2、准备1）、场地平整根据施工现场具体情况，在河道先北侧填土，以保证河道南侧的畅通。2）、技术准备组织项目有关专业人员认真勘察现场实际情况，掌握本工程特点、施工程序以及本阶段与后续工程的相互关系，为进场后能立即展开施工作准备。施工现场配备有施工经验负责人一名，施工员1名，技术员1名，安全员1名，材料员1名，预算员1名。2、木桩围堰施工工艺木桩围堰施工工艺流程见下图：施工准备测量定位打入围堰北侧木桩围堰顶部平整打入围堰南侧木桩围堰两侧木桩采用铁丝对拉。3、施工方法为了便于施工，采用挖机及人工配合施工，将木桩逐个打入。为了木桩的整体性能好，木桩围堰采用两排木桩，间距3米，中间设置支撑，以保证围堰承受河

3、道的动水压力。由于工程所处地段表层土较差，但是水底的地质情况，项目没有相关的地质勘察报告，对河底地质情况不了解，所以打桩方式暂定采用单桩打入法，以一块为一组，从一角开始逐块(组)打入，直至工程结束，这种打入方式施工简便，可不停顿地打，桩机行走路线短，速度快。4、对拉支撑为了保证木桩的稳定，需对木桩进行对拉支护。由于施工场地较小，木桩的支护，采用对拉式支护。5、拔桩木桩拔桩前，先将围堰内的支撑，从下到上陆续拆除，先逐个将木桩拔出，后将围堰填土挖除及外运。6、木桩打设注意事项将挖机开至围堰上，插桩时锁口要对准，采用挖机斗慢慢下压。为防止锁口中心线平面位移，可在打桩进行方向的木桩锁口处设卡板，阻止板

4、桩位移。同时在围堰上预留木桩的位置，以便随时检查校正。开始打设的一、二块木桩的位置和方向应保持精确，以便起到样板导向作用，故每打入1m应测量一次。施打顺序按施工组织设计进行，一般由上游分两头向下游合龙。施打时宜先将木桩逐根或逐组施打到稳定深度，然后依次施打至设计深度。在垂直度有保证的条件下，也可一次打到设计深度。同一围堰内使用不同类型的木桩时，宜将两种不同类型的木桩的进行加固，以便起到围堰的整体性。施打时，应随时检查其位置是否正确，桩身是否垂直，不符合要求时应立即纠正或拔起重新施打。拔桩前，应先易后难，逐个将木桩拔出。拔出来的木桩应进行检修，堆码保存。五、安全措施针对热气管及围堰的安全措施如下

6、设备及应急材料。 （4）做好防雷、防电、防漏工作，保证施工正常进行。 （5）施工期间委派专人对现场临时设施、机电设备、临时线路等进行检查，针对检查出的具体问题上，应采取相应措施，及时整改。4、围堰及热气管突发事件的抢险措施 （1）即停止施工现场的所有施工，紧急将现场施工人员集合。分为2队，一对进行围堰及热气管的加固，另一队调动机械、物资等。 （2）将挖机调至河道边疏通河道加固围堰，热气管道采用钢板桩进行加固，将驳岸沟槽内进行排水。 （3）现场医药器具到位，随时用于伤员的临时抢救。 （4）如有较重伤员现场无法救治，立刻拨打120抢救电话。第54页（英文版 ） Two regulations pr
