15、人: 审核人: 审批人: 编制单位:巢湖天基科技有限责任公司编写时间:二八年十二月二日巢湖经济开发区花山污水处理厂厌氧池、细格栅沉砂池等粉喷桩桩基工程施工组织设计方案一、工程概述(一)概况巢湖市经济开发区花山污水处理厂厌氧池、细格栅沉砂池等水泥搅拌喷粉桩工程位于巢湖市花山经济开发区境内,成芳路以西,西河以东,广源路(规划道路)以南,合芜高速公路以北,该工程由合肥市勘察院勘察,合肥市市政设计院有限公司设计,巢湖市建设监理有限公司监理,巢湖市建设工程质量监督站监督,巢湖天基科技有限责任公司施工。土质为流塑状亚粘土,具体见地质勘察报告。(二)工程设计1、工程设计为粉喷桩复合地基加固软土体:细格栅沉砂
16、池桩数为240根,桩径为500,有效桩长约6.0 m,桩顶超喷0.5m,厌氧池桩数为1692根,桩径500,有效桩长约7.5m,该工程桩体全长复搅。2、加固后复合地基承载力特征值细格栅沉砂池约120Kpa,单桩承载力特征值90KN,厌氧池复合地基承载力特征值140 Kpa,单桩承载力特征值90KN。施工前应进行室内水泥土实验,选择合适的配合比,水泥土无侧抗压强度qu90, 细格栅沉砂池不小于1.6Mpa, 厌氧池qu90不小于1.8Mpa。(三)工期据现场实际状况及业主的要求:自实际开工之日起30天左右完成搅拌桩施工任务。(不含阴雨天气及强对流天气等恶劣天气影响场地不能施工的工期和现场停电、停
17、水等影响的工期)二、编制依据1、根据巢湖经济开发区花山污水处理厂厌氧池细格栅沉砂池水泥搅拌喷粉桩工程设计图纸及岩土工程地质勘察报告。2、按照JGJ942008建筑桩基技术规范及TB1011396粉体喷搅法加固软弱土层技术规范。三、施工组织方案(一)施工准备1、水、电、路均通,场地平整、压实。2、施工前须由甲方组织设计、监理、施工单位进行技术交底和图纸会审,以便我方更好领会设计意图,利于指导施工。3、桩基轴线放线定位:依据业主提供的绝对标高、坐标,来控制桩顶标高,并测量出桩基轴线,并给甲方、监理检查验收后方施工,同时轴线控制点和高程基准点引出施工范围外做好标志,并用混凝土保护。4、施工前做好设备
18、进场、安装和调试,并对水泥进行复试,制作必要的水泥土试样。5、在工程桩范围外适当位置,先做试桩,试桩施工方法同工程桩相似,每个单体试桩数量由设计单位根据检测规范要求定,并定试桩位置。每组2根水泥掺量分别为50KG/M及60KG/M试桩间距同工程桩,桩长必须进入1粘土层1M,试桩结束后,设计单位应对施工单位进行交底并提供沉桩过程中的相关参数。(二)设备配制根据设计技术要求,工程需要以及工程区的地质特质,选定如下主要设备机具:1、PH-5A型液压步履式搅拌喷粉桩机 2台2、YP-1型粉体发送器及空压机 各2台3、15T吊车 1辆4、工程指挥车 1辆5、经纬仪J2 1台6、水准仪S3 1 台7、电焊
19、机 1台(三)劳动组织工程实行项目经理负责制,下设施工、技术、行政、安全生产管理网络,正常施工实行24小时作业制(考虑居民区实际情况,施工时间适当调整),施工生产人员单机需6人左右。依据现场施工情况酌情增减。人员安排如下表职务项目经理技术负责人施工员质检员安全员材料员名称朱玉德黄正道葛礼中司磊刘家虎严佩香(四)施工工艺根据该工程设计和工程地质特性,选用PH-5A型液压步履式搅拌桩机进行施工,具单桩施工工艺流程参见下图。钻机就位、调平钻进钻头对位喷粉、搅拌、提升停灰、停气送粉机送粉桩深成 桩设计桩顶转入下一循环全长复搅(五)施工进度计划依据设计要求、规范规定,场地现有条件以及以往的施工经验,单桩
20、施工约需18-20分钟,正常施工按24小时作业制,考虑机械和场地因素,平均每天每台机械可完成40-60根左右,预计30天左右完成.(不含阴雨天及强对流天气影响场地不能施工的天数和现场停电、停水等情况)。施工中加强现场组织管理工作,并请业主、监理单位密切配合,保证工程质量、安全提高施工效率。四、质量保证体系及质量保证措施(一)质量保证体系及质量管理1、建立完善的质量保证体系(见下图),实行岗位责任制,把质量责任落实到各岗位和个人。质保体系项目经理现场质量管理组作业组长、质检员施工班组2、严格按设计和规范要求组织施工,严格执行操作规程。3、推行全面质量管理,着重抓好各工序管理,执行质量控制点,领会
21、设计意图,施工中不定期研究质量状况,听取甲方、监理施工管理人员意见,确保工程质量。(二)技术措施1、技术要求、桩身横截面直径不小于设计桩径(喷粉500)。、桩长不小于设计桩长(根据现场地质情况确定桩长)、桩顶标高应高出设计桩顶标高0.5m以上停灰。、单桩水泥掺入量每米50kg(根据设计单位提供的数据调整)。、桩身垂直度偏差小于1%桩长。、桩位偏差小于5cm(行列双向)。、桩基检测按国家有关规定由业主组织实施。2、施工技术要求 、准备工作施工放样按以下顺序进行a、坐标、标高由业主、监理、乙方共同配合做好测量定位放样工作,并做好记录。b、严格按图纸,根据定位轴线放桩位,放样用钢尺量距,控制定位偏差
22、小于2cm,填写放线记录,报监理、甲方验收签证。c、随施工进度,应随时复核桩位位置,以防由于人为、机械等原因造成放好的桩位发生偏移。材料准备搅拌喷粉桩采用PO 42.5级水泥计划用量每米810T,具有出厂质保书,并确保在有效期内使用,严禁作用过期、受潮、结块、变质的劣质水泥,并应有质量部门认可的水泥复试报告。成桩试验搅拌喷粉桩施工前需进行成桩试验,以掌握该场地的成桩经验及各种技术参数,试验前由施工方发出书面通知,邀请业主等部门派员参加,并将提供喷粉桩置换率。成桩试验前应达到下列要求:a、满足设计水泥喷入量的各种技术参数(钻进速度、提升速度、搅拌速度、风压等)b、掌握下钻及提升的困难程度,确定合
23、适的技术处理措施,一般成桩试验的桩数不小于10根。3、搅拌粉喷桩的施工工艺要求粉喷桩搅拌桩全桩范围内须进行复喷和复搅,共90天桩体无侧限抗压强度厌氧池应大于1.8Mpa,细格栅沉砂应大于1.6Mpa。搅拌喷粉桩根据成桩试验后正式规定的各种工艺参数进行施工,无法设计变更的不得任意改变,工艺参数幅度如下:钻进速度:v=0.81.47m/min提升速度: vp=0.81.47m/min搅拌速度: R=5080RPm气体流量:Q=20L/S空气压力:P=0.20.4Mpa设计的桩顶标高上覆盖土层厚度不小于1.5M,如遇2层淤泥土时须进行清淤,再回填粘性土料压实。严格控制喷灰时间和停灰时间,确保粉喷桩长
