29、装置兼作液压顶起装置。2 工程进度计划根据石板水电厂2014-2015枯期检修检修计划，拟于2014年12月05日（本时间为电厂向调度申请时间，具体时间待调度批准后确定）开始进行2号水轮发电机组的大修工作。2015年1月05日机组大修工作结束并完成72小时试运行，总工期40天。3 2号水轮发电机组大修的主要工作内容及质量标准3.1 2号水轮发电机组目前的工作状况自1999年10月份启动试运行以来，二号机组曾在2005年左右进行过一次大修，此后每年进行C级检修，至今已近十年。近期运行中机组出现上导摆度偏大（0.21mm），水导轴承偏高（60以上）,下导轴承油底壳渗油等缺陷。此次检修属于检查性大修

30、，主要处理机组检查处理机组轴线，下导轴承渗漏油，8#、9#磁极端部绝缘材料冒出，空气冷却器端盖水箱渗漏水，导叶漏水，调速器针塞渗油较大等缺陷，更换测温电阻以及导水机构磨损件。为保证设备更加稳定、高效、安全、经济运行，特此对机组进行A级检修。3.2 2号水轮发电机A修检修工作，包括但不限于以下主要工作内容：检修项目依据水电厂设备检修管理导则DL/T1066-2007、发电企业设备检修导则DLT 838-2003规定的全部水力发电机组、主变、计算机监控系统标准项目进行，试验调试依据水电厂机组自动化元件及其系统运行维护与检修试验规程DL/T619-1997以及电力设备预防性试验规程DL/596-19

31、96规定的项目完成。发电机、高压一次设备及保护装置年检预试，拆机后例行检查试验项目均在本次大修项目内。检修过程中发现的缺陷在大修期间一并完成，涉及重大缺陷需要延期的项目应报电厂确认后由运行向调度提出，但提出延期请示必须在大修工期未过半时。施工单位应结合石板水电厂机组的实际情况编制大修项目和工期计划，提前做好进场准备以及施工表格记录的准备。二号机大修前在运行状态、停机状态时，参加设备大修的工作人员应观察、测量、记录有关数据，以便制定大修方案。总体要求：将水轮发电机组全部解体拆卸，检查，重新回装并调试，检修合同范围内的相关设备，满足国家有关规范及合同的技术要求，机组启动试运行正常，设备评级一类率达
