9、, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development.9*隧道浅埋段施工方案一、工程概况:*隧道设计全长333m,隧道位于湖南省娄底市双峰县洪山殿乡,隧道隧址区位于丘陵地区,自然山坡坡度3050,坡面植被较茂密,多为农田及茶树,地层岩性为隧道丘陵表层覆盖第四系粉质粘土及碎石土,石灰系下统岩关阶地层。隧址区地质构为单斜构造。*隧道中心里程为DK34+414.5,浅埋段里程为DK34+427DK34+484,长度57m
10、, 隧道埋深数据为-2.09 m2.35 m(见表1)。*隧道浅埋段隧道埋深数据表(隧道中线)桩号(里程)DK34+427DK34+440DK34+450DK34+455DK34+460DK34+470DK34+484埋深(m)2.35-1.55-1.99-2.09-1.88-1.182.33浅埋段表层为第四系粉质粘土,局部含碎石,层厚24m,下伏石炭系下统岩关阶C1y灰岩,强风化,节理裂隙发育,层厚08.6m。区域内地下水主要为大气降水补给,受季节影响较大,围岩自稳能力极差,围岩级别为V 级,结构类型为浅埋偏压。从隧道浅埋段埋深数据分析来看,该浅埋段最大埋深为-2.09 m2.35 m,属超
11、浅埋段,设计采用的施工工法为明挖法。二、 设计施工方案论述1、设计施工方案简述根据改建铁路娄底至邵阳铁路扩能改造工程施工图【娄邵施图(隧)11-06】*隧道DK34+427+484段明洞设计图,采用墙顶开挖式明挖法,以土石地质分界线为界,分界线上部土层部分采用临时边坡开挖,临时边坡坡率1:0.75,临时边仰坡锚喷(网)加固,支护参数为锚杆采用22砂浆锚杆,L-4m,间距1.5m1.5m,梅花形布置,喷射混凝土采用10cm厚C20网喷混凝土,钢筋网8,网格25cm25cm。分界线土层以下C1y灰岩层采用垂直开挖,临时边仰坡采用喷射混凝土防护。设计采用的明挖法见下图:DK34+427明暗分界断面
