13、s a kind of spiritual experience, in明开电力隧道改性沥青防水卷材施工方案 一、 编制依据1、大兴区黄村镇四街、五街、六街村大市政双河北路等9条路道路、排水、给水、中水、燃气、电力土建工程施工组织设计2、大兴区黄村镇四街、五街、六街村大市政双河北路等9条路道路、排水、给水、中水、燃气、电力土建工程施工图纸3、地下工程防水技术规范GB50108-20084、地下防水工程质量验收规范GB50208-20115、建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准GB5030020016、项目相关资料。二、工程概况 黄村镇四、五、六街村土地一级开发项目位于大兴新城东北片区，距南五环路3.6

14、公里，距南六环路3.2公里。根据大兴新城规划，本项目承担着完善东北部公共服务设施，加强区域文化和环境建设，带动东片区更新改造的任务。本项目包括：辅星路（清源路-新凤河北岸）、广茂大街（清源路-柳苑路）、双河北路（京开东辅路-清广路七巷）等3条次干路及清广路七巷（横一路辅星路）、观音寺东街（双河南里巷双河北路）、双河南里巷（双河北路观音寺东街）、双河街（双河南里巷观音寺东街）、双河北里巷（双河北里一巷清源路）、横一路（双河北里巷清广路七巷）等6条支路工程。本工程为大兴区黄村镇四街、五街、六街村大市政双河北路等9条路电力土建工程，其中涉及4条街新建2m*2.1m电力隧道工程。其中观音寺东街电力隧道

15、长359.8m，双河北路电力隧道长433.7m，清广路七巷电力隧道长180.7m，广茂大街电力隧道长330m。本程防水等级二级，混凝土用强度等级C40，抗渗要求P6。本工程底板、侧墙、顶板防水层采用3mm3mm厚SBS橡胶改性沥青防水卷材。二、技术准备 施工前，技术人员须熟悉图纸，了解设计意图。施工人员持证上岗，保证所有施工人员都能按有关操作规程，规范及有关工艺要求施工。 对于重要施工部位，技术人员要对现场施工人员做详细的技 术交底。事先准备本工程的各项检查资料，确保资料真实，及时归档。 该项目工程人员安排如下： 1、 施工项目负责人1人。负责总体协调2、 技术人员 1 人。负责编制方案、措施

16、、整理资料、技术交底。 3、采购人员 1人。负责材料供应并及时通知检验 4 、主要施工人员10人。负责清除层面杂质灰尘，涂刷底层涂料、铺贴卷材、表层处理 三、材料选择 1、主要材料选择 根据设计，本工程底板、侧墙及顶板防水层均采用SBS橡胶改性沥青防水卷材3厚双层做法。 防水卷材应符合地下防水工程验收规范（GB50208-2011）要求。配套材料 基层处理剂：采用改性沥青涂料。 辅助材料 主要包括：工业汽油。用于清洗机具、喷灯燃料使用。 2、设备机械配备 主要施工机具（工具）设备 （1）小平铲、扫帚各20把，用于清理基层，开工前全部进场。（2）滚动刷20把，用于涂布胶粘剂（冷底油。 材（3）铁

17、桶20个，用于分装胶粘剂（冷底油）。 （4）汽油喷灯20个，用于热熔卷材。 （5）剪刀5 把，用于裁剪卷材。 （6）卷尺11个，用于度量尺寸用。 四、施工工艺流程1、施工流程 料准备技术准备基础处理涂布底油卷材试铺铺贴底层卷材保护层质量检验隧道墙体施工墙体外侧立面、顶面砂浆抹面铺贴立面、顶面卷材保护层成品保护 2、基础处理及保护层施工 （1）基础垫层施工完成后，进行永久导墙施工。永久导墙40cm高，12cm厚砖砌导墙。临时导墙高30cm。施工缝留置于永久导墙以上20cm处。（2）导墙施工后，与导墙内侧及垫层顶部，抹2cm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆找平层，找平层于阴角处做成圆角，以利于防水层施工。（3

18、）底层卷材铺设完成后，于卷材顶面抹2cm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆，砂浆层施工完成后，铺5cm厚C20细石混凝土，混凝土达到一定强度后，即可进行方沟底板施工。（4）方沟混凝土施工完成后，拆除临时导墙，于墙身外侧及顶面抹2cm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆，待砂浆干燥后，进行卷材铺贴，铺贴后立面外侧贴5cm厚模塑聚苯板保护层，顶面铺设抵挡卷材隔离层，其上铺筑7cm厚细石混凝土。五、卷材施工 1、涂布底胶 目的：清理基层灰尘，隔绝基层潮气，增强卷材和基层的粘结能力。 方法：用长把刷把冷底子油涂刷在干净和干燥的基层表面上，复杂部位用油漆刷刷涂，要求不露白，涂刷均匀。干燥4小时以上至不粘脚后方可进行下道工序。2、卷材

19、施工卷材实行热熔铺贴（1）卷材的配置应将卷材顺长方向进行配置，使卷材长向与流水方向垂直，卷材搭接要顺流水坡方向，不应成逆向。（2）在底板施工前先铺设底层防水，底层防水铺设应考虑与立面防水的搭接，在导墙上留出搭接长度及两层卷材的错缝长度。预留卷材长度原则为：两幅卷材短边和长边的搭接宽度均不应小于100mm。采用双层卷材时上下两层和相邻两幅卷材的接缝应错开1/3 1/2 幅宽且两层卷材不得相互垂直。搭接卷材翻到导墙外面，导墙顶砌两层砖，保护防水卷材不会在支模时损坏。底板防水施工完成后进行底板、侧墙及顶板施工。（如下图）（3）底板防水层铺设时，在砂浆找平层上弹出基准线，把卷材试铺定位。底板卷材采用空

20、铺法施工，只在需要的部分涂刷基层处理剂(细部节点部位、基面周边范围800mm内一圈等)。在铺设卷材防水层前，应对干燥，平整，并已涂刷基层处理剂的基层各细部构造、防水节点部位用附加卷材进行增强处理。用热熔搭接封边机充分烘烤搭接边上层卷材底面和下层卷材上表面沥青涂盖层，必须保证搭接处卷材间的沥青密实熔合，且有熔融沥青从边端挤出，形成宽度约5-8mm的匀质沥青条，达到封闭接缝口的目的。用高压喷灯与卷材和基层的夹角处均匀加热，待卷材表面熔化后把成卷的改性卷材向前滚铺使其粘结在基层表面上。 （4）卷材的搭接宽度为长边不小于100，短边不小于100，搭接缝的边缘以溢出热熔的改性沥青为宜，然后用喷灯均匀热熔

21、卷材搭接缝用小抹子把边抹好。 (5)在阴角阳角处设置卷材加强层，每侧不少于25cm。（如下图）阳角（此处的阴阳角专指三维交叉部位）在防水层施工中，数量诸多，也是防水层薄弱的部位之一，该处的通常做法是由施工作业人员按照下图方式现场裁剪和安装：（6）铺贴平面和顶面的卷材防水层。 在电力隧道砼施工完成后，于侧墙外侧抹1:2.5砂浆2cm，待砂浆层干燥后，在其表面弹出基准线。铺平面与立面相连的卷材，立面的卷材与导墙预留卷材搭接，然后由下向上铺贴。立面与顶面采用热熔满贴法施工，用高压喷灯与卷材和基层的夹角处均匀加热，待卷材表面熔化后把成卷的改性卷材向前滚铺使其粘结在基层表面上。立面与顶面相接阳角处，在砂

22、浆抹面时做成圆角，并使卷材紧贴阳角，不应空鼓。（7）防水层均为3mm厚双层防水。（8）在立面与平面的转角处卷材的接缝应留在平面上距立面不应小于600mm。（9）本工程施工时，卷材长向沿隧道横断面方向，相邻两幅卷材的搭接要错开，注意上下二层卷材不得相互垂直铺贴，上下二层之间搭接缝应错开1/31/2幅宽。搭接长度为不小于100mm，平面搭接以及立墙搭接如下示意图所示：六、质量检查与要求 （1）所选用的改性沥青防水卷材的各项技术性能指标，应符合GB5028-2011要求，产品应附有现场取样进行复核验证的质量检测报告或其他有关材料质量证明文件。 （2）卷材与卷材的搭接缝必须粘结牢固，封闭严密。不允许有

23、皱褶、孔洞、翘边脱层、滑移或影响渗漏水的其他外观缺陷存在。 （3）卷材与井口之间粘结牢固，卷材的末端收头部位，必须封闭严密。 （4）卷材防水层不允许有渗漏水的现象存在。 七、施工注意事项1、所选用防水材料的外观质量、规格和物理性能均应符合国家标准、规范的规定要求。所有进场材料都附有取样进行复核验证的质量检验报告和其他有关材料质量证明文件。2、卷材之间的搭接必须粘接牢固、封闭严密。不允许有皱折、起鼓、翘边、位移等影响防水效果的缺陷存在。3、细部节点：卷材应粘结牢固，卷材的收头部位必须封闭严密。4、不能在雨中或环境温度低于4时喷涂；5、防水卷材应避免与酸、碱、矿物油、凡士林等影响聚乙烯性能的化学物

24、质接触，同时应避免与80以上高温接触以免卷材发生永久变形。6、运输与贮存时，应注意勿是包装损坏，放置于通风、干燥处，贮存垛高不应超过平放五个卷材卷高度。7、自生产之日起，贮存期1年。八、成品保护 （1）施工人员应穿软质胶底鞋，严禁穿带钉的硬底鞋。在施工过程中，严禁非本工序人员进入现场。 （2）防水上堆料放物，都应轻拿轻放，并加以方木铺垫。 （3）施工用的小推车腿均应做包扎处理，防水层如搭设临时架子，架子管下口应加以板材铺垫，以防破坏防水层。 （4）防水层验收合格后，可直接在防水层上浇注细石混凝土或砂浆作刚性保护层，施工时必须防止施工机具如手推车或铁锨损坏防水层。 （5）施工中若有局部防水层破坏
