15、nd funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development.- 95 -中南大学毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 本设计的题目是“大跨公路隧道水口山隧道结构与施工设计”,公路等级为高速公路,设计时速为80km/h,隧道全长288.5米,按三车道设计。设计主要内容如下:隧道横断面的设计与优化;隧道衬砌结构的设计,包括初期支护、二次衬砌的设计;运用直刚法计算程序对二次衬砌进行分析检算;隧道洞门位置的确定与洞门结构设计;隧道施工组织设计,包括洞身开挖方法设计,辅助施工措施的设计,施工进度计划编制等;隧道通风、
16、照明等附属设施设计;隧道施工监控量测设计等。隧道衬砌结构采用复合式衬砌,初期支护采用钢筋网、锚喷混凝土联合支护,二次衬砌采用模注混凝土支护。隧道进口洞门采用端墙式洞门,暗洞洞口里程为YK3+711.5,暗洞洞口处接20m长的明洞。隧道采用新奥法施工;洞身开挖采用台阶法,采用光面爆破,以减小对围岩的扰动,并配合监控量测,及时反馈,进行动态设计与施工。 关键词:高速公路;隧道;衬砌;洞门;施工方法;新奥法;施工组织 全套设计CAD图纸,联系 153893706中南大学毕业设计(论文) AbstractThis design is entitled The Design Of Structure A
17、nd Construction of Shuikoushan Highway Tunnel . Shuikoushan Tunnel consists of two separate three-lane highway tunnels .The grade of the highway is freeway , the design speed is 80 km / h, and the tunnel full-length is 288.5 m. The design contains the following key elements: the design and optimizat
18、ion of tunnel cross-section; the design of tunnel lining, including the primary support and the secondary lining inner force check using direct stiffness method; Determination the location of the tunnel portal part and design the structure of portal part; tunnel construction design, including excava
19、tion method and assisting construction measures design, construction progress of plans and so on. Composite lining is used to the tunnel lining structure, and mesh reinforcement combined with anchor spray cement concrete is used to the primary support , and the secondary support uses the formworked
20、concrete lining. The types of the tunnel portal part have adopted end wall, inlet mileage for YK135 +575 and outlet mileage for YK136 +930,and the entrance includes open cut tunnel length for 20 meters .The New Austrian Tunneling Method is applied to the construction of the tunnel .The open cut tunn
