3、项目、验收关键词钢结构桥面铺装 水泥混凝土桥面铺装报告摘要本课题,通过对西部地区水泥混凝土桥梁桥面铺装及我国钢桥面铺装的调查,从铺装材料、铺装结构、铺装受力(及桥梁结构)、环境气候、交通荷载、施工因素等多方面,系统分析了桥面铺装产生病害的原因,以此为基础,有针对性地深入开展了桥面铺装材料与技术研究。提出了桥面铺装材料技术标准,铺装结构的合理形式、合理厚度和结构组合,水泥砼桥梁三角垫层(调平层)合理厚度,特殊条件下桥面铺装应采取技术措施,建议了桥面铺装施工指南,建立了桥面铺装技术经济比较分析方法。基于西部地区气候特点进行了桥面铺装防水等级分类,结合桥梁设计等级及防水体系与铺装结构的匹配,在我国首
4、次系统地建立了水泥混凝土桥梁桥面铺装防水体系设计方法,和典型桥面铺装方案。针对我国钢桥面铺装早期的病害问题较严重等,提出了基于完善防水粘接体系的钢桥面铺装典型结构、材料技术标准等。首次将聚合物改性沥青浇注式沥青混凝土、薄层环氧抗滑层等本课题开发的新技术应用于桥面铺装实体工程中。采用本课题相关研究成果,三年来,铺筑了近20座钢桥和混凝土桥桥面铺装实体工程,总铺装面积达100万余平方米,取得了优良使用效果。为我国桥面铺装技术进步及实际工程技术问题的解决做出了贡献,具有显著的工程实体意义和技术经济效益。英文摘要Based on the comparative investigation of con
5、crete bridge pavements in West China and steel bridge pavements throughout China, this report systematically analyzed the causes of the distresses on bridge pavements from the points of paving materials, pavements structures, surrounding climates, traffic loads and construction factors. Then the aut
6、hor went deeply into the study of materials and structures for bridge paving, directly and profoundly. Besides the provision of standards for bridge paving materials, ideal types of pavements structures, ideal thickness and combined structures of pavements, ideal thickness of the leveling layer for
7、concrete bridge and actions taken under special situations, this report also recommended a construction manual and established technical and economical comparative analysis methods for bridge pavementsOn the basis of classifying waterproof levels of bridge pavements in West China at the standards of
8、 climatic characters and on bonding bridge design levels and waterproof systems to pavement structures, design methods for waterproof systems of concrete bridge pavements and typical paving structures are firstly and systematically introduced to China in this report. Aiming at the severity problem o
9、f early distresses on steel bridges in China, typical pavements structures for steel bridge with perfect waterproof systems and standards for materials have been provided here. And it is also the first deed in China that polymer modified gussasphalt, thin epoxy resin skid-resistance layer and some o
10、ther new techniques developed in this report have been applied into engineering practice In three years time, nearly 20 bridges, including both steel bridges and concrete bridges, were paved as the projects related to the report, with a total area of 1million square meters. All have been resulted in
