12、水处理工程基坑围护方案设计一、工程概况由兴建苏州吴中区 (城区)污水处理工程工程位于苏州 吴中区绕城高速公路以北、东湖路以东,交通方便。用地面积10.27公顷,构筑物占地面积2.54公顷。本工程的进水粗格栅及提升泵房,A2O反应池、二沉池,污泥处理间等构筑物基坑。1、进水粗格栅及提升泵房基坑平面形状略呈“T”形,东西长27.4m,南北宽约9.816.5m。基底标高-6.20-9.25m,场地现地面标高2.00m,施工后地面标高3.20m(黄海高程)。基坑开挖深度西侧8.20m,东侧11.25m。2、A2O反应池基坑平面形状略呈长方形,东西长95.0m,南北宽约87.9m。两个水池,南、北池间距
13、15.0m。场地现地面标高2.50m,施工后地面标高3.20m(黄海高程),池底标高-1.00m,池底板厚900,垫层厚100。基底标高-2.00m,基坑开挖深度4.50m。3、污泥处理间基坑平面形状略呈长方形,东西长36.47m,南北宽约16.5m。场地现地面标高2.00m,施工后地面标高3.20m(黄海高程),基底底标高-3.90m,垫层厚100。基底标高-4.00m,基坑开挖深度6.00m。4、二沉池及配水井基坑平面形状呈园形,园半径长22.65m。场地现地面标高3.00m,施工后地面标高3.20m(黄海高程),基底标高-0.60m,地板厚400,垫层厚100。基底标高-1.10m,基坑
14、开挖深度4.10m。二、工程周边环境简介拟建场地原为农田,养虾塘以及河道,场地开阔,现局部填平,为一片空地,地面标高一般为2.003.00m,平均约为2.50m。地下室周边环境:本场地周边环境相对较简单,现为一片空地。拟建进水粗格栅及提升泵房,东侧、南侧紧邻拟建构筑物。西侧为施工道路,周边条件受限。拟建A2O反应池、二沉池,周边均有拟建构筑物,相距约15.030.0。且四周有施工道路,周边条件受限。拟建污泥处理间,西侧、南侧紧邻拟建构筑物。周边条件受限。据了解,拟建基坑周边20.0m范围内无管线,场地较为开阔。三、场地工程地质条件根据南京南大岩土工程技术有限公司提供的“吴中区水务局 污水厂岩土
15、工程详细勘察报告”(工程编号:2005-S118),拟建场地基坑工程围护结构深度范围内自上而下的土层布如下: 素填土:灰褐色,湿,软宿,松散,以粘性土为主,土质不均匀,结构松散,工程性能差。层厚0.002.80m,层底标高0.060.99m。1淤泥:灰黑色,饱和,流塑,含有机质。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性高,工程性能较差。层厚0.501.30m,层面标高-0.410.39m。粉质粘土:灰黄色,饱和,可软塑,含铁猛质结核和氧化铁锈斑,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。压缩性中等,工程性能一般。层厚0.001.60m,层面标高0.842.65m。淤泥质粉质粘土:灰色,饱和,流塑软塑,无
16、摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性低。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性高,工程性能较差。层厚0.003.10m,层面标高-2.500.20m。粉质粘土:黄褐色,可塑,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚1.101.50m,层面标高-0.40-0.12m。粉质粘土:浅灰青灰黄色,软可塑,局部粉粒含量较高,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚1.902.50m,层面标高-1.70-1.35m。粘土粉质粘土:黄褐色,可塑,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层分布II区,
17、压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚0.001.00m,层面标高-1.471.02m。粘土:黄褐色,可塑,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚0.702.90m,层面标高-2.31-0.67m。粉质粘土:灰黄青灰黄色,可塑,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚0.002.40m,层面标高-2.76-1.85m。粉质粘土:灰黄青灰黄色,软可塑,局部夹粉土,无摇震反应,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚0.502.60m,层面标高-4.
18、69-3.38m。粉土夹粉质粘土:灰黄灰色,稍密状,摇震反应中等,刀切面稍有光泽,干强度、韧性低。该层场地内均有分布,压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚0.505.00m,层面标高-6.39-3.94m。粉土、粉砂:灰色,饱和,中密,含云母碎片,摇震反应迅速,无光泽,干强度、韧性低。压缩性中等,工程性能较好。层厚7.015.0m,层面标高-9.95-5.49m。粉质粘土:灰色,软塑流塑,局部夹少量粉土。无摇震反应,稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。压缩性中等,工程性能较差。层厚0.03.0m,层面标高-21.66-16.79m。粘土:暗绿色,可塑。无摇震反应,有光泽,干强度、韧性高。压缩性中等,工程性能
19、良好。层厚0.02.8m,层面标高-20.99-19.10m。粉质粘土:灰色,软塑流塑,局部夹少量粉土。无摇震反应,稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。压缩性中等,工程性能较差。层厚0.03.0m,层面标高-21.66-16.79m。粉质粘土:青灰色,可塑软塑,局部夹少量粉土。无摇震反应,稍有光泽,干强度、韧性中等。压缩性中等,工程性能一般。揭露层厚5.2m,层面标高-23.76m。场地地下水情况:该场地地下水与基坑开挖关系密切的主要为浅部孔隙潜水和微承压水。孔隙潜水主要赋存于、层,稳定水位埋深为1.001.50m,水位标高为1.01m(绝对标高)。地下水主要以大气降水、地面渗透补给为主,地下水与地表
