36、9m，中墙厚度为0.9m，结构高8.9m，顺铁路方向斜长48.66m，框架垂直铁路方向长9.0m，道路位于直线段上，铁路位于R-250m的圆曲线上，交角为83611，交点中心道路里程为K0+741.07，铁路里程为L1K0+793.094，立交桥按83611设置。南出入库铁路端立交桥框架结构为：采用四孔连续框架结构，正交孔跨布置为（11.23+13.82+13.82+11.23）m，结构高9.4m，顺铁路方向斜长77.78m，框架垂直铁路方向长7.6m，道路、铁路均位于直线段上，交角为393133，立交桥按斜交45度设置，桥轴线与道路中心线交角52827。交点中心道路里程为K0+592.101

37、，铁路里程为L2K0+429.776。（2）护管框架涵4座。2电力迁改和南、北出库线接触网迁建工程桂林市福利路新建工程（K0+000K1+320）铁路段电力迁改工程（电力工程）、南、北出库线接触网迁建的施工。（1）北出入库线：既有J23#支柱影响框架桥顶进施工，为此在线路另一侧组立多线路腕臂钢支柱用于过渡，待框架桥顶进施工完毕后在框架侧墙或顶板上新建J23#支柱。既有J24#下锚柱拉线影响框架桥顶进施工，将既有三跨非绝缘关节向机务段方向移动一跨，更换北出入库线锚段接触网导线。北出入库线股道抬高，抬道范围L1K0+625-L1K0+938,最大抬升量0.92米，更换既有接触网J13#-J18#支

38、柱。（2）南出入库线：既有J8#支柱影响框架桥顶进施工，为此在线路另一侧组立多线路腕臂钢支柱用于过渡，待框架桥顶进施工完毕后在框架侧墙或顶板上新建J8#支柱。南出入库线股道抬高，抬道范围L2K0+400-L2K0+930,最大抬升量0.86米，更换既有接触网J5#-J7#支柱。接触网导线调整3KM，附加导线调整4KM。（3）福利路新建工程铁路段水电迁改（电力工程）原福利路10米路宽扩建至50米路宽，原电力电缆路径迁移至新道路人行道边线与征地线之间的空地，主路径设置电缆沟，分支电缆套保护管及铺沙盖板直埋敷设，敷设新电缆投入运行后，拆除旧电缆。穿越新建福利路下穿涵的电缆沿铁路桥预留的电缆桥架敷设，

39、其余的穿越新建道路套保护管及铺沙盖板直埋敷设。原工务开关站及工务箱变合二为一，组成新的箱变。原福利路南段架空线改为电缆。福利路南段地方房屋拆除后，采取临时供电措施维持对未拆除房屋的供电。原供电方式、相序及接线方式不变。主要工程内容和数量是:高压电缆4.977KM，低压电缆5.537KM，箱式变电站1座，高压环网柜9面，低压电缆分接箱9面，砖砌电缆沟1.089KM，土质电缆沟1.567KM，10KV电缆终端杆4处，低压电缆终端杆6处，接地装置11处，双杆变台3处，路外用电集户计量箱6个。接触线0.99KM，承力索0.99KM，钢筋混凝土支柱9根，格构式桥钢支柱2根，格构式双线路腕臂钢支柱2根，双

40、线路腕臂悬臂梁2根，接触网导线调整3KM，附加导线调整4KM。3给水管线改造迁移工程桂林市福利路新建工程(k0+000-k1+320)铁路段水电迁改工程。全线铺装球墨铸铁DN500管850米、DN400管1500米、DN300管200米、DN250管303米、DN200管66米、DN150管323米、DN100管299米、DN100钢管14米、DN80钢管41米、DN50钢管424米，安装阀门140台，安装水表68组，阀门井及水表井49座。具体情况如下： 将水塔路的DN500主供水管部分进行更换。新铺管路出水塔路后沿道路西侧两端进行铺设，并于0+290处横过路面沿道路东侧向两端进行铺设。在新管

41、安装位置铺设管路完成后进行分段管路驳接，并在每个用水单位的用水主管位置安装新的水表组及水表井。施工时按相关图纸进行施工，严格执行给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范（GB50268-97）及给水排水标准规范实施手册要求。施工地点为桂林市福利路。4信号管线迁移工程本工程因桂林市福利路建设引起的信号工程。影响南出入库线道口报警8芯电缆、12芯电缆各一根。影响北出入库线道口报警12芯电缆一根、 12芯机务段联系电缆一根， 12芯D58信号电缆一根，12芯计轴电缆一根，4芯D58G电缆一根，D58信号机一架，D58G轨道区段一个。5通信管线迁移工程桂林市福利路新建工程（K0+000-K1+360）段建设施工

42、范围内既有胜利路两侧既有光电缆配线房三个、光电缆交接箱三个，具体为：车务光电缆配线房、桂北工区光电缆配线房、供应站光电缆配线房，材料厂电缆交接箱、工务段道口电缆交接箱、公寓电缆交接箱，其中公寓电缆交接箱在供应站光电缆配线房里面，沿既有福利路穿既有通信管道(6孔)敷设有通信光、电缆线路多条。结合现场地理环境实际，及根据南宁通信段现行维护规定要求需进行通信光电缆迁改施工。6.临时工程（1）新建机务段南、北出入库临时铁路便线。（2）新建临时道路、平交道口。（二）自然及地质特征工程所在地为桂林市胜利路与水塔路交汇处北侧约500m处。气象特征：工程所要区域属中亚热带季风气候。境内气候温和，雨量充沛，无霜

43、期长，光照充足，热量丰富，夏长冬短，四季分明且雨热基本同季。年平均气温为18.9。8月最热，月平均气温为23，1月最冷，月平均气温15.6。年平均无霜期309天，年平均降雨量1949.5毫米。平均蒸发量14901905毫米。年平均相对湿度为7379%。全年风向以偏北风为主，平均风速为2.22.7m/s。年平均日照时数为1670小时。场地工程地质条件：场地基坑深度范围内地层有/2层杂填土、/1层次生红黏土（硬塑）、/2层含砾粉质黏土（硬塑）、/3层含砾粉质黏土（可塑）、/4 层含砾粉质黏土(软塑)层微风化灰岩。场地地下水初见水位埋深4.27.9m，稳定水位埋深1.653.8m，标高153.711

44、54.78m，水量较丰富。场地地下水和土对混凝土结构、混凝土结构中的钢筋具微腐蚀性。（三）主要技术标准1铁路线路主要技术标准：里程L1K以桂林北场31#道岔岔前轨缝为起点（L1K0+000），里程L2K以桂林北场44#道岔岔前轨缝为起点（L2K0+000）（1）施工范围：联络线1（北出入库线）GL1K0+617.73GL1K0+907.91段、联络线2（南出入库线）GL2K0+300.43GL2K0+578.14段施工便线。（2）路基标准：路基面形式：采用单斜面形路基或采用三角形路拱路基，横向坡度2%。路基面半宽：线路中心线至路基边缘宽度为3m。路堤填料：采用A、B、C组填料。路基边坡：路堤边

45、坡坡率1:1.51:1.75，土质路堑边坡坡率1:1.251:1.5。路基基床：基床表层0.3m，基床底层0.9m，基床厚度为1.2m。（3）轨道：新铺50kg/m新轨，XIII型砼枕桥枕1667根/km，桥枕及护轨扣件参照“专线3448”施工，新铺级碎石道床，厚度不小于0.3m。线路上部建筑最小高度:50Kg/m钢轨高0.152m, 钢筋混凝土枕及垫板高0.211m，单层道床最小厚度0.30m，共计0.663m。抬道相邻坡段坡度差大于4时，采用3000半径的竖曲线，根据竖曲线半径修正设计轨顶标高，详见线路纵断面施工图。铁路便线铺设技术标准与既有联络线相同，行车速度与既有联络线相同。（4）临时道口防护设施及其他防护设备本次设计新建临时道口看守房2座，临时道口信号房1座，配备相应的照明、给排水、通信、信号等设施。道口铺面板采用1.1m规格的橡胶铺面板。安全栏门采用手动推拉栏门，每个道口两侧各设一道，共六道。道口采用自动报警系统，并按有关规定设置道口标志、护桩、司机鸣笛标、临时道口公告牌等防护
