11、高层住宅楼基础钢筋工程施工方案陕西省第十一建筑工程公司基础钢筋工程施工方案一、 编制依据1、业主提供的结构施工图纸；2、钢筋混凝土结构施工规范及钢筋混凝土结构验收规范、钢筋连接规范及参照国标03G101图集进行施工。3、施工组织设计；4、项目质量控制计划及项目质量目标。二、 工程概况本工程为全现浇剪力墙结构，地下二层、地上二十六层、塔楼二层、抗震设防烈度为八度，剪力墙抗震等级为二级。129轴长39.6M，AP轴宽35.4M。面积约1500平方米。本楼主要使用的钢筋有：一级钢分别为：6、8、10mm二、三级钢分别为：10、12、14、16、18、22、24、25、28、32mm.钢筋连接形式有：

12、搭接接头、闪光对焊接头、电渣压力焊接头、墩粗直螺纹接头等四种接头形式。三、 施工准备1、劳动力准备根据工程的进展对作业队的定员人数要求如下：分类施工部位加工人员绑扎人员对焊工基础1550(30持证)2（持证）主体1240(30持证)2（持证）2、材料准备（1）专业工长提前进行钢筋的翻样，提出基础、各层各种钢筋的计划数量，提交有关人员审核。因本施工现场狭小，所以钢筋的进料只能分批分层进场，以层数为单位，以同厂，同炉号，同级别，同生产工艺，同规格分批进料。（2）检查验收（每60吨为一验收批，不足60吨亦按一批验收）以每层的钢筋量分规格各为一批验收。检查验收时，不光检查钢筋的数量规格、外观质量是否和

13、标志牌一致，还应看有无产品合格证、材质检验报告，并要收集整理交于资料员处存档。（3）钢筋在进场后要及时取样复试，合格后方可使用。取样方法、数量与试样长度如下表所示：（、级钢）试样直径mm试样根数拉力试样mm弯曲试样mm拉力弯曲6.5102210d+2005d+15012252210d+2005d+150（4）钢筋焊接件的检验A钢筋的闪光对焊：钢筋对焊时应在同一台班、由同一焊工完成的200个同级别、同直径钢筋焊接接头作为一批。当同一台班内焊接接头数量较少，可在一周内累计计算，累计的不足200个接头的按一批计算。班组应每天准确统计分规格钢筋的对焊数量，以确保焊接检验接头数量的要求。每一批钢筋焊接接

14、头切取3个拉力试样，3个弯曲试样，拉力试样长度为8d+200mm,弯曲试样为6.5d+150mm,接头两端长度均等。B电渣压力焊接头连接每种规格接头钢筋的接头试件不少于3根（每500个接头，同规格同材料），不足500个也作为一个验收批。 钢筋取样需由钢筋工长、取样见证人（甲方、监理代表）、现场质量员四方监督试验工共同取样，取样后由试验工与取样见证人共同将试样送往实验站检验，检验完毕后仍由试验工及取样见证人共同前往实验站取回实验结果报告单。报告单除试验工自留一份以外，应交给现场资料管理员一份作为存档资料。3、技术准备钢筋工程施工前，要编制科学合理的、有可操作性的技术交底书。并向操作班组进行口头及

15、书面交底。4、机械准备钢筋加工车间内配备二台弯曲机，一台调直机、二台切断机，离车间北(靠建筑物)3M设对焊机一台。在加工基础钢筋前应将各种机械调整就位、固定稳固。钢筋加工车间用钢管搭设防护棚，上铺一层竹架板，架板下盖石棉瓦，以确保施工人员的安全及雨天正常作业。机械及设施安排：钢筋调直机 一台 标尺台（9m）1个弯曲机 二台 工作台（7008500）1个切断机 二台 摇手扳6-10共4套 对焊机 一台 直口扳14、12各1个切割机 二台 工作台(4009000)1个直螺纹加工机 二台四、钢筋的加工钢筋的加工须先结合图纸及变更，核对钢筋配料单，无误后方可配料。1. 钢筋的连接钢筋采用闪光对焊时，要

16、求电压上下浮动不得超过5%，须焊接的钢筋两端头平纹部分对齐，接头无横向裂纹及明显烧伤，接头处的弯折角度不得大于3度，接头处的轴线偏移不得大于钢筋直径的0.1倍，且不得大于2mm，加工出的钢筋必须长度准确。为确保钢筋焊接质量，要求无论闪光对焊，电渣压力焊都必须是专业培训的持证上岗人员，电渣压力焊的质量要求同闪光对焊，各种连接接头都应按生产批量取样送试，试件合格后才能进行绑扎。2. 钢筋加工要求箍筋的弯钩角度135度，平直部分长度不小于10d；拉钩的加工一端做成1800，另一端先做成900，在绑扎好以后，再进行二次弯曲将900弯钩弯成1350。或配制成“S”形拉钩两端均为1350。钢筋加工完后应按

17、绑扎的顺序分规格将钢筋堆放整齐，并用标识牌进行标识，标识牌分两种：一种为总体标识，分梁，板，柱、墙四种。第二种标识牌具体用于工程位置的钢筋标识。四、 钢筋的绑扎1. 基础钢筋的绑扎：.本工程为下翻梁承台筏板基础,应先绑扎承台及承台梁地梁钢筋。再绑扎基础筏板钢筋。后插柱墙钢筋等三步的施工程序。.为了施工便利应在基础梁钢筋未绑扎之前先根据轴线尺寸用墨斗弹出基础筏板钢筋横向竖向1米控制线并按图纸要求的间距用铁红弹出基础底板筋分布间距线。.先绑扎基础承台钢筋再基础承台梁钢筋后地梁钢筋绑扎。.然后按设计要求由东向西铺放第一层南北方向筏板底筋，再由南向北摆放第二层东西方向筏板底筋，摆放时应将对焊接头错开摆

18、放，并应符合受压区的钢筋接头面积不得大于总截面积的50%，本工程按25%错开接头。受拉区的钢筋接头应在受力最小部位并相互错开，钢筋的交叉点必须满绑，以保证网片的牢固性。网片钢筋绑扎时必须拉通线，通线的位置在离开筏板边线一个保护层的地方，以保证筏板钢筋的间距准确。.基础梁主筋制作依据本工程设计总设明第1/4页示意图及有关条款说明且结合国标03G101图集的有关构造要求制作，锚固长度及构造要求，均按抗震构件下料制作。.基础梁箍筋依据03G101图集第33页表二第二栏规定、本工程结构设计总说明第一页表三及本工程施工实际工艺下料制作。梁侧面及上下面主筋保护层厚度均为50mm。.在梁的位置线上既槽基两边

19、搭设绑扎基梁的钢管架，且高出梁槽基面层10-15CM,间距1.5M设一道剪刀撑。架子搭好后,由工长和技术员验收,符合要求后,在架体上放出梁的侧边线及梁端头线,然后摆好梁的上部钢筋。梁上部钢筋的焊头面积应不小于上部钢筋总面积的50%,并且在任一焊接接头的中心至钢筋直径的35d或500范围内,同一根钢筋的焊接接头不允许有两个,接头宜设在跨中1/3处；梁下部钢筋的焊接接头面积不得大于总面积的50%,且相互错开接头，任意两个接头中心距离应35d，接头宜设在支座1/3范围内。.绑扎梁箍筋，离开支座5cm处为第一个箍筋线，绑扎前检查梁的主筋保护层及梁端头保护层是否符合要求。基础梁绑扎完后应用不小于16的钢

20、筋间距3-4米在梁侧面做斜向拉撑，梁两侧拉撑方向应相互错开，拉撑加固完后由中间开始向两头落架，拉撑做法如图： 反面斜向拉撑 正面斜向拉撑.基梁绑扎完后绑扎筏板底层钢筋，筏板底层钢筋绑扎后在筏板上按1000间距将马凳筋固定排放好，然后再按第一层钢筋的方法，摆放并绑扎上层筏板筋。上层筏板筋先放东西方向再放南北方向。.基梁及筏板的绑扎质量要求如下： 筏板基梁通长误差10MM项 目规范允许偏差mm自检允许偏差mm网的长度107网眼尺寸2015骨架的宽及高54骨架的长107箍筋间距2010受力筋间距1010受力筋排距53为保证梁的主筋间距和排距均匀，采用基梁面主筋控制卡：用10或12钢筋（长同梁宽），上

21、焊胡子筋如图示中，长的为10控制筋，中间的为梁面25主筋，每个卡子间的净距为：卡子本身中间的净距为主筋直径即25 mm，卡子在离支座0.5米处放置。间距卡示意图如下： 主筋间距卡示意图2.柱墙筋的绑扎.柱墙插筋的绑扎及质量控制：根据柱、墙轴线用红漆划出柱、墙控制线(且减去主筋保护层厚度)，本工程柱、墙插筋基础外墙将一次出0、000，而内柱墙留茬。先用线绳将两个方向的柱、墙边线固定上，然后根据主筋位置调整梁面钢筋，并插柱、墙主筋，插好后用一相应柱、墙断面的柱、墙主筋控制箍筋或水平筋点焊于梁面，再沿基础结构顶面450套第二道箍筋或水平筋进行绑扎，0、000标高处均用钢管脚手架固定柱墙立筋。.柱箍筋

22、的划线：按照放线工抄平的500MM（结构）线向上翻至连梁面标高后根据设计要求排线，柱、墙底部第一个箍筋线或水平筋统一定为500MM线下翻45cm处，应对角划线，要求柱、墙筋绑完后，每个柱子的箍筋及墙水平筋应相互平行且垂直于柱、墙主筋，每个柱墙在中间及柱、墙顶(梁底)加两道保护层钢筋卡。3.结构予埋钢筋 结构各节点部分均采取主体施工一次性插筋,且大部分节点随主体一次性施工;少数门窗过梁钢筋随连梁或框次梁(仅限定连梁或框次梁底标高相同与过梁顶标高或相差200MM高范围内) 一次性插筋绑扎且砼浇捣施工; 标高误差过大且不方便一次性施工的予埋插筋或独立施工操作;墙体砌筑拉筋一律予埋钢筋或铁件.五、钢筋

23、的交接与隐蔽验收：每一个施工段的钢筋绑扎完后由项目工程师组织质检工、钢筋工长进行自检。合格后，向甲方代表递交本施工段的钢筋隐蔽验收记录，请甲方代表签字，同时填写工程交接表请下一工种负责人签字后，方可进行下道工序施工。浇筑砼时钢筋工派专人看护，砼工不得擅自损坏钢筋，如果确实钢筋影响砼浇筑时，应由砼工长向施工员提出，钢筋工长参加三方共同商议，制定出补救措施，方可调整钢筋。浇筑现浇板时，板上必须用支架搭设砼浇筑跑道架，砼操作人员不得站在钢筋上操作。六、成品保护1、安装模板、浇筑混凝土时，施工人员不得随意踩踏钢筋和用工具撬动钢筋，以免钢筋位移、变形。2、在浇筑砼时应设专人看护钢筋，随时修整变形、移位的

24、钢筋，确保隐蔽钢筋质量。七、安全文明施工1、进入施工现场必须遵守现场的各项（安全、文明）规定。2、施工中各种用电设备要由专业人员进行操作。3、要经常组织施工人员进行安全文明的学习。4、安全注意事项A、钢筋机械如钢筋断机、钢筋弯曲机、砂轮切割机等要有漏电保护器，砂轮切割机要有防护罩，严禁使用不圆、有裂纹和直径小于25CM的电锯。钢筋机械传动部位必须有防护罩。人员操作应避开钢筋运动方向，停用机械时应将电源切断。B、钢筋吊运应严格按规范操作，起重指挥人员必须持证上岗。C、无论采用何种焊接方法，在现场焊接操作必须有操作架，（特别是绑扎、焊接梁筋时）操作加上必须铺架板，在特殊情况下，难以搭设防护架时操作
