13、12#楼聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统施工方案山东菏建集团有限公司二0一二年六月施工方案第一章 工程概况及施工工艺 3第二章 质量保证措施 7第三章 安全保证措施 10附：1、现场项目部2、结点图3、合格证4、检测报告 第一章 外墙外保温系统施工工艺一、工程概况：菏泽盛世牡丹新城S12#楼位于长城路以南，牡丹路以东，高度45.6米，总建筑面积7853.5，总长56.5米，宽13.9米，外墙外保温工程约2000，结算时以实际粘贴面积为准。二、施工准备1、物资准备建筑材料的准备：本工程使用的主要材料有专用粘贴剂、玻璃纤维网格布、聚苯板，锚固件、角钢托架所有材料均要求提前准备好，开工后应保证施工进度计划

14、要求的供应量。所有材料要求如下：（1）聚苯板：具有厂方出厂质量合格保证，并符合系统对聚苯板的有关质量要求，XPS板厚度要求为40mm。（2）其他系统材料，须有厂方的出厂合格证及检测报告。2、机具设备的准备抹子、角抹子、靠尺、7001000r/min电动搅拌器、刷子、多用刀、电动冲击钻、灰浆托板、拉线、皮尺、毛辊、粘有20粒度粗砂纸的打磨抹子、吊篮等。3、施工现场的准备（1）施工用水、用电应提前通知。（2）准备好生产、办公、生活和仓库等临时用房。（3）准备好垂直运输的器械。（4）采用施工单位吊篮进行外墙外保温施工。三、施工方案及主要技术措施一、涂料饰面施工流程基层墙体处理 搅拌胶 粘贴聚苯板 打

15、锚固件 铺设网格布 找平处理 刮腻子 刷涂料 验收温度要求：每道工序完工后24小时内温度必须在4摄氏度以上，40摄氏度以下。1、基层基层墙体必须干净，墙面没有浮尘、脱模剂、油污等，必要时用水清洗墙面，晾干后方可施工。平整度、垂直度均不得大于4mm（2m范围内）。如超出此标准应进行局部打磨或找平。2、施工准备施工前应将所有的阴阳角、门窗洞口及应顺直的部位拉通线以确定整体基层的平整度、垂直度，以确保外墙外保温系统施工的条件。3、胶浆的搅拌搅拌胶必须有专人负责。搅拌标准：将25Kg粉料倒入约加有5.5升水的干净容器中，用低速搅拌器搅拌成均匀糊状胶浆，直至搅拌均匀为止，没有结块。稠稀度以施工操作简易和

16、天气温度情况而定。第一次搅拌结束后，应静止5分钟后再搅拌一次，以达到最佳粘结效果。4、聚苯板的粘贴贴板前拉好垂直线、水平线，由下往上贴板。在保温系统断开处，将20cm宽的标准网与基层粘贴，粘贴宽度约为5cm，以便对EPS板进行反包。贴EPS板时，要求在板背部的四周均匀打出一圈宽约为5cm，宽度1cm的专用胶，中间其他部位均匀安排打8个点（直径约10cm，厚度1cm），见图一。上墙后用双手均匀按实，第一排XPS板与第二排XPS板不能顺缝，应错缝1/2板长，见图二。打胶面积占XPS板面积约为32%。边贴板边用靠尺尽量找平，垂直度及平整度误差不得大于4mm。粘完板后须养护24小时，才可进行塞缝、打磨

17、，以防止聚苯板移动，减弱板材与基层墙体的粘结强度。施工时，板与板之间的缝隙不大于1.6mm，超过此标准就要塞缝，塞缝时一定要塞实、塞紧。打磨聚苯板的动作应是轻柔的圆周运动，不得沿板缝平行方向打磨。5、网格布的铺设抹面胶浆：先在聚苯板上均匀涂抹一层面积略大于一块网格布的抹面胶浆，厚度为1.6mm，立即将网格布压入湿的抹面胶浆中，标准网格布之间的搭接至少6.5cm。在拐角部位标准网格布是连接的，且两边搭接不少于20cm。门窗洞口处必须做护角网，以防止开裂。铺设网格布施工时，应自上而下沿外墙一圈一圈铺设网格布，铺设网格布完毕后的标准是不露网格布即可。注：铺设网格布过程中如果间隔时间过长（如吃饭、休息

18、），应将搭接处用抹子将胶浆刮平，以待下一步施工搭接时不会出现接茬痕迹。在施工阴阳角和门窗洞口时，应先靠角，再施工大面，大面随角走。这样就避免了阴阳角不顺直或阴阳角过厚而造成的验收不合格或质量隐患等问题。刮抹完胶浆后，要求外观均匀平整，没有抹痕，没有网格布痕迹。整个保温系统必须由网格布覆盖，进行涂料施工需超过24小时以后。7、打锚固件锚固件在聚苯板铺设网格布24小时后安装，见图三。7、用抹面胶浆进行找平处理。8、找平处理24小时后，进行涂料施工。三、施工组织与劳动力部署1、施工组织其中项目经理兼安全员一名，技术员兼质量员一名，保管员一名，专业施工队伍。2、劳动力部署为保证质量及进度，施工过程中选

19、用有施工经验、能打硬仗优秀的专业队伍进行施工，按施工进度进行人员安排。第二章 质量管理质量控制实施细则根据保温系统对基层处理的平整度标准要求为4mm之内。基层表面必须粘结牢固，无剥落、空鼓、污垢、脱模剂、涂料以及质量缺陷。1、基层墙体适合于混凝土、空心砌块，粘土多孔砖，实心砖、灰砂砖、加气混凝土墙体等多种墙体。2、粘接胶浆确保不掺入砂，速凝剂、防冻剂、聚合物等其它添加剂。3、应尽量使用标准尺寸的聚苯板。4、粘接胶浆的涂抹面积与聚苯板面积之比不小于1/3、5、聚苯板的接缝应紧密且平齐。6、板与板之间缝隙不得大于1.6mm,如大于1.6mm，则应用聚苯板条填实后磨平。7、板与板之间不得有粘接剂。8

20、、操作应迅速，在安装就位前，粘接胶浆不得有结皮。9、门窗洞口的聚苯板，应用整块聚苯板截出洞口，不得拼接。10、聚苯板施工完毕后，至少需静置24小时，才能打磨，以防止聚苯板移动。11、不得在雨中铺设网格布。12、标准网搭接至少65mm，阴阳角转角处翻包200mm，加强网不搭接，只对接。13、建筑物2米以下或易受撞击部位要加铺一层加强网。14、全部粘接胶浆和网格布铺设完毕后，至少静置养护24小时，方可进行下一道工序。15、保护已完工的部分免受雨水的渗透和冲刷。16、打胶前应确保节点没有油污、浮尘等杂质。17、密封膏应完全塞满节点空腔，并与两侧抹面胶浆紧密结合。二、质量控制及验收1、铺贴翻包网的验收

21、A、基层墙体上所有门、窗、洞周边及系统终端处，都需粘贴铺贴翻包网B、压入粘结胶浆内的一端需达到100mm，余下的部分甩出备用，并应保 持清洁。 C、压入粘贴胶浆的100mm标准网格布必须完全嵌入胶浆中，不允许有网眼外露。2、保温板的验收粘贴聚苯板（点框法）采用标准尺寸（600mm1200mm）聚苯板时，板周涂抹的粘结胶浆应均匀在板的中间部分布置8个点，当采用非标准尺寸板时，已粘贴上墙的聚苯板与墙体接触面上展开的粘结胶浆面积也应不小于该板面积的1/3。A、聚苯板施工应自下而上，沿水平方向横向铺贴，每排板应错缝。B、仅在聚苯板边需翻包网格布时，才可以在聚苯板的侧面涂抹粘结胶浆，其它情况下均不得在聚

22、苯板侧面涂抹粘结胶浆，或挤入粘结胶浆（包括嵌缝用的聚苯板板条），以免引起开裂。C、聚苯板粘贴48h后，检查是否松动或粘贴不实处，必要时可揭下聚苯板观察是否有虚粘，并观察界面破坏情况。破坏界面在聚苯板内时为粘结良好，粘结胶浆从聚苯板上剥离时为粘结不符合要求，必须重新粘贴。3、填缝的验收大于2mm的聚苯板缝需用板条进行填缝，填入缝隙的板条应与两边的聚苯板紧密连接。4、打磨的验收A、聚苯板施工完毕，至少静置24小时后，用打磨板以轻柔的圆周运动打磨板面，以防止聚苯板移动，减弱板材与基层墙体的粘结强度。B、板面打磨完毕后，须有2m长靠尺及楔形塞尺检查板面平整度及垂直度，误差均不得大于4mm，阴阳角处板边

23、加工与连接也必须整齐平顺。C、打磨后用刷子或压缩空气将打磨操作产生的碎屑及其它浮灰清理干净。5、铺设网格布的验收A、压入胶浆中的网格布应无褶皱。B、标准网应相互搭接，搭接处至少65mm，加强网须对接，其对接边缘应紧密。C、网格布应自上而下沿外墙一圈一圈铺设。D、加强网格布只需在建筑物2m以下位置和其它可能遭受冲击力的部位才铺设，标准网格布须覆盖整个建筑物外墙，铺设加强网格布位置时，按先铺设一道加强网后，再铺标准网格布的顺序进行。E、当遇门窗洞口时，应在洞口四角处沿45方向补贴一块200mm300mm的标准网格布，以防止开裂。F、铺设在装饰件（线）上标准网格布周边甩出65mm以上与相邻墙面标准网

24、格布搭接。G铺设在装饰件（线）上有标准网格布被切坏时，必须在切口上加一块新网格布，新旧网格布之间最小搭接长度为65mm。6、表面找平的验收经找平施工后的表面网格布应全部被胶浆覆盖，不能有网线外露，表面平整度应控制在4mm之间。7、EPS聚苯板的验收聚苯板的外形应基本平整，无明显膨胀和收缩变形，粘结良好，无明显掉粒，不得有油渍和杂质，不得有不正常的气味。8、粘结胶浆验收A、现场随机检查粘结胶浆是否按规定的配合比配制。B、随机检查涂胶面积及涂胶点的布置、数量是否符合规定。C、随机检查板缝间是否有粘结胶浆。9、网格布验收应检查网格布的网眼是否均匀一致，有无跳丝、破损。第三章 安全管理1、材料存放方案

25、A、聚苯板应选择堆放在干燥室内，网格布放置场地应清洁、干燥。免受雨淋，且须加枕木垫托。B、小件（散件）材料及配件等存放在包装箱内，并与负责人员共同保管好，以免造成损失。C、若存放的材料有可能被强风吹散或坠物损坏，则须用绳索捆绑或盖上木板加以保护。D、材料按顺序分批存放后，须贴好材料名称、品种、规格等标签。E、保持堆放货物整齐，堆放地点整洁有序。F、对于易燃易爆物品要分类存放，并在存放处设置消防设备。2、材料提升A、材料包装利用塔吊或垂直升降机提升到各层面内放置于储存范围。B、提升前需做好一切准备工作，如编排次序，按安装进度需要安排。C、根据系统安装程序提升材料，如保温板、粘接胶浆、网格布等。D

26、、材料用完后的包装袋、空桶、保温板废料、无法再使用的网格布等应及时清理出施工部位，统一堆放于仓库内，避免施工现场污染或高空坠落造成危险。3、质量保证措施A、建立健全质量保证体系，成立以项目经理为首的质量检查小组，定期地进行综合或单项质量检查，督促操作人员严把质量关。B、每道工序施工必须做好技术交底工作，将技术要求、操作要领、质量要求贯彻到每位操作人员，是大家做到心中有数，正确施工。C、严格执行“三检”的制度，即自检、互检、交接检。由各工种工长亲自负责抓这项工作，同时质量员负责质量监督、把关、绝不允许不合格分项工程流入下道工序。D、实行施工挂牌制度，将操作班组长、操作者、施工日期、施工部位用表格

27、予以记录，对常出现质量问题的操作者要进行处罚，对干得好的要进行奖励。E、现场管理人员应经常巡回检查各项工作面的质量情况，出现问题要立即解决。F、将质量与工作的工资、资金挂钩，根据完成工程的质量情况核发工资、奖金。G、建立进场材料的验收制度，主要材料必须要有合格证或出厂证明，若发现问题应予以退货。4、施工安全措施A、现场设专职安全员，对施工人员定期进行教育，如实填写施工队安全教育记录，落实各岗位的安全生产责任。B、对“三宝”（安全帽、安全网、安全带）及“四口”（楼梯口、电梯井口、预留洞口、通道口）防护进行定期检查，发现不符合要求的情况应立即要求进行整改，整改符合要求后方可进行施工。C、进入施工现

28、场，必须戴好安全帽，作业须按规定系安全带，禁止赤脚或穿拖鞋施工。D、保温板安装上墙时，尽量不在同一立面的两个高度同时工作，否则，应在中间设隔板等防护措施。E、现场取水应使用自来水管取水，严禁使用消防水管取水。F、保证施工现场平整安全，交通道路通畅。G、各工种进行上下立体交叉作业时，不得在同一垂直方向上操作。H、吊篮等拆除时，下方不得有其它操作人员。5、防火安全措施A、电器操作必须严格按照操作规程，并注意周围环境，清除周围杂物和易燃易爆物品。B、现场必须配备足够的灭火器。C、施工所需易燃物品要由专人妥善保管，现场堆放必须符合防火安全距离要求，并设“严禁烟火”的警告标志。6、高空坠落预防措施A、高
