11、K243+470 1-4拱式通道施工方案一.编制依据1、山平高速第十一合同段涵洞施工图纸;2、桥涵施工技术规范、相关规范标准;3、已批准的实施性施工组织设计;4、现场调查资料; 二工程概况K243+470 为1-4m拱式通道,本涵洞为斜交涵,交角为110,涵长37.93m,地基设计承载力为200KPa。基坑开挖后要求对基底进行强夯处理,襟边为2m,计强夯面积1150m2。基础为C25片石砼整体式基础,用量为1006.71m3,采用M7.5浆砌MU40块石拱涵台身,用量为872.61m3,拱涵采用M7.5浆砌MU50块石拱圈,用量为119.82m3。洞口采用M7.5浆砌MU30片石八字墙身和C3

14、次检测项目规定值或允许偏差检查方法和频率1基础宽度(mm)不小于设计每基坑三处2基础长度(mm)不小于设计每基坑三处3基底标高(mm)50不少于八点4地基承载力(Kpa)不于设计每基坑测一处5轴线偏位(mm)25基坑纵横方向各两点5.3 强夯施工5.3.1施工要点:强夯单击夯击能要求达到2000KN.m,以消除基底土层的湿陷性为原则。基底进行强夯处理时,夯实范围为垫层每边各向外延2米。每遍每点夯实6-8击,夯实3遍,前两遍按3-4m间距跳夯,最后一遍排夯,互相搭接不大于1/2夯痕。主要通过现场确定,夯实后对上部震松的土层碾压至规定压实度。夯实处理完毕,强夯最后两击平均夯沉量要求不大于5cm,否
15、则增加夯实遍数。两遍夯击时间间隔:主要取决于施工时地基土含水量及孔隙水压力消散时间,应根据现场实验确定。起重设备起吊能力应大于等于2倍锤重。5.3.2强夯施工工艺用推土机整平基底,使场地平整具备施工条件。控制基准点和夯点测设,测定区域内的边界控制基准点。用钢尺布设点夯的夯点中心位置并标示。使用40T履带式起重机,夯锤锤底直径2.3m,锤重20t,接索牵引三轴式半自动脱钩器。起重机的吊钩与脱钩器以钢索相连接。脱钩器的吊钩可直接钩住夯锤的吊耳,用订绳索一端连接脱钩器的脱钩反柄,另一端与起重机前部的稳固的销轴连接。按设计要求的单点夯击能量设定落距,脱钩器与起重机的吊钩和脱钩拉连接好之后,在脱钩器的吊
16、钩上,系上钢尺或测绳,提升脱钩器,至一定高度即脱钩器吊钩与地面的高度为落距与夯锤高度之和,此时可以将脱钩器拉索的下端与起重机前部的稳固部位加以牢固的连接。施工机械的平面移动方向,沿场地长边方向开始,退行施工,起重机臂杆左右摆动范围内可覆盖3个排夯点,可一排同时施工,也可退行施工。夯坑填平,第一遍点夯跳夯完成后,用推土机将夯坑推平强夯施工测量:根据需要抽查测量若干夯点的起夯面高程,每一击沉量,以及每遍最终夯沉量,测量应使用经校正好的水准仪,测定同一夯点每击夯沉量时仪器应架设在相同位置和相同高程上。强夯记录:应按统一标准记录,应包括击数、夯沉量(与击数对应)、能级、夯锤重、落距、施工时间、天数等。
17、 强夯法施工工艺框图施工准备 清除表土(挖方段挖至路床)、划夯点强夯机具就位测量夯沉量强夯机具夯击作好夯击记录不合格合格完工验收5.4基础施工5.4.1基本要求所用的水泥、砂、石、水、及混合材料的质量和规格必须符合有关规定的要求,按规定的配合比施工,不得出现空洞现象。5.4.2 模板加工及安装 模板及支架应具有足够的强度,刚度和稳定性,应能承受所浇注混凝土的重力,侧压力及施工中可能产生的各项荷载,并应保证混凝土结构各部尺寸和相互位置的正确。支架的支承部分应安置于可靠的基底上,并应有足够的支承面积和防、排水措施。模板在使用前,须先将模板表面油污、铁锈、表层脱模剂清除干净。模板安装时模板与模板连接
18、牢固,表面平整,相错量不大于1mm。模板在灌注砼前浇水湿润,但不留积水,模板缝隙贴泡沫条,以防漏浆。模板的安装平整光滑,满涂脱模剂,接缝应严密,模板与基底或旧混凝土接触面不得漏浆。模板采用组合型钢模板安装。模板的安装防止模板移位和突出,模板侧面应设置支撑固定。模板安装不能重叠,接缝使用密封胶条粘贴牢固,保证不漏浆。采用优质油料作为模板的脱模剂。脱模剂由专人负责涂刷,用量少,现油光即可,以免油过多下流,造成下层混凝土局部颜色较黑,并注意不能污染钢筋和混凝土的施工缝处。擦油后,保持模板干净,防止灰尘等粘附在表面使混凝土外观变黑和表面不光滑。施工中采用钢管分层对模板进行固定,间距为50cm,墙身模板

20、10cm,片石与片石之间的距离不得小于20cm。在浇筑前石块应干净、湿润。混凝土浇筑工作宜连续进行,一次浇完,并应在前层所浇的混凝土尚未初凝以前,即将此层混凝土浇筑捣实完毕。浇筑完成后,凿除混凝土表面的水泥砂浆和松弱层,并凿毛后用水冲洗干净。5.4.4台身、拱圈块石砌筑1.砌块在使用前必须浇水湿润,表面如有泥土、水锈,应清洗干净。2、砌体应分层砌筑,砌体较长时可分段分层砌筑,但相邻两工作段的砌筑差一般不宜超过1.2m;分段位置宜尽量设在沉降缝或伸缩缝处,各段水平砌缝应一致。3、砌体应砌筑整齐,应先铺一层适当厚度的砂浆再安放砌块和填塞砌缝。砌体外露面应进行勾缝,并应在砌筑时靠外露面预留深约20m
21、m的空缝备作勾缝之用。砌体隐蔽面可随砌随刮平,不另勾缝。4、各砌层的砌块应安放稳固,砌块间应砂浆饱满,粘结牢固,不得直接贴靠或脱空。5、砌筑上层块时,应避免震动下层砌块。砌筑工作中断后恢复砌筑时,已砌筑的砌层表面应加以清扫和湿润。5.4.5浆砌块石的技术要求1、石块应平砌,每层石料高度应大致一致,砌缝宽度不大于30mm,上下层竖缝错开距离不大于80mm。、2、砌体里层平缝宽度不应大于30mm,竖缝宽度不应大于40mm。基础施工实测项目项次检查项目规定值或允许偏差检查方法和频率1混凝土强度(Mpa)在合格标准内2平面尺寸(mm)50 尺量:长、宽各检查3处3基础底面高程(mm)土质50水准仪:测
