7、rent materials should be used to find the connection. 4.1.11.6 explosive9隧道斜井二衬施工方案一.编制依据1.本标段风道施工图纸以及现场实际情况。2.省高指隧道施工标准化指南3.福建省高速公路隧道施工要点4.公路隧道施工技术规范JTG F60-20095.公路工程质量检验评定标准JTG F80/1-20046.斜井作业区施工方案。二、工程概况1.总体工程概况斜井为xx隧道永久性通风通道,分左右两洞,右斜井洞口位于右洞YK20+678洞轴线右偏120m,长度686.8m,左斜井洞口位于右洞YK20+681洞轴线右偏142m,
8、长度609.8m。左右斜井各设送、排风道,其中右斜井排风道设计为施工加宽段,作为左右斜井和正洞斜井施工段的运输通道。设计采用地表风机房。右正洞送排风道合并到右斜井,左正洞送排风道合并到左斜井,斜井设置中隔板。左斜井洞身坡度为19.8%,右斜井洞身坡度为18.5%。ZXJZ0,YXJZ0,ZXJZ5-1,YXJZ5-1,ZXJZ5,YXJZ5段设仰拱,其余地段设计不设仰拱。2.设计参数 斜井段支护类型和衬砌形式见下表支护类型二衬钢筋(mm)二衬C25砼(cm)备注环向钢筋纵向钢筋拱墙仰拱ZXJZ0,YXJZ020200122005050ZXJZ5-1,YXJZ5-120200122004040Z

10、层距300mm,保护层厚度为50mm,层间设12600mm架立筋。ZXJZ4-1,YXJZ4-1拱墙钢筋环向为双层16200mm,纵向为双层1200mm,层距250mm,保护层厚度为50mm,层间设12600mm架立筋。(2)混凝土:仰拱混凝土为C25混凝土,拱墙混凝土为C25防水混凝土。(3)防排水:二衬砼采用C25防水砼,在初期支护和二衬背后均设置EVA防水板1.2mm厚+无纺土工布300g/,在初支和土工布之间环向铺设50mmHDPE单壁打孔盲管将地下水引入边墙两侧100mmHDPE双壁打孔波纹管集水,有仰拱段通过100mmPVC横向排水管将水引入200mmU-PVC双壁打孔波纹管中央排
11、水管,再通过中央排水管引入主洞侧式排水沟排出主洞洞外,无仰拱段直接通过两侧100mmHDPE管将水引入主洞侧式排水沟排出洞外。二衬沉降缝和环向施工缝采用中埋式橡胶止水带进行防水。路面水通过设在斜井两侧的1020cm的路缘三角沟,引入联络风道的沉沙井,然后通过100mmU-PVC双壁波纹管将水引入主洞电缆沟,排出主洞洞外。(4)一般断面图三施工组织1.施工组织机构斜井二衬施工作业由项目部驻斜井工区主管副经理负责,总体组织协调项目部各分管领导、各相关职能部门、作业队管理层、作业班组作业和保障工作。项目总工负责二衬施工方案的制定,安全方案的审查,技术准备工作的组织,质量管理工作的组织和监督,二衬台车
12、的审查和验收等。工程部负责根据二衬方案,对下进行各施工工艺技术交底和解释,对每工序进行现场放线和技术复核,对施工过程进行质量检查和监督。安全质量部负责二衬施工的安全及质量检查、管理工作。负责环境保护的监控工作。负责按合同、设计文件和相关的验评标准对二衬质量进行检查和验收工作,并做好检验记录,确保记录真实有效。监督检查二衬施工安全设施、安全管理,及时纠正违章作业,做到安全施工。物资保障部负责二衬施工的物资设备保障工作。物资设备申请计划由作业班组提前10天提出,经现场技术负责人和施工负责人审批,并经项目经理批准后,由物资保障部及时采购进场,并确保质量符合设计和合同要求。物资保障部下设的砼拌合站负责
