13、线建筑形式,同时又突出建筑的棱角分明,造型典雅大方,达到了优美的建筑景观效果,为南京市仙林地区创造出现代化的科研场所氛围。本标段工程结构类型为框架结构,结构安全等级为二级,抗震烈度按7度设防,抗震等级为级,基础设计等级为丙级,地上:1-5层不等,1#-2#楼地下:一层人防工程。 3.2基坑开挖深度及地层根据岩土工程勘察报告分析,主要地层为:根据图纸提供的场地自上而下各土层的工程地质特征层号岩性描述承载力特征值fak(kpa)Es0.1-0.2(Mpa)1素填土层,厚度0.5-2.80m/2-1粉质粘土层,厚度0.30-2.90m90.05.032-2粉土层厚度0.70-8.30m100.09.

15、标段工程地理位置及该区域的地质状况,结合建筑基坑支护技术规程 、土层锚杆设计与施工规范、基坑工程手册,选定该工程基坑支护设计方案为:基坑边坡采用锚喷网支护。4.1锚喷支护特点 施工简单、性能可靠、经济,几乎不独立占用工期,且施工现场无噪音。4.2锚喷支护方案本标段地下室工程的基坑支护随土方开挖的进度进行,边开挖边修坡进行锚喷。锚杆的承载力主要取决于锚固体的抗拔力,本工程锚固体的承载力,主要通过变形来控制,施工前进行四根锚杆进行抗拔性能试验,作为检验各项指标和锚杆施工的依据,试验时选用孔径130MM、150MM两种孔径。支护结构参数的设计参数如下: 设计以边坡整体作用理论为基础,以工程类比法和理
16、论分析相结合,按照滑移和抗滑移理论计算确定喷锚支护参数。基坑开挖深度H=4.80m,基坑边坡放坡系数10.3,工作面预留1.00m。锚杆长度根据建筑基坑支护技术规程的规定,为基坑深度的0.5-1.2倍确定。 根据施工现场布置情况,边坡锚喷支护设计锚索。 锚孔的水平间距3.00-3.50m,深度为2.7m锚杆,自由段1.40m,锚固段5.00m,为考虑基坑四周的地下管线,标高确定为自然地面-2.50m。锚孔根据土层分布可作相应调整。施工前进行四根锚杆进行抗拔性能试验,作为检验各项指标和锚杆施工的依据,试验时选用孔径130 MM 及150MM。根据试验确定孔径。孔内压力注入水泥砂浆,其强度等级不小
17、于M10,水泥为425普通水泥,内掺减水剂。锚杆用50*50 L=300mm的角钢焊接牢固,预应力锚索用12a槽钢加70KN预应力锚头锁定。钢筋网设计:挖土后人工修坡,消除浮土,钢筋采用6.5250*250双向布置,现场绑扎成型,钢筋网距土面2-3cm。喷射细石砼:砼强度等级为C25,425普通水泥,内掺速凝剂,厚度为10cm。普通砂浆锚杆采用全长锚固式注浆锚杆,锚杆为6股75钢绞索(fptk=1470MPa),设计受拉承载力为840KN,长度自上而下1814M,锚杆孔径根据现场试验的锚杆孔径确定,终孔条件根据岩土勘察报告的数据及现场实际情况确定,以能达到设计承载力标准为依据要求。4.3施工组
18、织设计4.3.1施工工艺流程: 本锚杆工程钻孔采用螺旋水循环钻进和双机双工艺法两种施工方法进行施工,双机双工艺法即前机用合金钻钻进粘土及易钻进的软岩,后一台用潜孔锤钻进下部硬岩部分,可将成孔过程中的钻进、出渣、清渣等工序一次完成,防止塌孔,不留残土,以适应工程中可能出现的软硬土层多变的情况。 考虑到本标段工程地下室工程量大,施工周期较长,需越过一个春期施工,为延长锚杆的使用寿命,锚索自由端采用涂聚胺脂并个包塑料薄膜,与锚固段同时灌水泥砂浆和施工方法,以便更好地保护锚索,同时又能保证预应力能有效传到锚固段。锚杆由6股75钢绞索、定位架、锚板、OVM锚具组成,在锚板与锚具间每隔1.5米设一个定位架
19、,制作锚杆时,先把6股75钢绞索均布在定位架上,并用铁丝绑扎牢固,定位架外环直径比单股75钢绞索大20MM以上,以确保锚杆体的保护厚度。锚杆安放前,把注浆管顺着定位架中心孔穿入至锚杆底部,然后用人工扛起缓缓下入孔底,孔口外预留约1米长钢绞线备张拉锁定用。分层开挖,每层挖深两米,并保留1米作业面,同时修正坡面,锚杆施工紧随挖土施工进行,开挖一层(段),锚固一层(段),挖土完毕,支护完成。同时监测坡顶水平位移,及时撑握坡顶的稳定状态,遇特殊情况及时处理。主要工艺流程: 挖土整理工作面钻孔机就位孔口标高定位校正钻孔角度钻孔验收终孔锚索制作锚索安装清孔灌浆养护增设边坡梁张拉锁定绑扎钢筋网喷射混凝土养护
20、。制索等作业为平行作业。4.3.2人员组织:组织管理2-3人,施工人员:20-30人4.3.3施工机械:空压机、砼喷射机、注浆机3DZ8ZNE10LA电子经纬仪各一台,锚孔XU3002型XY1型钻机3台,钢筋加工机械一套,脚手架及相应配套工具。4.3.4施工主要技术要求:在锚喷施工前,必须修整边坡,防止施工中塌方;在钻孔前,应根据围岩情况,定出孔位,作出标记;锚孔孔径根据锚杆试验确定,孔距为3000mm,误差不宜超过200mm;锚孔深度严格按照基坑边坡锚喷支护施工方案的规定施工,锚孔深度为5.00m,误差不超过200mm;安装锚杆(锚索)前,应在锚杆(锚索)上设置支架,每2.00m一组;灌注水
21、泥砂浆前,应明确掌握水泥砂浆的配合比(体积比) 为:水泥(425#普硅,内掺减水剂)砂=11.52,水泥砂浆的强度等级为M10;喷射砼前,应清除开挖面的浮土,埋设控制喷射砼厚度为100mm的标志;喷射作业应分段分片依次进行,喷射顺序自下而上;纲筋网使用6.5250*250,搭接长度应大于300mm并弯钩, 绑扎牢固,避免松扣;钢筋网铺设后,应在网面与坡面放置30mm的砼垫块;喷射砼强度等级为C25,内掺速凝剂,配合比(体积比)为:水泥(425#普硅)砂石子=122.5(按检测中心配合比单试配); 喷射时,应严格掌握枪头与受喷面的距离(不超过1000mm),并调节喷射角度,以保证喷射砼与坡面的密
22、实性;4.4施工质量保证措施4.4.1熟悉工艺强化管理:开工前指导:开工前组织管理人员学习施工设计,进行技术交底,熟悉地层特性及处理工艺。掌握有关技术要点,做到方法正确,支护及时,交叉配合进行作业。开工后有管理人员值班,及时处理支护的有关事宜,提交设计变更与施工方案,检查各工序的施工方法与施工质量。4.4.2使用合格的材料:钢材:有出厂证明,并原材检验。水泥:普硅425#,有出厂证明及近期检验单。砂: 中砂,含泥量3%碎石:含泥量2%添加剂:采用专用速凝剂,有出厂合格证。4.4.3施工质量控制:锚孔深度:以加工的定尺拉杆检验。锚索、锚杆制做:批量检验。钢筋网:批量检验。锚孔注浆:批量检验。五、
23、技术措施(1)防水。本工程地下水较少,但考虑到施工中一段时间处于丰水季节,故在基坑内设明沟、集水井,用潜水泵排水。坡顶表面做混凝土面层,与坡面喷射混凝土面层相接,防止雨水浸入坡体。坡顶设300高挡水台,以防止邻近雨水流入基坑。(2)保证成孔角度、深度和清孔质量,防止出现塌孔现象,成孔后必须经建设单位、监理单位、和施工单位联合验收后,方可放置锚杆并注浆。(3)严格控制注浆质量。注浆是喷锚支护的关键,必须严格要求并做好记录。本工程采用端部注浆法,在设置锚筋的同时,设置通达孔底的塑料导气管。注浆前应检查导气管的畅通性,发现堵塞,应采取补救措施。注浆压力为04 MPa,待浆液经导气管回流出后,静置数分
24、钟,然后停止加压,注浆方算完成。(4)驻工地工程师全面负责整个支护的质量,关键工序轮流跟班作业,并随时解决施工中出现的问题,确保每个工序的质量达到设计要求。六、锚索试验 试验方法:锚杆试验依据中国工程建筑标准化协会标准土层锚杆设计与设计规范中的有关规定,现场采用维持荷载法,根据锚杆设计受拉承载力,确定试验最大张拉力,建立加荷等级与位移观测时间关系表,在每级加载时间内,锚头位移量不大于0.1MM时,可放加下一级荷载,试验过程中,任一级荷载下,锚杆达到破坏标准,则终止试验。七、张拉破坏后的补救措施 当锚杆按规范逐级张拉出现压力表回落,位移增加达不到设计荷载,锚杆呈破坏状态时,应立即停止张拉,记录该
25、级的张拉值,并进行补救张拉。根据可能出现的实际情况,采取如下补救措施:若锚杆破坏性不大,可按群锚理论,加大左右两根锚杆的荷载,使该锚杆留做工程用,以减少各项费用。 若锚杆破坏性较大,根据现场实际情况,可卸下锚具,从孔中插入注浆管至锚固段前端,并采用压力灌浆方法,使管道周围浆体向四周土层渗透,开成一定的摩阻力,再进行张拉。若锚固段呈严重破坏,已无法修复或无利用价值时,可在该锚杆相邻两桩的中间各加一根同等的锚杆加以锚固。八、腰梁的设置 所有锚杆均设置腰梁,腰梁用230b型槽钢焊结而成,中间配三层412钢筋并填C25混凝土。九、位移测量 每个基坑边坡顶分别设置观测点,点数有现场定,采用日本NE10L

28、技术负责人、施工工长、施工员、技术员 13.3文明施工措施 为了严格实施施工方案和要求,并做到安全文明施工,具体措施如下:(1)认真贯彻执行有关施工规范、操作规程、质量标准 和管理制度等,严格按照“组织设计”精心施工。(2)搞好技术交底和方案,指挥人员要熟练掌握工程结构、施工方案、施工工艺和质量验收标准。(3)推行全面质量管理,严格把好质量关,对施工人员强化“质量第一、安全第一”的观念和责任感。(4)发挥质量监督作用,定期组织质量检查,并采取奖优罚劣等措施。(5)认真落实岗位责任制,施工人员实行“定人、定 机、定位、定责任”的四定责任制。(6)抓好各工种、专业和机械操作手的培训,不断提高 施工
29、人员的水平和施工技能。(7)加强安全管理,落实各项制度,树立“文明施工、 科学管理”的观念。(8)不扰乱周围居民正常生活措施:降低施工噪声,减少燃油型机械设备的使用量。在施工的过程中,外围进行全封闭,防止灰尘对空气的污染。根据天气情况安排施工,遇大风天气时不安排出现尘土现象的作业。对施工车辆进出口处设专人负责道路卫生,进出车辆多安排在夜间进出,上午7:00前必须打扫干净。 13.4施工质量及安全措施建立以项目经理为负责人的质量、安全保证体系。开工前组织全体施工人员学习施工方案、图纸、地质情况及安全知识,开工前有要求,完工后有讲评、有检查,不合格坚决返修,定期不定期进行安全检查,发现不安全因素立
