40、资料为依据，所制定的初步施工方案。若我公司中标，我们将在原技术标的基础上按照正式发布的施工图纸和有关设计资料进一步完善施工方案，补充各分部分项工程的各个细节，形成一份具有技术先进性、安全可靠性、经济实用性、操作可行性的施工组织设计，同时认真接受建设单位、监理工程师指导和监督。2. 编制依据和范围2.1. 主要编制依据上海绿洲雅宾利花园一期地下车库工程施工总承包招标文件；上海绿洲雅宾利花园一期地下车库工程初步设计图纸；现行的国家、行业、地方有关施工验收规范、规程、规定；国家和上海市颁布的有关政策和法规。2.2. 编制范围投标范围：招标人提供的扩初图纸、正式施工图纸及设计变更中所涉及到的地下车库工

41、程的总承包。(总承包指承包单位既是土建工程、安装工程的施工单位，同时应承担对各项专项分包工程及专业分包工程的总承包管理及总承包配合服务的任务；以及为完成本工程所必须完成的其他工作)。3. 工程概况绿洲雅宾利花园一期工程位于闸北区的中南部，属闸北六大社区之一的中兴社区范围，临近闸北区的主要城市发展轴共和新路，交通十分方便。一期工程(D地块)位于整个花园的的南侧，西侧紧临规划中F地块的城市公共绿地。基地由四条城市道路合围而成：西至止园路，南临中兴路，北至中华新路，东至公兴路，地下车库工程在三栋32层高层住宅合围之中。地下车库工程总建筑面积19024平方米，预计工程总投资约为3000万元。地下车库设

42、置2个双车道汽车出入口，出入口间距大于15米，出入口净宽大于7米，车库共分为5个消防分区，以防火墙及防火卷帘分隔，采用机械排烟系统。建筑及装饰上：地下车库为两层，层高分别为3.6m/3.4m，设计停车量500辆，除本身使用的设备用房以外，并结合平面布置了住宅消防、生活水泵房、200m2的模块控制室。结构上：地下车库采用浮筏式基础，筏板厚650mm，基础梁断面为700x1000mm，下设抗拔桩，断面350x350mm，桩长22m。，主体采用现钢筋浇混凝土框架结构，顶盖采用现浇钢筋混凝土肋形梁板架构。按照设计图纸，工程施工用材料为：地下车库顶底板及外墙混凝土为C30S6，钢筋使用HRB400、HR

43、B335、HRB235，钢材使用Q345-B和Q235-B，施工用焊条为E43和E50型。本工程室内0.000为绝对标高+4.5000m，室内外高差0.6m。4. 工程质量、安全及文明生产目标在工程施工过程中，我公司将严格按照ISO9000质量管理体系进行管理运作，实现管理的有效性和过程受控。本工程的质量目标：报验一次合格率达到100，单元工程优良品率达到85以上。安全及文明生产目标：管理达标，杜绝重大安全事故，争创“文明标化”工地。第二章 施工总规划1. 施工平面布置绿洲雅宾利花园一期工程地下车库施工平面布置结合3栋32层高层住宅的施工一起考虑。现场的用水、用电和排水系统结合3栋32层高层已

44、经布设好的供应线，施工用材料的水平运输使用卡车实现，垂直运输使用现场布置的塔机或汽车起重机实现，混凝土的运输使用固定式混凝土输送泵实现。现场的施工道路沿中兴路、止园路、中华新路围墙内侧布置，材料的堆放和加工场地紧贴地下车库边缘设置。2. 施工交通场内施工道路布置结合3栋高层的具体位置和施工期间进行总体规划。在地下车库施工开始时，3栋高层建筑已经施工一段时间，主体工程已经施工出地面以上，基础的回填已经部分完成，为了能够不影响高层施工，在止园路、中华心路侧，施工道路布置在高层的外围，即从施工期围墙后退1m修筑道路，道路宽度8m，最小转弯半径按照15m控制；在中兴路侧，车库直接面临中兴路，且考虑车库

45、开挖出土的便利，在中兴路侧利用车库开挖修筑一条施工便道，接中兴路出口。进场的大门设在中兴路和止园路交接的止园路一侧，利用止园路往中兴路的出口形成进场的道路，转弯半径满足要求。原材料进场和废弃物出场均通过中兴路完成，在车辆出场以前，利用大门处设置的冲洗装置将车辆冲洗干净，确保车辆干净出场，在运输中不遗弃垃圾在城市道路上。3. 施工用水、用电及现场排水施工用水：从业主提供的供水接驳口处沿高层建筑物外围引至D-1、D-2楼中间空地上，然后转到地下车库区域。施工局部区域的供水使用临时供水管路从施工供水系统管路上接引。施工供电：从业主提供的电源点处接引供电线路，经过D-1、D-2楼中间空地引至地下车库区

46、域以满足施工照明和施工动力用电。施工排水：沿地下车库开挖边线后退1.0米左右设置排水沟，排放地下车库井点降水和基坑的抽排水。为了保证基坑施工工作区域无积水，可以沿基坑开挖坡脚布设适当数量的积水井，将地面积水排走。4. 施工临时设施结合3栋高层建筑施工，在施工现场大门处布置办公室3间，厕所2间，以满足施工管理的需要。钢筋加工和堆放场地设置在D-1、D-2楼中间空地处，面积大约650m2，材料堆放场地设置在D-2、D-3楼中间空地处，面积约580m2。在地下车库施工过程中，中兴路侧利用围墙作为围挡，预留出土大门一个，止园路和中华心路侧使用三栋高层围墙围挡，设置材料出入大门2个。如果需要，可以使用钢

47、管密目网辅助，将施工区域与城市公共区域分隔开来。5. 基础工程施工规划按照图纸的总体规划，地下车库开挖深度约8.15m，一侧临中兴路，其余三侧处在高层环保之中。车库基础桩采用PHC AB600 120预应力混凝土管桩，基础筏板厚度650mm，基础梁断面7001000mm。在车库施工阶段，基础的围护方式分为3种：在中兴路一侧，地下车库区域的临坑边长约120m，开挖分两块进行，即先挖远离中兴路的中央部分，在贴近路侧留置适当区域土体，满足放坡需要，然后施工已开挖区域地下车库主体，再设置支撑，并开挖保留土体区域，支撑设置在先行施工的车库主体上。该侧围护方式为：内侧为单排钻孔灌注桩，直径850mm，间距

48、1100mm，桩底标高为-19.10m；外侧为三排双头水泥搅拌桩，直径700mm，间距1000mm，桩底标高为-16.30m（两排）和-9.60m（一排）。第二种形式为：在3栋主楼之间的空档区域，先施工双头水泥搅拌桩，在车库开挖前，再施工一重力式挡墙，底宽7200mm，高度为17000mm。第三种形式为：在3栋主楼区域，使用五排双头水泥搅拌桩间隔加密围形成重力式挡墙作为围护。6. 模板工程6.1. 基础模板本工程筏基模板采用仿日模，地下车库墙板模板采用仿日模拼装，顶板模板九夹板，钢管支撑。6.2. 结构模板结构柱、墙、梁采用仿日模，电梯井等筒体为定型大模板(整体提升)，楼板模采用九夹板。7. 钢筋工程本工程钢筋采用本市产品,现场配置钢筋切断机、弯曲机和套丝机，进行加工，使用塔吊或辅助手段运至现场安装。8. 混凝土工程本工程混凝土采用商品混凝土，混凝土泵输送。9. 施工进度计划本地下车库施工工期计划为： 日历天。10. 施工现场平面布置图10.1. 施工机械及道路布置图10.2. 施工现场临时建筑平面布置图1
