14、1.0MPa台916双偏心金属硬密封电动蝶阀 DN600 P=1.0MPa台117桥式起重机 Lk=28.5m Qt=16t台118铁皮抓斗 V=2.5m3 台119SG手动单轨小车 Qt=5t台1二.施工方案1.基础验收 在接到工序交接单后,应对接到具备安装条件的基础进行复测,主要复测内容:1)基础不得发生倾斜,表面应无孔洞,麻面,不漏筋.2)基础表面及地脚螺栓孔内的模板必须拆净,螺栓预留孔内无异物、碎石等,孔内如有积水、油污必须清除.3)根据蓝图所给的尺寸,对基础的几何尺寸、螺栓孔距、预埋件数量、预埋件位置、标高、表面不平度进行复测.4)所有的基础必须有明确的标高点,坐标位置的纵横轴线,复

16、大部分防雨层已做完, 但是受现场实际位置所限,只能在M N跨揭开盖板,利用30t汽车吊站在草图所示位置,将天车吊装到泵房内的天车轨道上. 由于泵房已封盖,电机、双吸泵只能从大门口水平移进,因为室内天车只能到大门口4m处,双吸水泵单重约4.3t配套电机重约6.15t,膜片水泵控制阀重2.5t由于室外汽车吊只能送到泵房的大门口,室内的天车又决不允许外拉斜拽,只有采取临时措施,具体办法如图示用型材在室外做一平台,与室内地平标高相等,或略高于室内,用6根钢轨或工字钢铺在上面做滑道,室内设水平底滑轮,然后利用室内天车做动力,将设备拽入室内天车能吊到的位置.4.双吸泵的安装:设备运到现场后,如果出厂日期在

17、泵的防锈保证期内,又无明显的缺陷,泵不宜拆卸,只作表面的清洗和检查,泵的安装纵向、横向水平偏差不应大于0.10/1000mm,在泵加工面上测量,由于基础的设计为预留孔,泵需两次安装,初找正时,在土建浇灌地脚螺栓时要注意检查地脚螺栓是否碰歪,以防水泥凝固后螺栓歪斜无法处理.当泵体精找各项指标符合国标后,在安装电机,此时应检查两轴的同心度,通过测查联轴器的同心度,调整电机使联轴器的径向位移、端面倾斜和联轴器的端面间隙达到标准要求.立式泵安装时,各部件的轴线均应与泵座轴线重合,泵座法兰面不水平偏差不应大于0.05/1000,各法兰连接面接触要严密,无渗漏现象,联轴器端面之间应无间隙,接触应严密,螺栓

18、应均匀拧紧.弹性柱销联轴器装配允许偏差联轴器外形最大直径D(mm)两轴心径向位移(mm)两轴线倾斜端面间隙s(mm)90-1600.050.2/100023195-2002.54280-3200.0835360-410464800.157540686305.设备安装 刮油刮渣机的安装按随机技术文件及说明书的要求进行安装,因设备是在轨道上运行,轨道安装的好坏直接影响到设备的运行. 轨道安装前应对其池面上的预埋件进行测量,记录下各点预埋件标高的高低差,所用的钢轨要对端面直线度,扭曲进行检查,合格后方可使用,钢轨铺设时,可将一根钢轨断为两截,铺在两条钢轨的起始端,一根在轨道的南端,一根在轨道的北端,

19、使两轨道的接头错开,两平行的钢轨的轨距4m,两平行轨道端面的高低差5m,纵向不水平度10m,对于其它方面的要求按蓝图中的技术要求进行.6.工艺管道安装所有工艺管道安装均采用V形坡口,坡口形式如下表管道焊缝加强面标准(mm)管壁厚度s20加强面高c1.5+12+13+1焊缝宽度e1-22-32-3管道安装的技术要求:除蓝图要求外,均按国标GB50235-97执行,需要注意的是焊缝离开支架不得小于100mm,所有管道在与泵体连接时均应处于自由状态,绝对不允许给泵附加外力,如使用卷制钢管,对接时焊缝要相互错开大于100mm,不准形成十字焊缝,焊缝距离弯管从起弯点算起不得小于100mm,管件制作或安装

21、要对全体参加施工人员进行周围现场介绍,遵守工地甲乙双方制定的安全规章制度,不得违犯.2.在平流池池边工作时,池边要设置临时防护栏,防止在池边工作人员掉入池内.3.泵房内管沟有人作业时,基础面上不得堆积杂物,以防掉进沟内伤人,如必须堆放时,要放置牢固,固定住.4.在旋流井下面作业时,因上面有孔洞,又无法遮盖,要设警示牌,提醒附近人,下面有人作业或设人看护.5.旋流井、平流泵房地表以上、行人平台上,碎石、碎铁头要清理干净,以防行人踢下,伤着下面作业人员,如需在上面作业,每天工作完毕,必须清理干净.6.在安装抓斗吊时,由于露天无挡墙,在高空轨道两侧作业区域设临时护栏,待天车安装完毕后拆除.7.旋流井

22、和泵房内如需照明,要用电缆线,不得使用胶质线,如用手拿灯,要采用24v安全电压.8.所有电动工具、器具都要做好接地保护.9.现在正值雨季,室外作业如遇阴雨天,要停止作业,确实需要,要配置雨具,并穿戴好绝缘鞋、绝缘手套.10.地坑或井内干活,氧气、乙炔要放在室外.11.用天车向井内、泵房内吊装设备时,要由专业起重人员作业,并要设专人指挥作业.12.施工临时用水用电要由负责人与甲方取得联系,联系好后再接,不得私自乱接.七.施工技术标准选用1.设计蓝图首页施工说明 图号19.4-9水1-1 19.4-9水2-12.工业金属管道工程施工及验收规范 GB50235-973.现场设备工业管道焊接工程及验收
