11、cadres in enterprise development in the复合载体夯扩桩施工及验收规程QB2002-01目 录1、总 则 2、术 语3、复合载体夯扩桩的施工4、成桩质量检查与验收1、总 则1.0.1 为了在复合载体夯扩桩的施工及验收过程中做到技术先进、安全适用、经济合理、确保质量、保护环境,制订本规程。1.0.2 本规程适用于一般工业与民用建筑(包括构筑物)、中小型水利建筑、路桥建筑等桩基工程。1.0.3 本规程适用于桩端持力层为可塑到硬塑状态的粘性土以及粉土、砂土、碎石土。也适用于经载何试验确定承载力稳定可靠的素填土、不富含孤石和大块基础杂填土、湿陷性黄土持力层。1.0.
12、4 复合载体夯扩桩的施工应因地制宜,综合考虑场地的工程地质条件,环境条件、施工设备性能等因素,精心施工。1.0.5复合载体夯扩桩的施工除符合本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准的规定。2、术 语2.0.1 复合载体夯扩桩采用细长锤夯击成孔,将护筒沉到设计标高后,细长锤击出护筒底一定深度,分批抽孔内投入填充料和干硬性砼,用细长锤反复夯实、挤密,在桩羰形成复合载体,最后放置钢筋笼,灌注桩身砼而形成的桩。2.0.2填充料含泥量不大于10%、有机物含量不大于3%的碎砖、碎砼块、碎石、卵石和矿渣等。2.0.3 复合载体由干硬性砼、填充料、挤密土体、影响土体组成的载体。2.0.4夯扩体由干硬性砼、填充
13、料组成。2.0.5被加固土层复合载体所地的土层2.0.6复合载体持力层直接承受复合载体传递的荷载的土层。2.0.7挤密土体夯扩周围被夯挤密的土体。2.0.8细长锤、桩锤直径为250-500mm,长为3000-5000mm,锤的质量为1.5-5t,用以夯实填充料和干硬性砼的锤。2.0.9 三击贯入度指夯实后,当不再填料时连续夯击三次后的下沉量。3、复合载体夯扩桩的施工3.1施工准备3.1.1复合载体夯扩桩施工应具备下列资料:1、建筑场地工程地质资料和必要的水文地质资料2、桩基工程施工图、图纸会审纪要及设计变更图纸等3、建筑场地和邻近区域的高压线路、通信线路、地下管线(管道、电缆等)、地下构筑物、
14、危房、精密仪器车间等的调查资料4、桩基工程的施工组织设计或施工方案5、规划定点放线资料6、试成桩资料或成桩控制参数资料7、水泥、砂石、钢筋等原材料及其制品的质检报告8、砼配合比试验资料。3.1.2现场作业条件包括有:1、现场内妨碍施工的障碍物和地下埋设物(如地下管线、旧基础等)已排除,有隔震要求的邻近建筑物已采取保护措施2、施工用水、电、道路及临时设施均已畅通与就绪3、施工前场地已平整,对影响施工机械进场与操作的松软场地已进行处理,并有排水措施3.1.3施工前应按设计要求进行建筑定位和桩位测放,并对测量基线、水准基点及桩位进行复核。桩基轴线的定位点及施工地区附近所设水准点设置在不受桩基施工影响
15、处,妥善保护,施工中应经常复测。3.1.4施工前可根据需要进行试成桩,以便核对地质资料,检验设备及技术要求是否适宜,其位置宜选择在紧靠地质钻孔和有代表性的部位。试成桩时应详细记录有关的施工参数及三击贯入度等数据,并结合试桩静载荷试验的结果,以作为施工控制的依据。3.1.5施工组织应结合工程特点,有针对性的制订相应的质量管理措施,主要包括以下内容:1、施工平面图:标明桩位、编号、施工顺序、水电线路和临时设施的位置2、确定复合载体夯扩桩的合理施工工艺和控制参数3、施工作业计划和劳动力组织计划4、机械设备、备(配)件、工具(包括质量检查工具)、材料供应计划5、桩基施工时,对安全、劳动保护、防火、防雨
16、、防台风、爆破作业、文物和环境保护等方面应按有关规定执行。6、保证工程质量、安全生产和季节性(冬、雨季)施工的技术措施。3.2 一般规定3.2.1复合载体夯扩桩适用于桩端持力层为可塑到硬塑状态的粘性土及粉土、砂土、碎石土。也适用于经载荷试验确定承载力稳定可靠的素填土、不富含孤石和大块基础的杂填土、湿陷黄土持力层等。3.2.2复合载体夯扩桩适用于桩身土层深度范围内不存在承压水的情况。3.2.3复合载体夯扩桩桩端埋深不超过24m。3.2.4复合载体填充料为含泥量不大于10%、有机物含量不大于3%的碎砖、碎砼块、碎石、卵石和矿渣等。3.2.5复合载体夯扩桩可以采用灌注钢筋砼桩身和预制钢筋砼桩身。3.
17、2.6干硬性砼与桩身砼配比仅用水量减少、其他配比均相同,搅拌后的砼应呈松散状态,用手纂可成团,松开即散。3.2.7成桩过程中应结合地质情况和布桩间距,合理安排打桩顺序。3.3施工机具设备3.3.1复合载体夯扩桩机通常由液压步履行走底盘,门式锤架、细长锤、钢护筒、主、副卷扬机及配电箱等组成,常用的机型为波岩ZL夯扩桩机等。3.3.2复合载体夯扩桩机钢护筒一般采用直径325-600mm的钢管。3.3.3细长锤质量采用15-50KN的实心锤,锤径为250-500mm。3.3.4施工现场应配备的配套设备包括:1 水准仪、经纬仪、钢尺等测量设备2 砼搅拌设备3砼运输设备4 钢筋加工设备等。3.4灌注钢筋
18、砼复合载体夯桩3.4.1施工前应按照设计图纸要求进行试成孔试验,试验中应记录地质土层分布情况,地下水位、水量情况,填料量及三击贯入度的控制情况、相邻成孔的影响情况等。必要时会同设计单位调整成桩参数。3.4.2护筒应根据设计桩径、桩长合理选用,桩锤与护筒配套使用。3.4.3桩机设备就位后,桩机保持平正、稳固,确保在施工中不发生倾斜、位移,利用水准仪控制护筒入土深度,可在护筒上设置控制深度的标记,以便施工中进行观测记录。3.4.4施工现场地平标高应高出桩顶设计高0.4m,砼灌注顶面应高出桩顶设计标高30cm。对桩顶标高下50cm范围内松散弱土层的地质,可在其范围内埋设护筒,防止桩顶范围内桩径缩小。
