40、为7.0m，采用C25水泥混凝土路面，厚度为25cm，路面基层厚度为30cm，拟采用石灰土基层。拟建虎山隧道位于小浪底水库枢纽区，采用双向行车双车道形式，线路总长约840m，隧道二次衬砌洞门结构为现浇钢筋混凝土；暗洞衬砌结构按新奥法原理，采用复合式支护结构形式，初期支护以锚杆、钢筋网、喷射砼组成联合支护体系，并加以工字钢、格栅钢架、大管棚、超前小导管等加强支护，二次衬砌采用C25泵送防水抗裂微膨胀砼结构，初期支护与二次衬砌结构之间设防排水夹层。洞门设计为翼墙式。2.2 水文气象条件本工程位于小浪底枢纽区域内，属大陆性气候，年平均气温14C左右，极端最高气温41.4C41.9C，极端最低气温17

41、.2C20.0C。年降水量601mm657mm，其中7月9月降水量占全年的50以上，年平均蒸发量1810mm2114mm，最大风速20m/s。2.3 地质条件及地形地貌（1）地形地貌工程地区的地貌，按其形态特征、形成过程可划归为侵蚀堆积区的准平原化上升亚区。其特点为河谷开阔，阶地发育不全。拟建公路线路布置在桥沟村和蓼坞村之间，沿线地形沟深坡陡，山体坡度35左右，地形相当复杂。河谷两岸谷坡多有基岩出露，并发育了一些短浅的冲沟。（2）区域地质本工程地区位于中条山、王屋山南麓，崤山东北余支的北坡，西接汾渭盆地，东临华北平原，为典型的华北地层，即沉积基底为太古界、下元古界古老变质岩系；震旦系西阳河群火

42、山岩为过渡层，此后则为地台型盖层沉积。盖层下部震旦系中统至下古生界以海洋碎屑岩沉积为主；上奥陶统-下石碳统缺失；古生界下部为一套海陆交互相粘土质岩碳酸盐岩建造，上部为陆相建造，岩层基本未受变质作用。小浪底地区自晚侏罗纪以来，共经历了五次大的构造运动，即燕山早期(NNE-SSW)、燕山晚期(NEE-SWW)，喜山早期(NNW-SSE)、喜山晚期(NWW-SEE)以及现代构造运动(NE80)。燕山构造运动以水平挤压作用为主、差异升降作用强度为次；而在喜山期，其构造运动则以差异升降作用强度为主、水平挤压作用强度为次。从而形成了该区复杂的、多期性的、既有水平挤压、又有差异升降运动的地质构造格局，致使该

43、区的工程地质条件十分复杂。根据1985年国家地震局审定通过的小浪底水库坝址地震危险性分析和地震动工程参数报告，参考国家地震局2001年发布的1：4000000中国地震动峰值加速度区划图和中国地震动反映谱特征周期区划图，工程区的地震动峰值加速度为0.1g，地震动反映谱特征周期为0.4s，相应的地震基本烈度为度。（3）工程地质条件小浪底桥沟电站区出露的基岩地层主要为三叠系下统和尚沟组T16地层，属沉积碎屑岩地层。第四系地层主要分布中更新统（Q2）-全新统（Q4）。工程区岩体主要发育四组构造节理，从地表出露岩性分析，交通隧洞段主要分布为粘土岩和砂岩，隧洞引线高程处岩石结构稳定，具备成洞条件。（4）水

44、文地质条件工程区地下水的分布取决于地层岩性的分布特征和地形的切割程度，地下水类型主要为第四系松散覆盖层孔隙潜水、基岩裂隙潜水，地下水位沿桥沟河两岸一般高于河床地表1m左右。地下水化学类型以重碳酸钙型为主，局部为重碳酸钙镁型水，矿化度一般在0.3g/L左右，PH值多数在77.5之间，总硬度825德国度，对混凝土不具腐蚀性。（5）环境影响评价本道路改线设计由于工程规模较小，路垫挖填方量不大，施工时防止开挖回填土石方滑坡，施工时修建挡土墙和护坡，施工后及时恢复植被，故对周围的生态环境影响较小。由于施工期不长，施工人员也不多，故施工期对环境的影响很小，且可以有效控制。2.4 工程重难点及对策工程重难点

45、分析及对策：（1）洞身隧道地质条件差，不良地质段施工难度大断层破碎带施工对策：1）加强超前地质预报、红外探水和超前钻孔探水工作；2）超前支护，超前治水；3）加强监控量测，指导施工；4）台阶法法开挖，短进尺、弱爆破、强支护、紧封闭；5）仰拱及时施工，衬砌紧跟；6）准备足够的物资和排水排泥设备，以备突水涌泥时使用。（2）质量要求高，组织管理是关键对施工质量要求高，要求竣工验收达到优良等级。施工时加强施工组织管理，强化过程控制，是全面完成工程目标的关键。1）配备有相关施工经验组织管理机构，并保证其他资源及时到位；2）制定与本工程相关的各项保证制度及管理办法并实施；3）成立质量管理小组，严格领导责任制

46、和各级岗位负责制；制定针对本工程的各项质量保证制度、质量控制措施及管理办法。（3）环境保护工程所在地植被茂密，水系发育，水产养殖多，环保要求较高。确保环境不被破坏，维持生态平衡，是施工管理的重点。拟采取的措施如下：1）建立健全环境保护管理体系，完善规章制度，规范施工行为，达到标准化施工；2）合理规划临时工程和临时设施，做好防排水设施，退场时复耕、绿化；3）按设计指定位置弃碴，先挡后弃碴，废水处理后排放，保护生活水源。2.5 隧道设计技术标准（1）道路标准：双向两车道公路隧道；（2）道路计算行车速度：40km/h；（3）隧道建筑限界：表2-1 主洞建筑限界项 目净宽（m）净高（m）行车道（m）侧
