21、07 MPa 满足! 由 Mx / (b x Wx) 得 计算得稳定应力为 138.671 MPa 满足! 由于张拉时箱梁发生起拱,使台座两侧集中受力,在张拉时,为保证台座两侧不变形,将两侧2m范围内空当使用混凝土预制块填实,确保满足两侧集中受力要求。每次张拉完成后,将梁移走时,必须对台座进行标高复核,如发现台座局部变形立即进行调整。4.4 钢筋制作绑扎预制梁体的钢筋应进行整体绑扎,先进行底板及腹板钢筋的绑扎,然后进行顶板钢筋的绑扎,定位网钢筋应位置准确,以确保预应力管道的平顺,当梁体钢筋与预应力管道相碰时,可适当移动梁体的构造钢筋或进行适当弯折。对预应力筋竖弯及平弯处的箍筋应特别注意绑扎牢固
22、。在绑扎梁体钢筋时应同时绑扎桥面及横隔板的预留钢筋,在钢筋较密处,应注意混凝土的灌注通路,必要时将相邻钢筋成束绑扎。梁体钢筋最小净保护层除顶板顶层为30mm外,其余均为35mm.绑扎铁丝尾段不得伸入保护层内。当采用垫块控制净保护层厚度时,垫块应采用与梁体同等寿命的材料,且保证梁体的耐久性。桥面泄水孔处钢筋可适当移动,并增设螺旋筋进行加强。绑扎钢筋时注意预埋承轨台、电缆槽、疏散平台、吸音槽、接触网支柱及梁端伸缩缝配件。钢筋复试合格后,其表面仍保持洁净、平直。钢筋在预制厂钢筋车间内统一成形后按绑扎进度分批运往绑扎现场。直径在16mm以上的钢筋采用电焊连接,其焊接长度:单面为10d,双面焊为5d(d
