13、水。（三）施工机具1、选用的喷射机应符合下列规定：（1）密封性能良好；（2）输料连续、均匀；（3）生产能力（干混合料）为35m3/小时；（4）允许输送的骨料最大粒径为25mm；（5）输料距离（干混凝土合料）水平不小于100 m，垂直不小于30m；2、选取用的空压机应满足喷射机工作风压和耗风量的要求。压风进入喷射机前，必须进行油水分离。3、混合料的搅拌宜采用强制式搅拌机。4、输料管应能0.8兆帕以上的压力，并应有良好的耐磨性能。5、供水设施应保证喷头处的水压力为0.150.2兆帕。（四）混合料的配合比与拌制1、混合料的配合比应符合下列规定：（1）水泥与砂石之重比宜为:41:4.5；（2）砂率宜为

14、4555%；（3）水灰比宜为0.40.45（4）速凝剂掺量应通过试验确定。2、原材料按重计，称量的允许偏差应符合下列规定：（1）水泥和速凝剂均匀2%（2）砂、石均为3%；3、混合料搅拌时间应遵守下列规定：（1）采用容量小于400公斤的强制式搅拌机，搅拌时间不得少于1分钟；（2）采用自落式搅拌机时，搅拌时间不得少于2分钟；（3）采用人工搅拌时，搅拌次数不得少于三次；（4）混合料掺有外加剂时，搅拌时间应适当延长。4、混合料在运输、存放过程中，应严防雨淋、滴水及大块石等杂物混入，装入喷射机前应过筛；5、混合料宜随拌随用。不掺速成凝剂时，存放时间不应超过2小时；掺速成凝剂时，存放时间不应超过20分钟。

15、（五）喷射前的准备工作1、喷射施工现场，应作好下列准备工作：（1）平整基坑支护面。（2）埋设控制喷射混凝土厚度的标志；（3）喷射机司机与喷射手不能直接联系时，应配备联络装置；（4）作业区应用良好的通风和足够的照明装置。2、喷射作业前，应对机械设备、风、水管路和电线等进行全面检查及试运转。3、受喷面有滴水、淋水时，喷射前应按下列方法做好治水工作。（1）有明显出水点时，可埋设导管排水；（2）渗透系数小、导水效果不好的含水岩层，可设盲沟排水；（六）喷射作业1、喷射作业应遵守下列规定：（1）喷射作业应分段分片进行，喷射顺序应自上而下；（2）一次喷射厚度应按下表选用；一次喷射厚度（mm）部位掺外加剂不掺

16、外加剂边墙701005070拱部50603040坡面1020810（3）分层喷射时，后一层喷射应在前一层混凝土终凝后进行，若终凝1小时后再进行喷射时，应先用风水清洗层表面；（4）喷射作业紧跟工作面时，混凝土终凝到下一循环放炮时间，不应少于3小时。2、喷射机司机的操作应遵守下列规定：（1）作业开始时，应先送风，再开机、再给料；结束时，应待料喷完后，再停风；（2）向喷射机供料应稳定均匀；机器正常运转时，料斗内应保持足够的存料；（3）喷射机的工作台风压，应满足喷头外的压力在0.1兆帕左右；（4）喷射作业完毕或因故中断喷射时，必须将喷射机和输料管内的积料清除干净。3、喷射手的操作遵守下列规定：（1）喷

17、射手应经常保持喷头具有良好的工作性能；（2）喷头与受喷面应垂直，宜保持0.61.0m的距离；（3）喷射机、喷射手应控制好水灰比，保持混凝土表面平整，呈湿润光泽，无干斑或滑移流淌现象。4、喷射混凝土的回弹率，边墙不应大于15%，拱部不应大于25%。5、竖井喷射作业应遵守下列规定：（1）喷射机宜设置在地面，喷射机如位于井筒内时，应设置双层吊盘；（2）采用管道下料时，混合料应随用随下；（3）喷射与开挖并行作业时，喷射区段高宜与掘进段高相同，在每一段高内，可分成52.0m的小段，各小段的喷射作业应由下而上进行。（七）喷射混凝土养护应遵守的规定：1、喷射混凝土终凝两小时后，应喷水养护；养护时间，一般工程

18、不得少于7昼夜，重要工程不得小于14昼夜；2、气温低于+5时，不得喷水养护。（八）喷射混凝土的质量验收1、喷射混凝土表面应平整，不应出现夹层、砂包、脱空、蜂窝、露筋等缺陷。如出现上述情况，应采取补救措施。2、不存在贯穿性裂缝。3、出现过的渗水点已作了妥善处理。4、强度（1）每喷50m3混凝土，应取一组试件，当材料或配合比改变时，应增取一组，每组三个试块，取样要均匀。（2）平均抗压强度不低于设计标号，任意一组试件的平均值不得低于设计标号的85%。（3）宜采用切割法取样。（4）喷射厚度应满足设计要求。（九）冬期施工应遵守下列规定：1、喷射作业区的气温不应低于+5；2、混合料进入喷射机的温度不应低于

19、+5；3、喷射混凝土强度在下列数值时，不得受冻；（1）普通硅酸盐水泥配制的喷射混凝土低于设计强度等级30%时；（2）矿碴水泥配制的喷射混凝土低于设计强度等级40%时。第二章 质量要求材料检验工作要连续进行，以保证产品满足规范要求，非规定的和非批准的材料不准使用。混凝土试件的强度试验应按规范规定的试验方法进行，各组试件平均28天抗压强度均应不小于20Mpa。在已喷射混凝土的表面上，不允许混凝土开裂、漏水、也不允许钢筋网外露。第三章 工期保证措施本工程预计施工工期10天，为保证工程在预计工期内顺利完成，采取以下保证措施：1、 加强施工进度计划管理，根据总体进度计划，制定每周工作计划，落实各分项工程

20、及各班组任务，若施工受天气等影响时，及时调整工作计划安排。 2、 对各分项工程及各班组每周完成工程量实行考核奖惩制度，对超额完成计划的实行奖励。 3、 实行劳动竞赛，对完成工作量第一的班组，予以精神、物质奖励。4、 加强机修力量，并备足易损零配件。 5、 根据施工进度情况，在公司备用设备随时待命进场，以保工期计划的实现。第四章 安全文明施工措施（一）安全生产措施 1、 建立安全生产保证体系。施工现场以项目经理为安全生产的第一责任人各岗设兼职安全员日常工作由专职安全员具体负责实施。 2、 明确施工现场各级人员的岗位职责和各项规章制度并布臵在办公室对安全工作实施全天候的检查和监督。3、 施工前应召

21、集全体施工人员进行安全技术交底工作宣布安全纪律和注意事项并建好安全教育卡和安全台帐记录工作。 4、 施工中各班安全员应时刻督促本班人员严格遵守建筑施工六大纪律和操作规程及时纠正违章行为 5、 认真执行开工前的检查验收制度开工前由公司有关部门进行现场检查验收经检查合格后方可开工。 6、 认真贯彻建筑安装施工现场安全生产规定机械设备要安装稳固安全防护装臵必须做到齐全、牢固、有效。 7、 电器设备的安装、检查及维修工作须有持证电工进行线路要沿墙或架空敷设。配电系统必须采取二级漏点保护措施各类电器设备采取接地零保护。 8、 设备转动部位及所有电器设备都应有明显的警示牌。机械在运转中严禁修理和保养修理和

22、保养电器设备时要取下开关保险并锁好箱或挂上警示牌以示安全。 9、 在施工现场进出口一侧集中挂设六牌一图单位名称、工程概况、门卫制度、安全措施、安全记录等六牌和现场平面图。 10、 施工现场建立严格的门卫制度专人值班负责车辆进出的安全。 11、 防火重点部位须配备足够的灭火器材、人员急救药品和器具。 12、 特殊工种须持证上岗电工、电焊工、机械操作工。 13、 氧气、乙炔气瓶必须按规定分开摆施、搭好遮阴棚防止暴晒。14、 以上安全生产措施层层落实一级保一级一级管一级发现问题及时解决，防微杜渐。（二）文明施工措施 1、 有专人负责整理场地。 2、 不同材料按指定地点堆放，不得混放。 3、 施工机械
