17、集团重庆设计研究院地勘单位: 贵州有色地质工程勘察公司监理单位:重庆金山建设监理有限公司施工单位:业兴实业集团有限公司 三、项目设计概况1、德能盛世黔城怡景苑(三期工程)7、8号楼位于贵州省贵定县城近郊约1公里黄泥坝处。本工程总建筑面积约47543.78,框架结构,地下1层,结构高度5.5m;地上28层,建筑高度84.75m。主要功能:地上住宅用房,地下人防车库。基础采用人工挖孔灌注桩基。结构类型为现浇混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,结构安全等级为二级,六度抗震设防。2、地下结构钢筋:A表示HPB300钢筋, B 表示HRB335钢筋, C 表示HRB400钢筋,AR表示CRB550钢筋。基础主筋保护
18、层厚度:桩、明、暗桩帽50mm,独立基础、条形基础、筏板基础40mm。桩护壁(仅人孔挖孔灌注桩)、结构底板、地下室侧壁挡墙20mm;地梁、承台梁25mm。3、主体结构(结构说明钢筋保护层表)地下室外墙: 外侧/内侧25/20mm;框架柱:地下室内/地下外侧25/25mm、地上室内/地上外侧20/25mm;剪力墙:地下室内20mm、地上室内/地上外侧15/20mm;楼面梁:地下室内/卫生间25mm、地上室内/地上外侧20/25mm;楼面板:地下室顶板以下20mm、地上楼板/卫生间板15/20mm、屋面板底面/屋面板顶面15/20mm;现浇楼梯:梯板、平台板地下/地上20/15mm;构造柱、圈梁、

20、)C30 P6(屋面层)。梁、板、柱混凝土强度等级:-0.800标高以上(7、8号楼商业部分)C30 P6(屋面层)。楼梯混凝土强度等级:C30。构造柱、圈梁、砌体墙中混凝土带等围护结构混凝土强度等级:C20。6、基础持力层:筏板基础持力层定为中风化钙质泥岩,要求中风化钙质泥岩的天然单轴抗压强度标准值7.24MPa,地基承载力特征值1.59MPa。人工挖孔灌注桩的基础持力层为中风钙质泥岩,要求中风化钙质泥岩的天然单轴抗压强度标准值7.24MPa,地基承载力特征值1.59MPa。7、主体结构设计使用年限为50年,结构设计基准期为50年。结构安全等级二级。建筑防火分类为二类,其结构构件耐火等级为一
21、级。抗震设计参数:建筑抗震设防类别:标准设防类(丙类)。抗震设防基本烈度为6度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.05g,设计地震分组为第一组,抗震等级地上三级、地下二级。 8、墙体工程: 填充墙采用页轻集料混凝土小型空心砖砌块,墙厚除特殊注明以外,均为200厚,双排孔,其密度等级为800;外壁填充墙采用蒸压加气混凝土砌块,强度等级为A5.0,密度等级725。内墙面粉刷前所有阳角均做高1500,每边50宽,15厚的1:2水泥砂浆暗护角。女儿墙设置钢筋混凝土构造柱200200,位置同其下层墙体内钢筋混凝土构造柱位置,在无构造柱处按间距小于2500设置构造柱;凡砖砌墙位于室内地面以下60处,均设连续防潮层
