27、工程概况根据长春市四环路总体规划，该处为规划四环路下穿哈大客运专线动车走行线左线、右线及哈大客专铁路桥。2.1桥梁工程概述2.1.1框构桥：车行框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+702.438，斜交角度为93.66。左侧辅道框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+740.757，斜交角度为88.53。，右侧辅道框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+663.149，斜交角度为98.82。车行道框构桥车行桥为2孔连续式，每孔净宽为18.5m，框构顶板厚1.2m，底板厚1.3m，中墙1.0m，两侧墙厚1.2m。车行框构桥全高9.85m，全长9.12m。辅道框构桥位于车行桥两侧，距车行桥

28、中心线约30m，各为一孔独立的框构结构，净宽14.5m。2.1.2四环路立交中桥：为4孔24米预应力混凝土梁桥。下部结构：基础为24根钻孔灌注桩，桥墩为重力式桥墩，灌注桩和桥墩由承台连接。上部结构:采用24mT梁。2.2道路工程概述 引道U形槽：车行道U形槽共29段，UIIU18段侧墙均宽1.4m，底板厚1.4m；U08U10、U19U22段侧墙均宽1.2m，底板厚1.4m；U05U07、U23U26段侧墙均宽1.0m，底板厚1.2m；U01U04、U27U29段侧墙均宽0.8m，底板厚1.0m。U形槽设抗拔桩，抗拔桩与底板用冠梁连接。U形槽纵向分段长度为1520m，U形槽顶部接人行栏杆。2.

29、3排水工程概述 雨水管道和雨水口连接管均采用钢筋混凝土排水管，管径为d300d1200，共计2330m；检查井54座，沉淀井1座，雨水口64座。框构桥南北两侧车行道及近期人行道雨水由雨水口收集后，分别汇至雨水主管道，排至U型槽外后汇合，最后排至市政雨水泵站。2.4工程特点 2.4.1长春市四环路建设工程下穿哈大客运专线框构桥工程工程量大，工期要求紧，工程质量要求高。2.4.2工程施工期间穿插交叉作业多，施工组织、施工管理难度大，成品保护难。3.施工部署3.1施工总体部署项目部下设桥梁队、U型槽一队、U型槽二队、路基路面队、排水队和桩基队六个施工队，桥梁队负责立交桥两座桥梁施工；桩基队施工全部钻

30、孔桩；路基路面队负责全部路基填方、路面工程及附属施工；排水队负责排水工程施工；U型槽一队负责U01U14施工、U型槽二队U1529U及DQ01、DQ02施工。本工程路基工程和排水工程穿插交叉作业较多，施工前熟悉图纸，合理安排排水工程和路基工程施工顺序，减少不必要的返工。根据设计图纸及现场实际情况计划先进行桥梁工程、挡土墙、路基挖方、场地内填方及排水工程施工，在具备条件的路段进行路基填方施工。确保各工序衔接，避免重复作业。本工程混凝土采用商品混凝土。桥梁施工要按照设计施工顺序，合理安排工期、施工方法，确保工程保质保量的完成。3.2工程施工目标工程施工总体目标详见下表总体工作目标表项 目工 作 目

33、交通工具等，保障其工作条件满足业主要求。3.3.1.3工地试验室本工程试验全部委托具有试验资质的试验室进行试验。项目部设配备标准养护室用来对混凝土、砂浆等试块进行标准养护，以满足本工程试验检测需要。3.3.1.4施工用水施工用水和生活用水从当地管网接入，并配备运水车保证施工及生活用水。3.3.1.5施工用电工程用电与当地电业部门联系，采用地方电网，由高压线引入，同时配备变压器，以保证整个工程用电，并配备适量发电机组，以备临时停电应急使用。3.3.1.6施工通迅沿线通讯条件较好，项目部、监理驻地利用当地通信线路，接通程控电话，施工通讯采取手机通讯方式，接通宽带，进行网上办公，并设传真机，便于与业

34、主建立图文联系。3.3.1.7临时便道施工现场交通条件较好，根据施工需要，利用原有道路进场后，在清表的同时，沿线利用人行道位置修筑施工便道，并在U型槽两侧修筑临时便道，以满足施工需要。便道宽6.0m,纵坡在2%以下,采用泥结碎石路面。施工总平面布置见施工总平面布置图3.3.2进度计划情况为按照业主要求的工期如期完工，本工程开工前做好充分的准备，开工后狠抓每个施工环节，在确保质量及文明施工的前提下，加大投入、加班加点，全力以赴的进行施工。本工程计划2009年7月25日开工，2010年10月15日竣工。我单位根据实际情况编制了施工计划，本计划按照合同工期进行编制。分部工程计划如下：施工准备 200
