42、的设备、材料以及所有附件及配件的安装要求。1.1.5 所有项目应包括完成全部上述工程运行所需的一切辅助设备及附件的设计、供应、安装测试及保修等和符合当地及当时规范的设施，不论设备及材料是否已包括在本技术要求文件及图纸内均应包含于本承包合同。1.1.6 本承包单位必须具备有当地有关部门或单位认可及有资质证明的、可承担本工程规模的景观给排水、水景系统之施工单位，并必须在回标时提交有关专业资质证明、详细工程经验及施工组织架构供建设单位机电顾问审核和批准。1.2 合同要求1.2.1 施工分期及完工要求1) 本承包单位必须按标书中如有提及而所须作出配合的施工期及完工要求来完成本承包合同。但此施工期及完工

43、要求仅作参考，最终 的施工期及完工期须按建设单位所批准的施工进度计划为准。2) 本承包单位必须与各有关政府部门及公用事业机构(如:质检站、供电局、自来水公司、排水处、防雷办等)协调、合作直至验收通过，此等包括但不局限于下列各项:A. 协调其它专业承包单位按期及按阶段提供设备及材料(包括图纸、样本、产品说明书、检测证等)，作为送交各政府部门及公用事业机构审批，包括报建和验收之用。本承包单位须注意，若所有须送审的有关资料未能达到有关政府部门的要求而需作重新送审，因此而导致工期延误及所引起的一切费用损失等全由本承包单位负责。B. 与各有关政府部门及公用事业机构协调、联络、商讨及解决在本工程建设中的一

44、切申请、审报、衔接安装、测试和运行上的问题，直至取得这些部门的书面确认、批准及完成所有接驳工程至各市政接口。若有部份项目、设备供应/安装或单项工程为达上述要求，须由有关部门或专业单位施工，本承包单位除必须负责与这些部门或单位联络安装衔接及协调外，其所需费用(包括有关工作之设计/或工程费用等)也应全部包含在标价内。在合同计划工期内未能就此等市政专业工程落实施工单位，建设单位有权从本合同工程范围内取消有关工程量，并交由市政部门施工，当中涉及的额外费用将由本承包单位负责。3) 本承包单位必须进行全面的规划及配合，提供及建造预留管道接口、提供预留孔洞的相关资料、提供预留容量和其它预留设施，并做好上述预

45、留设施的保护，和各期的衔接工作。4) 本承包单位除负责整个景观给排水、水景系统外，还须协调及配合本项目其它承包单位及指定供应单位，以确保本项目的整个系统可根据本承包合同的设计及当时规范依据正常运作。1.2.2 本技术要求及图纸已将景观给排水、水景系统之各项主要系统的整体布置、设计、安装、测试及运作要求作出说明。但一些细节的要求可能没有说明或提及，故本承包单位除必须按本技术要求及图纸施工外，亦须设计、供应、安装、测试、调校及运作一切在本技术要求及图纸中没有明确说明的部分，但可以推知且必须按照有关国家规范及国际认可的标准和要求，并该等系统在安装、测试、调较、运作及符合当地政府部门规范要求上所必须的

46、一切附属配件及配套设备等，亦应包括在本承包工作范围及标价内以全面地完成全部给排水系统。1.2.3 本承包单位除须按照本技术要求及图纸进行有关的施工外，还必须负责与当地有关政府部门(如自来水公司、排水处等)联络、商讨、协调及解决在本工程建设中的一切申请、报批、衔接安装、测试和运行上的问题；同时也应负责提供一切有关图纸及资料供有关部门审批，直至取得这些部门的书面确认、批准及完成所有接驳工程至各市政部门的市政接口及供应点。若有部分项目或工程未达上述要求，须由有关部门或指定单位施工，本承包单位除必须负责与这些部门或单位联络及协调外，其所需费用(包括有关工作之设计费用等)也应全部包含在标价内。1.2.4

47、 在招标图纸上所表示的燃气系统之设备布置仍按照本技术要求内所选用的设备/材料、以及相关的建筑图和结构图而绘制，未能完全清楚反映各设备之准确的布置位置、尺寸和大小。本承包单位必须根据最后施工的建筑图和已获建设单位批准的设备选型，负责深化、调整及修改施工图纸，在施工前提交建设单位/机电顾问审批。因本承包合同为包干合同形式，故对于为配合实际现场环境而引起的机电系统及其设备安装修改所导致的额外费用，亦应包括在本承包合同造价内而不得另外索偿。同时为配合建筑设计或与其它专业协调而进行的调整(包括管线、管道布置及安排)亦将不能索取额外费用。1.3 法规和要求1.3.1 本系统工程必须按照中华人民共和国政府所颁布的有关法规和要求、当地政府部门及公营机构公司（如供电局、质检站、排水处、防震办、自来水公司等）现行的有关规定和要求进行施工。其中包括（但不限于）下列各规范及规则的最新版本：1) 建筑给水排水设计规范(GB50015-2003)（2009年版）2) 室外给水设计规范(GB50013-2006)3) 室外排水设计规范(GB50014-2006)4)
