21、res for extraction tests. The Standard applies to slurry surfacings for roads, airfields and other trafficked areas.2Apparatus2.1Plastic container with a capacity of at least 3 l.2.2Stirring rod, with a diameter of 20 mm to 30 mm and a suitable length.3Procedure3.1All samples of the slurry mixture s

22、hall be taken at the slurry mixer discharger. No sample shall be taken until the mixer has been operating at least 30 min and the slurry mixture has a homogeneous appearance.3.2At the time of sampling ensure a full flow discharge of slurry mixture in one steady stream.3.3Take the sample by passing t

23、he container through the full width of the discharging mixture and obtaining at least 2 l of the mix without overfilling the container.3.4Continuously stir the sample until the emulsion has broken to ensure all the aggregate particles remain in suspension.4Sampling reportThe sampling report shall co
