38、条款要求，认真贯彻业主和监理工程师及其授权人或代表的指示、指令和要求。4、遵循“安全第一”的原则，严格遵照、遵守国家、山东省和当地政府关于施工安全、工地治安人员安全、劳动保护、土地使用与管理及环境保护等方面的具体规定和技术标准。三、工程概况第一合同段起点桩号K67+133,终点桩号K75+470，全长8.337km，有路基、桥涵、路面工程。本合同段全线为双向四车道高速公路，沥青混凝土路面，设计时速为120公里，主线路基全宽为28m，双向四车道，采用整体式断面。其横断面布置为：0.75米(土路肩)+3.5米（硬路肩）+23.75米（行车道）+0.75米(路缘带)+3米（中央分隔带）+0.75米(

39、路缘带)+ 23.75米（行车道）+3.5米（硬路肩）+0.75米(土路肩)，正常路拱为2%,土路肩横坡为4%。本合同段路基排水工程主要类型有：路堤排水沟、路堑边沟、路堑渗沟、检查井、截水沟等。 主要工程量为： 四、施工准备工作1、管理方面准备工作认真学习和掌握合同 条款及国家的各种法律、法规，响应招标文件的要求，并建立健全各种规章制度。组织高效精干、管理系统化、规范化的施工队伍，选配强有力的指挥领导班子、技术业务人员和施工力量，强化施工队伍的技术培训。坚持质量第一的指导思想，建立工程质量终身制的全面质量管理体制，坚持安全第一，确保施工安全。对路基工程配备的施工人员和机械设备的数量根据工程数量

43、边沟设计较为复杂，底部有渗沟及渗沟检查井，靠路基一侧有约10cm碎石滤水层包边，紧靠绿化平台边沟侧墙每5米设置一斜度5%的5cmPVC绿化平台泄水管。边沟设计尺寸为：宽度60cm、墙厚40cm、底部厚度30cm、深度根据地形条件深度约为90cm左右。边沟构造材料：沟底及侧墙为M7.5浆砌片石、侧墙顶盖以13cm厚C30砼台帽、盖板为预制C30钢筋砼（15cm厚、50cm宽、86cm长)。（3）施工技术A、基槽开挖由于开挖基槽为变截面：渗沟基槽及边沟基槽，所以分两次开挖较好。开挖时必须从下游向上游开挖，避免在雨天开挖或开挖后被雨水浸泡。第一次开挖：在路槽开挖基本到位后放样边沟开挖线，每10m设置

44、一开挖控制桩，人工配合挖机开挖，本次开挖到渗沟顶处（边沟流水面下45cm）。本次开挖后不清底。第二次开挖：本次开挖渗沟基槽，必须仔细到位，避免超挖，杜绝回填，采用小型挖机配合人工进行，开挖断面底部为60cm宽、15cm高矩形，上部为顶宽80cm、底宽60cm的梯形。本次开挖后需对开挖断面全部进行人工休整清理，休整时要按照设计图纸及规范要求修整渗沟，且必须清理全部浮土。 渗沟休整时提前按照渗沟尺寸加工一渗沟框架模型，用直径12mm的钢筋按照基槽开挖尺寸加工一个框架，每个休整工人一个，以便使渗沟基槽尺寸满足设计及规范要求。休整完毕后及时进行自检检查，检查合格后报监理工程师验收，验收合格后方可进行下

45、步施工。B、渗沟施工渗沟底部为C25铺底砼厚15cm，做成两侧向内15%的V字形。顶部标高要严格按照设计流水坡进行，杜绝产生回流现象。铺底砼顶部安装内径为20cm，壁厚为6mm的夹砂玻璃管，玻璃管纵向间隔30cm开孔，外侧包裹渗水土工布，渗水土工布包裹时尽量减少接头，搭接时宽度必须大于2cm；渗沟外侧必须包裹反滤土工布。渗沟排水管及反滤土工布安设好后及时用碎石回填，所施工碎石在施工前进行筛选和水洗，粒径为25cm（靠近沟壁处为23cm、靠近排水沟为35cm）。渗沟施工时所用碎石进场后必须堆放处地面必须硬化，且必须覆盖严实，以免污染，土工布和夹砂玻璃管要垫设且进行有效覆盖，避免雨淋及暴晒。C、M

46、7.5浆砌片石施工材料要求：片石的厚度应不小于150mm。用作镶面的片石，应选择表面较平整、尺寸较大者，应稍加修整。片石抗压强度要求大于30MPa,片石要求质地坚硬、密实、耐久、无裂纹、无风化，在使用时要冲洗干净，保证片石的清洁。片石使用前，工地试验室进行强度检测，并上报试验监理工程师验收合格后才能使用。砂浆：砂浆所用的水泥、砂、石料均应符合规范要求，通过试验监理工程师的检测后方能使用。砌筑时所用砂浆为M7.5水泥砂浆，其配合比应通过试验确定，砂浆应具有适当的流动性和良好的和易性。砂浆采用强制式搅拌机拌制，现场应有砂浆配合比及磅秤。水泥及其他材料堆放场地必须进行硬化，硬化厚度不小于10cm，堆

47、放距离周围地面要保持一定高度，且四周必须设置拦水埂，防止因雨水或潮湿造成水泥浪费。从原材料场地计量磅秤拌和机料斗处必须有运送车行走道路，且道路较为平畅无坡度，片石砌筑：底部厚度30cm，尽量选用大块片石一层砌筑，侧墙厚度仅为40cm，竖向尽量搭接咬合，砌筑时底部和测量必须一起砌筑，尽量避免分开砌筑，杜绝底部砌石和墙身出现水平接缝。每15m左右预留一伸缩缝。侧墙砌筑时，一次砌筑到位，顶部最高处不能侵入台帽。浆砌底部时，最下层砂浆塌落度宜采用高值，坐浆砌筑，坐底片石及时铺设。较大的片石应用于下层，安砌时应选取形状及尺寸较为合适的片石，尖锐突出部分应敲除。竖缝较宽时，应在砂浆中塞以小石块，不得在片石下面用高于砂浆砌缝的小石片支垫。为底部浆砌片石与侧墙片石咬合，宜一次砌筑成型。在铺底侧墙位置预留好接茬石，应使
