12、可塑性,并且以苄基化木粉产物为基体制备生物基复合材料,为木质纤维类农林的废弃物的高附加值利用寻求一条新的途径。 在论文中,将纤维素改性方法应用于木粉改性,考察木粉苄基化过程中NaOH的浓度,氯化苄的用量,反应时间,反应温度等因素对改性产物增重率的影响。实验结果表明,考察了木粉苄基化实验的各种影响因素,以增重率为考察标准,确定了木粉改性的最好的工艺和条件:木粉球磨4小时后,每2克木粉加入0.02克十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为转移催化剂,10克40%NaOH溶液作润胀剂和催化剂,8毫升氯化苄,8毫升二甲苯为分散介质,在油浴温度为120摄氏度,反应4小时,就可以得到增重率达90%的木粉苄基化产物。 以木
13、粉苄基化产物为基体,纳米蒙脱土为增强材料进行共混,制备复合材料,考察其弯曲强度和拉伸强度,探讨增强材料对木粉力学性能的影响。实验结果显示,复合材料的力学性能比木粉苄基化产物的力学性能强,它的拉伸强度和弯曲强度随增强材料的质量分数增加而增加。增强材料的质量分数并非越高越好,高于一定的量后,复合材料的力学性能反而降低。关键词:木粉;预处理;球磨;苄基化;复合材料Wood powder benzyl chemical modification of preparation of composite materialsAbstractAs the environment problem more an

16、value-added use to seek a new way.In the paper, cellulose modification method was applied to wood powder modification, inspects wood powder of benzyl NaOH concentration, the amount of benzyl chloride, reaction time, reaction temperature on the influence of the modified products weight gain rate. The
17、 experimental results show that the experimental benzyl wood powder were studied the various influence factors, weight gain rate for inspection standard, determine the best technology of wood powder modification and the condition: wood powder ball mill after 4 hours, every 2 g wood powder add 0.02 g
18、 of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as catalyst, 10 g 40% NaOH solution as swelling agent and catalyst, 8 ml of benzyl chloride, 8 ml of xylene as dispersion medium, the oil bath temperature is 120 degrees Celsius, response 4 hours, you can get the weight gain rate was 90% benzyl wood powder pr
19、oduct.With wood powder benzyl products for matrix, nanometer montmorillonite as a reinforcing material for blending, the preparation of composite materials, inspects its bending strength and tensile strength, study the effects of reinforcement on the mechanical behavior of wood powder. 20、tal results show that the mechanical properties of composite material than wood powder of benzyl product mechanical performance is strong, its tensile strength and bending strength increase with the increase of mass fraction of reinforced material.
