11、aining阳五高速公路施工A1-1合同段掺灰软土路基施工方案1、工程概况山西阳五高速公路工程是山西省高速公路网的重要连接线,是山西省东纵干线公路的重要组成部分。其中阳泉至盂县段A1-1合同段主要工程包括平定枢纽互通式立交工程与维社隧道,共有1座主线桥,6座匝道桥,2座太旧加宽桥和3.5公里分离式特长隧道,以及主线、匝道和太旧加宽等路基工程,全长4375米。根据设计文件的要求,对湿陷性黄土路基底部、路床填料最小强度CBR值达不到规范要求的8%,以及路堤高度小于等于2.0米的填土方路段、土质挖方高度小于等于2.0米的路段,采用了回填20cm厚6%石灰土的处理方法。2、工程地质此路基地质属于黄土覆
12、盖低山区,隧道围岩主要由奥陶系中统峰峰组(Q2f)石灰岩,石炭系本溪组(C2b)砂岩、泥岩、灰岩、铝土页岩及石炭系太原组(C3t)砂岩及泥岩,第四系中更新统离石组(Q2l)黄土及上更新统马兰组(Q3m)黄土组成。除隧道进出口基岩裸露外,其余地段地表覆盖不同厚度马兰组(Q3m)黄土及离石组(Q2l)黄土。总体为一南北向缓倾斜的单斜构造,局部受构造作用而形成破碎及复式褶皱构造。本标段属于温带大陆性季风气候,由于受大陆性季风及复杂地形的影响,区内气候差异较大。冬夏长,春秋短,四季分明,日照比较充足,昼夜温差较大。春季干旱多风,夏季炎热多雨,秋季降温迅速,冬季寒冷干燥。年平均气温10.9,年极端最高气
13、温出现在7月为40.2;年极端最低气温出现在1月为-19。降水量年季分配极不均匀,夏季多于其他季节,夏季降水量占全年的63.5%,冬季降水量最少,仅占年降水量的2.7%。年最大降水量为866.4,年最小降水量为240.4,年平均降水量为564.2。出霜日出现在9月至10月中旬,终霜日一般在4月中旬至5月下旬初,平均无霜期一般为130180天。冻土深度受地形影响变化较大,一般为700,最大1100。3、工程要求(1)对太旧加宽路段两侧湿陷性黄土路基底部回填20cm6%灰土。(2)对路床0-30cm填料最小强度CBR值达不到规范要求的8%,需采用掺灰处理,灰剂量为6%。(3)路堤高度小于或等于2.
14、0米的填土方路段,清表后回填至路床顶面,对路床顶面冲击碾压后回填30cm厚6%灰土。(4)土质挖方段挖方高度小于等于2m对路床顶面冲击碾压后回填30cm厚6%灰土。(5)工期:根据总体施工组织设计安排,掺灰路基工程计划开工日期2009年5月,2010年5月完成,共365天。4、施工准备4.1技术配备1、熟悉设计文件、施工图纸,按照设计院提供的特殊路基处理设计图进行施工。2、所有施工材料到场后,报实验室取样实验合格后,方可使用。 3、灰土混合料中土块的最大粒径应符合规范要求,既采用塑性指数偏大的粘性土时,最大粒径不大于15mm;当采用粗粒土时,最大粒径不大于37.5mm。4、灰土混合料拌合要充分

16、-19汽油夯各型 套12009-5-15、施工方案5.1基底清理路基基底根据施工时的地面和地质的实际条件,按设计文件要求砍伐地面附着物,挖除所有树根。用推土机推去表层土15-30cm,清除地表腐植土、草皮或其他不宜作填料的土方及垃圾,并集中堆放在不妨碍施工的非耕地内,以备借土场、取土坑回填或复耕利用;对因挖树根、障碍物而留下的孔洞、坑穴按施工规范有关规定进行回填、压实,以保证基底稳固。所有清理掘除工作经监理工程师检查签认后,方进行下一工序的施工。5.2材料准备石灰到场以后,由试验室取样试验确认。5.3测量放样根据施工图结合导线复测成果,用全站仪放出路基中心线,每隔20M,在中心线上钉一个木桩,
