩的承台连系梁、无打桩的承台连系梁、为避让管线的打桩承台连系梁；路基路侧、路基路中、路基路侧与路基桥梁延伸处、直

46、线交角处等，都要有针对性的方案说清楚、图示表达清楚、作业段标注清楚、施工工艺编制清楚）。（2）按声屏障各种半成品组件，分别编制（加工、包装、运输）技术方案（如H钢立柱加工、泡沫铝板吸声屏加工、夹膜玻璃隔声屏加工、半圆柱（圆柱）吸声体加工、PC板隔声屏加工、CEMCOM吸声板加工等，都要有诸如原材料的采购把关，加工工艺的制定、加工进度的安排，半成品的质量检验、运输前的安全包装及运输中的防挤压及碰撞等）。（3）编制“加工样板”制技术方案（按照路侧路基、路侧桥基段4.5M高泡沫铝声屏障、路中路基段3.5M高泡沫铝声屏障、路侧路基、桥基段3.6M高PC板吸声屏障等不同组合，批量生产前，先加工好样板，在

47、加工厂组装成型，待业主、监理、设计共同评头论足后，再进行批量生产）。（4）针对桥梁防撞墩上骑马凳的加工，专门编制（加工）技术方案（因不清楚防撞墩上纵向主钢筋的绑扎位置，所以不能简单的按施工图的图示加工骑马凳，而是先要在防撞墩上试钻孔，探明了纵向主钢筋位置后，按现场的实际情况，画制骑马凳的加工图；主要是孔的间距，当然也会涉及前后夹板的尺寸的修正；在得到现场监理和设计人员的认可和确认后，方可批量加工）。（5）分段编制流水作业（施工）技术方案（如某安装段，何时将半成品运到现场，可以在白天运输到位吗一般是安排在夜间；原则上桥梁段夜间运输、夜间安装作业时间段应征得交警部门的事先批准同意；路基路侧安排夜间

48、运输，白天安装；路基路中安装视现场情况，在事先征得交警部门批准同意后，可在白天安装，但原则上应安排在夜间施工）。1.2声屏障砼基础施工方法某大道浦发绿地城1段城市大型声屏障，下部结构形式采用预制钢筋方桩和承台基础以及连系梁基础，路基段路侧处和路基段中处桩承台，钢筋混凝土方桩采用250250mm，长度为8米，某和某大道沿线12段农村段声屏障下部结构形式为连系梁基础。（1）混凝土全部采用商品混凝土，泵车泵送。（2）基础柱头采用定制拼装式钢模板，按清水混凝土的工艺标准验收模板的垂直度和拼接缝。考虑到本工程的承台高度较低，混凝土施工时一次浇筑到顶，承台的混凝土采用商品砼，配备混凝土汽车泵进行浇筑。（3）连系梁底模采用黄砂垫层，C10素砼垫层，侧模采用定制的九夹板模板；如地面未达到设计标高时，应采用耕植土回填，并且夯实，连系梁地基应夯实，然后再进行连系梁底模和侧模的安装。（4）钢筋混凝土预制方桩采用厂家生产，现场履带吊吊装，打入桩采用柴油打桩机的施工方法（为避免噪声也可以改为静力压桩的施工方法）。
