1、大同至西安铁路客运专线七标段（路基工程施工作业指导书）大西铁路七标段路基工程喷混植生施工作业指导书1. 适用范围适用于大西铁路客运专线站前施工-7标段路基边坡喷混植生施工。2. 作业准备2.1内业技术准备2.1.1接到施工图后组织技术人员全熟悉核面对图纸，充分了解设计标准。2.1.2准备并熟悉路基绿色防护施工相关规范、规程、标准、技术条件、指南等。2.1.3编制施工安全保证措施，对施工人员进行技术交底工作。2.1.4对施工人员进行上岗前技术培训，考核合格后持证上岗。2.2外业技术准备核实喷播植草地段路基边坡地形地貌，修整坡面嵌补凹槽、坑洼。了解原材料供应情况，并结合喷播植草施工特点，编制满足设

2、计和质量要求的喷播植草施工组织计划。3. 技术要求3.1 边坡防护植物应选择适宜品种。3.2 施工前按设计提供的配合比进行室内试验，确定施工配合比。混凝土的配合比应保证混合料的抗压强度能达到设计要求。4. 施工程序与工艺流程4.1施工程序喷混植生施工程序为：清理边坡、打设锚杆、挂网施工、配制客土材料、喷混植生、养护管理。4.2工艺流程5. 施工要求5.1施工准备施工前对喷播防护段路基边坡进行核实，边坡地形地质应符合设计要求。喷播前喷播材料应符合设计图纸要求。5.2 施工工艺5.2.1 清理边坡将容易滑落、影响边坡稳定的岩石处理掉，使坡面尽可能平整以利于喷混植生施工，同时增加坡面绿化效果；对于光

3、滑岩面要通过挖掘横沟等措施进行加糙处理，以免客土下滑。5.2.2 打设锚杆锚杆为用直径20mm的HRB335级钢筋，筋长1.9m，锚固深1.8m，孔内灌注M30水泥砂浆。5.2.3 挂网施工网条采用2.6机编高镀锌铁丝网，网目尺寸812cm，其抗拉强度不低于380kPa，挂网幅边采用2.2铁丝绑扎联接。5.2.4 坡面设直径50mm软式透水管排水孔，矩形布置，间距3.0m，孔深0.7m，扭坡部位水平尺寸可作适当调整，孔位沿堑坡走向尽可能在一条线上。5.2.5 配制客土材料将粘土打碎过筛，然后将粘土、锯末、谷壳、水泥、肥料、植物生长剂、土壤稳定剂等充分混和，搅拌均匀。5.2.6 喷混植生选用专用

4、喷混植生机，设备就位后，调节输送泵压力、出风量，使混合料均匀喷射至坡面，自上而下分两次实施喷播，第一次喷播厚3cm，待客土稳定后(1020min)再喷播第二次至设计厚度，喷播时在岩性破碎、岩质坚硬坡段喷层厚度可适当增加。5.2.7 养护管理初期养护需加盖无纺布，3045d后待草苗长到一定高度时揭布；后期养护时若天气长期持续干旱则应适当予以浇水养护。6. 劳力组织6.1 劳动力组织方式：采用架子队组织模式。6.2施工人员应结合试验段确定的施工方案、机械、人员组合、工期要求进行合理配置。施工劳动人员配备表序号工作内容人数备注1清理边坡152打设锚杆8根据桩身大小3挂网施工44设直排水孔45配制客土

5、材料86喷混植生67养护管理67. 材料要求原材料应符合设计要求，设计未明确时应符合以下要求。1） 种子：BPR混和植被种子，按冷暖结合、草灌结合、四季常绿的原则进行配种。2） 客土:采用天然有机型培养土，由多种新型微生物菌群发酵而成，含有氮、磷、钾及各种微量元素、生长激素，pH值6.07.0，饱和容重0.50.6t/m3。3） 稳定剂:无污染粘结剂，采用高分子聚合物及天然植物加工而成，能将客土、养生材料、肥料、种子等紧密连接，形成一定厚度的喷播层，并与坡面粘 接在一起而不致下滑流失。4） 养生材料:采用木质纤维，增加连接的强度，使喷播层稳定性增强。5） 肥料:采用速效化肥及缓效有机肥，增加贫

6、瘠边坡肥力，提供植物生长所需营养。6） 水: 喷播用水，选择无污染水源，就近吸取。7） 金属网:网条采用2.6机编高镀锌铁丝网，网目尺寸812cm，其抗拉强度不低于380kPa，挂网幅边采用2.2铁丝绑扎联接。 8） 锚杆:挂镀锌网的锚杆采用直径20mm的HRB335级钢筋，筋长1.9m，锚固深1.8m，孔内灌注M30水泥砂浆。8. 设备机具配置喷混植生设备：喷混植生机若干台、普通卡车若干台、抽水泵若干台、发电机若干台、空压机若干台9. 质量控制及检验9.1质量控制9.1.1 喷混植生施工应符合设计要求，并符合铁路路基边坡绿色防护技术暂行规定的有关规定。9.1.2喷混植生工程施工应根据植物的特

7、性，适时种植，避免在暴雨季节、大风和高温条件下施工。9.1.3喷混植生播种前应进行种子发芽率试验，或植株移植试验，根据试验结果确定种植密度和种植时间，确保在雨季来临前形成一定防护能力。在防护未形成一定能力时，宜采取排水和覆盖等临时保护措施。9.1.4喷混植生应先将生长液与草籽按设计要求混合并搅拌均匀，采用喷播设备将其喷洒在已清理好的坡面上，喷洒应自上而下进行。9.1.5喷植材料随拌随喷，喷射厚度为810cm，喷播草籽含量每平方米不小于25g，水泥标号不低于PO42.5；护坡喷植后，20天内必须喷（洒）水养生，使喷植护坡始终具有足够水分，促使草籽发芽、生长。9.2质量检验9.2.1喷混植生覆盖率
