19、，柱距分别为1.200m+4.000m+7.000m3=26.200m，煤仓间（ 排）：跨度为11.00m，纵向长度为26.200m，煤仓间共分四层，0.000m 层布置10kV 配电间及卫生间；4.500m 层布置管道及电缆夹层；8.000m 布置电子设备间、380kV配电间及卫生间；15.300m为煤斗层；28.000m为输煤皮带层。锅炉房:8.000m以下，纵向长度为26.200m,横向宽度为32.300m,锅炉本体8.000m以上采用紧身封闭。纵向长度为21.000m,横向宽度为26.300m,共二层。分别为0.000m层、8.000m运转层（格栅板）。3、季节特点：施工时适逢夏季高温

22、、梁模板支撑系统，既保证模板支撑系统的整体性，又要保证整个系统的侧向稳定性。（5）、严格按规范要求施工，保证施工质量。（6）、混凝土浇筑时应尽量减少侧向扰动和侧向荷载，混凝土振动时避免振动棒振到模板。（7）、严格控制泵口混凝土堆筑高度。（8）、混凝土施工时多为高处作业，应采取有效安全措施，保证施工安全。2、施工段划分（1）、根据模板支撑专项方案，锅炉房柱间水平剪刀撑位置示意如下，施工段划分应结合模板支撑体系。图5-1 锅炉房柱间水平剪刀撑示意图（2）、伸缩缝处双柱间距较小，模板支撑搭设、支模、混凝土浇筑时宜同时进行，缝内用聚苯板嵌缝，既保证柱体质量，又能有效控制伸缩缝宽度。图5-2 伸缩缝处柱

23、支模处理（3）、水平分段顺序：主要分成2大段：-轴间、-轴间、。每大段沿长向分成两小段进行。（4）、每段施工顺序：基础砼施工基础顶面-5.900m标高梁部分施工5.900标高及以上部分施工。3、施工方法（1）、垫层混凝土施工标号C15，采用现场搅拌混凝土。使用前，必须查看其原材料（水泥，石子砂）的试验报告单，水泥必须有出厂合格证及试验报告单。混凝土振捣采用平板震动器进行，混凝土必须振捣密实，然后用木搓板抹平压光。混凝土浇完，进行自然养护，如遇雨天，应覆盖保护。（2）、基础混凝土施工钢筋、模板经监理验收合格获得浇筑许可后方能施工。浇灌混凝土的道路要畅通，振捣设备要齐全，清除模板内的垃圾，浇水润湿

24、木模和接缝，并排除积水。基础混凝土采用商品混凝土，混凝土搅拌车运送，混凝土泵车浇灌，混凝土必须按配合比进行配料，计量准确，未经试验室同意，不得擅自更改配合比。混凝土振捣采用插入式振捣棒进行。施工时，振捣棒插入点间距不应超过30cm，不得过振、漏振。混凝土步料要分层进行，每层30cm左右。第二层混凝土浇筑时，振捣棒要插入第一层混凝土内5cm。间隔不超过混凝土初凝时间，不得留设施工缝，浇筑台阶式基础，应防止混凝土垂直交角处出现掉角现象。养护：混凝土浇筑完毕，应防止混凝土在高温天气水分蒸发过快，故在混凝土表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜进行养护。（3）、柱混凝土施工A、施工缝留置：柱子施工缝留置于主梁下面、无梁

25、楼板柱帽的下面。与板连成整体的大截面梁，留置在板底面下2030处。当板下有梁托时，留置在梁托下部。单向板施工缝留置在平行于板的短边的任何位置，有主次梁的楼板宜顺着梁方向浇筑，施工缝应留置在次梁跨度的1/3范围内。双向受力板板、大结构砼结构、拱、薄壳、水池、多层刚架及其他结构复杂的工程，施工缝位置应按设计要求留置。楼梯施工缝根据结构情况可留置于楼梯板跨中或楼梯段13范围内。结合本工程具体情况，因混凝土浇筑量大，将对柱模板产生较大的侧压力，所以应加强柱模板的加固。B、本工程锅炉房柱混凝土浇筑采取四次浇筑方法。因煤仓间分四层，故第一次混凝土浇筑拟浇筑至标高4.500m,锅炉房8.000m标高处设置运

26、转层，故第二次混凝土浇筑拟浇至标高8.000m，第三次浇筑至15.300m标高，最后一次浇筑至顶（每两米浇筑一层，上层混凝土应在下层混凝土初凝之前开始浇筑）。C、混凝土浇筑之前先浇筑同混凝土标号的砂浆5-10cm。D、因为每一次浇筑高度均较高，所以振捣棒振捣很关键，应采用长度适宜的振捣棒进行振捣施工。E、振捣棒振捣时应做到“快插慢拔”。快插是为了防止先将表面混凝土振实而与下面混凝土发生分层、离析现象；慢拔是为了使混凝土能填满振捣棒抽出时所造成的空洞。F、每一插点要控制好振捣时间，过短不宜振实，过长可能引起混凝土产生离析现象，一般每点振捣时间为2030s，但要看混凝土表面呈水平不再显著下沉，不再

27、出现气泡，表面泛出灰浆为准。G、一般振动棒的作用半径为3040cm，所以本工程柱浇筑振捣时最好采用五个振捣点进行施工。图5-3柱振捣点示意图H、混凝土浇筑前应检查模板，钢筋和预埋件： 、模板的标高、位置与柱的截面尺寸是否与设计符合，模板加固是否符合要求。 、钢筋与预埋件的规格、数量、安装位置是否符合设计要求。I、在施工过程中要经常检查模板及支撑的牢固程度，对各个节点的振捣工作要要特别仔细。要专门留有专人查看是否有涨模、漏振现象。J、因为本柱为分四次浇筑，这就要求模板每次支设时，应保证接口处的密封，以防止漏浆而产生蜂窝麻面。K、应保证模板内不能有杂物，不能出现积水现象。L、柱混凝土浇筑时应分层振

28、捣，使用插入式振捣器时每层厚度不大于50cm。M、砼自吊斗口下落的自由倾落高度不得超过2米，如超过2米应采取措施 （串筒导管、溜槽）。N、浇筑伸缩缝处双柱时，应两柱同时施工，以防产生过大侧向变形。O、施工完后，应对混凝土表面加以覆盖并浇水，使混凝土在一定的时间内保持水泥水化作用所需要的适宜温湿度。P、待混凝土达到一定强度时方可拆模。侧面模板应在混凝土轻度能保证其表面及棱角不因拆除模板而受损坏时，方可拆除。（4）、梁混凝土施工A、采用斜向分层浇筑梁混凝土，一次到顶，每斜层厚度3050cm。随着阶梯形不断延长，梁混凝土浇筑向后进行直至完成。图5-4 梁混凝土斜向分层浇筑示意图B、梁混凝土振捣应从梁

29、下部逐渐上移，斜面坡度不大于1/3。C、梁、柱节点钢筋较密时，浇筑此处混凝土时宜用细石子同强度等级混凝土浇筑，并用小直径振动棒振捣。D、在混凝土初凝前进行二次振捣，排除因混凝土泌水在粗骨料、水平钢筋下部产生的气泡和水分，提高混凝土与钢筋的握裹力，减少混凝土内部裂缝，提高混凝土抗裂性。六、质量保证措施。1、混凝土工程施工前，项目部应对施工班组进行技术交底。2、混凝土浇筑前，混凝土工长组织劳务队伍，根据工程特点对各部位浇筑方式、方法向工人进行详细交底。3、每次隐蔽验收完成后，由混凝土责任人填写混凝土浇筑会签表。4、混凝土浇筑前，应检查钢筋及保护层是否准确。为防止钢筋位移，严禁振捣棒冲击钢筋。5、混

30、凝土试块的取样制作与送检符合规定，同条件试块放置于所代表部位的结构实体处进行同条件养护。6、混凝土浇筑前，明确项目管理人员现场职责，混凝土现场浇灌、保温、测温落实到人，不得无故脱岗。7、混凝土施工时，应记录混凝土进场时间、混凝土入模时间、如泵管堵塞，要控制好接、拆泵管时间，避免堵管等问题出现。8、浇筑混凝土时，浇筑顺序按照施工方案要求由混凝土工长负责安排，要求劳务队伍用标高尺杆控制垂直分层浇筑厚度及水平振捣的移动间距，并派专人用铁锤敲打模板检查砼密实情况。要防止冷缝、漏振及过振的出现。9、为防止预埋件移位，预埋件在混凝土浇筑前安装并固定。10、上一班管理人员与下一班管理人员进行交接时，要对本班

31、施工情况、振捣、收面、人员变化情况进行交待。11、严禁任意加水等私自调整混凝土坍落度现象发生。12、模板拆除后跟踪检查砼构件是否有缺陷，如有缺陷应通知技术部门协商解决，不得擅自派人修补。七、成品保护1、拆模时不得用大锤硬砸或撬棍硬撬，以免损伤混凝土表面和棱角。2、对拆模后的基础边脚用木板条保护好，防止车辆碰坏基础棱角。3、已施工完的成品应加强保护，不得堆积重物，不得砸伤。八、文明施工及安全措施1、施工人员参加施工前必须经三级安全培训，并经考试合格后方可上岗。2、施工人员必须进行体格检查，有心脏病不允许参加施工。3、施工人员进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽，系好下颌带。高空作业人员必须佩戴安全带。4、

32、特殊工种及各种机具操作工均要持证上岗。5、所有用电工具的接线均由专业电工负责，严禁私接乱拉电源，所有用电工具均应经过漏电保护器。6、施工地点，严禁明火；7、安全人员应随时巡视施工区域。作业班组每天作业前应对作业区域周边（临边）安全防护检查，发现安全隐患及时排除后再进行作业。8、砼振捣电器使用时，施工人员应注意力集中，防止电线被钢筋划破。9、混凝土作业面四周设置有效的防护措施。九、季节性施工措施1、夏季混凝土施工注意事项及技术措施 根据夏季天气温度，合理安排砼施工作业的时间。砼浇筑完成后，混凝土的初期阶段的养护非常重要，适时浇水养护，避免因缺水造成砼表面硬化不良而松散粉化。夏季气温炎热，空气干燥

33、，砼中水分会蒸发过快，造成砼出现脱水现象，引起一系列质量问题，影响砼的强度。（1）、混凝土浇筑支前，现浇板模板和梁模板表面要浇水充分润湿。（2）、砼浇筑到该些部位之前模板表面必须要浇水润湿，防止混凝土入模后其水分被模板吸收。（3）、浇筑时保证连续施工，若间息时，不得大于半小时，浇筑完的砼表面初凝后立即用草包覆盖，并浇水养护。（4）、现场材料、机械设备有防夏季雷雨的装置及措施。（5）、根据夏季当天的温度，测定砂石含水率的变化，调整用水量。（6）、夏季施工的现浇混凝土构件，必须用草袋覆盖并每半个小时就浇水养护，浇水的次数以能保持砼湿润状态为准。（7）、混凝土的养护用水与搅拌混凝土用水相同。（8）、

34、混凝土浇水养护不少于7天。（9）、混凝土必须养护至其强度达到1.2N/mm2以上，才能进行下道工序的施工，并且不得冲击混凝土。（10）、混凝土养护必须按规定的方法、时间对砼进行养护。2、雨季混凝土施工注意事项及技术措施（1）、购置与调入足够防雨布，塑料薄膜油毡、草帘、雨衣、水靴、塑料管，编织塑料布、水泵等物质，以满足雨天施工的需要（2）、施工现场安装的机电设备，上部加防雨罩，做好接地接零，防止漏雨损坏设备漏电伤人。（3）、起重机、钢脚手架要做好接地、避雷，防止雨天发生雷击伤人。（4）、雨期到来之前，对现场的道路，排水沟道进行一次全面清理（5）、进场木材、钢筋等材料按要求堆放整齐，下边用木方垫起

35、，上部盖防雨布。（6）、混凝土、砂浆制备用的砂石。雨天经常测定其含水率，及时调整配合比，确保工程质量，节约水泥。雨后，对塔式起重机、脚手架基础进行检查，发现基础不均匀沉降，结构倾斜要立即查明原因，进行加固处理。（7）、基坑、基槽开挖采取分段开挖，分段浇筑混凝土，分段砌筑，分段回填，减少地槽开挖后受雨水浸泡的时间，影响施工质量和进度。（8）、雨天运输混凝土时，用塑料布等进行遮盖。（9）、模板涂刷隔离剂后用防雨布加以遮盖，防止被雨水冲刷。若发现被雨水冲刷掉，应重新涂刷后方可浇筑混凝土。（10）、雨天浇筑混凝土时，要搭设防雨篷或用防雨材料随浇随盖。（11）、屋面施工时，要避开雨天，同时备足防雨材料，
