1、 水电站趾板边坡加固处理施工技术1工程概况吉林台一级水电站工程大坝坝高157m，为混凝土面板砂砾-堆石坝。坝段地处北天山纬向构造带西部的喀什河凹陷中部，V形河谷，走向310，谷坡陡峻，两岸坡度约45，冲沟发育，左右岸各有两个大的冲沟，切割深度4080m；发育有低序次的断层，按产状可分为NW、NE、近EW、近SN向四组，其中以NW向组发育规模较大；坝址卸荷裂隙发育，规模较大对坝址有影响的卸荷裂隙有6条，由于岩层走向和倾角影响，左岸不稳定体以崩塌为主，右岸以塌滑为主。2边坡加固处理技术趾板基础应将表面覆盖层和强风化岩层挖除，使其置于弱风化的岩石上。趾板上方的岩质岸坡按设计边坡1：0.3进行开挖，每

2、高差12m设一级2m宽的马道。开挖施工中对岩石岸坡应及时进行支护处理，以确保施工期和运行期安全。根据趾板岩石边坡开挖后揭露的不利结构面组合和破碎情况，主要采用了采用岩石锚杆、挂网喷砼和预应力锚索等的支护方式。21 锚杆、锚筋桩施工211 钻孔锚杆孔布设呈梅花型，孔、排间距分2m*2m和3m*3m两种，孔深分4.4m和3.9m两种，采用YT28手风钻成孔，孔径42mm。锚筋桩孔也呈梅花型布置，孔、排间距3m*3m，孔深9m，钻孔采用7655D风动凿岩机，孔径90mm。钻孔的倾角、方位角一般根据岩石节理、裂隙和破碎程度的不同而定，基本是垂直于构造产状成孔。212 锚杆、锚筋桩制安锚杆采用I级钢筋，

3、直径25mm，长度分4.5m和4m两种，外露10cm，便于挂网喷护。锚筋桩采用25mm螺纹钢，长度9m，三根焊接组合而成，使用滑轮组起吊,人工配合安装。213 灌浆选用42.5Mpa硅酸盐水泥，W/C=0.35纯水泥浆，用BW-250型泥浆泵注浆，注浆体配合比见表1。表1 注浆体配合比 水泥标号 水灰比（W/C） 注浆体单位材料用量/Kgm-3 水 水泥 减水剂（1.5%） 膨胀剂（10%） 42.5Mpa硅酸盐水泥 0.35 525 1500 22.5 150 22 喷射混凝土施工采用喷锚支护的施工方法，可有效调用岩体自身的强度和自稳能力，避免岩体继续风化、受水流的冲蚀和雨水的进入影响岩体节

4、理和裂隙的发育，并与锚杆相结合，提高岩体的整体抗滑能力。221 喷面清理与挂网喷射前，用高压风水联合冲洗将工作面上的松土、浮石等清理干净。用校直后的8钢筋，按照200mm*200mm的尺寸在岩面编制近似正方形网格，网和岩石面保持3-5cm间距，交结点用22号铁丝捆扎，钢筋网与锚杆外露端头点焊牢固。222 集料拌和选用新鲜的42.5Mpa硅酸盐水泥、中细砂和成熟度较高的砾石，配合比按照灰：砂：石=1：1.76：1.76实施，最大集料直径不超过10mm，采用混凝土搅拌机拌和并确认均匀后方可上机喷射。喷射混凝土配合比见表2。表2 喷射混凝土配合比 水泥标号 水灰比（W/C） 喷射混凝土单位材料用量/
