9、事项,操作要点及试用范围。规范平导洞施工作业,从而保证更快、更安全的施工。2编制依据(1)国家现行设计规范、施工规范、安全规程、验收标准和有关规定。(2)相关设计文件。(3)现场调查的相关资料。3适用范围在地形环境允许的情况下,适用于长大隧道施工。4作业准备4.1内业准备(1)在开工前组织技术人员认真学习实施性施工组织设计,阅读、审核施工图纸,澄清有关技术问题,熟悉规范和技术标准。(2)对施工人员进行安全技术交底,对参加施工人员进行上岗前安全技术培训。4.2外业准备(1)现场地形、地貌、便道、场地等资料收集,确定各类机具、设备进出场地线路及方法、水电路、通风布设位置。5技术要求 (1)隧道开挖
10、断面的轮廓线、中线和高程必须符合设计要求。(2)钢架安装间距允许偏差为100mm。(3)钢架安装横向允许偏差为50mm。(4)钢架安装高程允许偏差为50mm。(5)钢架安装垂直度允许偏差为2。(6)钢架安装保护层与表面覆盖厚度允许偏差为-5mm。(7)锚杆孔的孔径应符合设计要求。(8)锚杆孔的深度应大于锚杆长度的10cm。(9)锚杆孔距允许偏差为15cm。(10)锚杆插入长度不得小于设计长度的95%,且应位于孔的中心。(11)钢筋网的网格间距应符合设计要求,网格尺寸允许偏差为10mm。(12)钢筋网搭接长度应为12个网孔,允许偏差为50mm。(13)喷射混凝土所用的水泥、细骨料、粗骨料的检验应
