40、节、总述对于本工程现场工程管理的有关工作范围、工作责任、相互关系及主要的管理标准等问题，以及对工程实施的具体指导原则提出规范性条款，作为我公司的行为准则。工程简介：本次脱硫烟气旁路拆除改造工程为设计、供货、施工、调试总承包，我方负责本项工程的图纸设计、设备采购、运输储存、制造安装、原设备拆除、土建和调试等工作。针对本次改造所要达到的目的，基本的改造范围如下：1吸收塔入口烟道增设两级事故喷淋系统，一级为通过事故喷淋水泵进行喷淋降温，二级为消防水直接进行事故喷淋降低烟温。2吸收塔设置2个溢流口及相应管道。3范围内相关阀门、测点、仪表等的供货、安装和配电，相关电缆的供货、敷设、接线、仪表管路安装、桥
